This is probably the easiest of all the games in this series, so its ideal for children, or adults who don’t normally play these type of games. The quirky graphics and cheerful music that bops along in the background are just as you would expect. Its short, I think this is the fastest one I have played and found all 100 items in a first run-through which was a bit of a disappointment, but I love the artist’s images, and its easy enough to wipe the score, and play through again, taking time to examine all the priceless little scenes incorporated into the larger picture. The price is worth it for those graphics alone, with the game as a bonus. Its user friendly, there are no nasty surprises so its ideal for littlies to play, and the more of us who purchase these games, the more (hopefully) the studio that produces them will create for us to enjoy. If you haven’t played any of the others, this is a good intro to the series and great to chill out to.

I wanted to wait to post a review until I had completely beaten the game- (All of the achievements, that is. Though there is one side-quest I haven’t finished yet). Overall, I really enjoyed the game! I liked the stylized cartoony visuals and the fun Halloween aesthetic! The different Hallowmon were unique looking, and interesting. The open-world is large enough to make it interesting to explore, and the side-quests were also fun. The story being told is intriguing as well, and I of course won’t spoil anything in this review. The extra things you can get by collecting candy is nice too, such as unique trails, and a really cool retro-effect. I’ve had a ton of fun with this game, and I believe that I will continue to enjoy it! I also cannot wait to see what Stratton Studios creates next!
