I’m not a big MC fan, so I’m always looking for a game that LOOKS like MC but with more muscle and a bigger challenge. However, this clone smacks of a college Computer Science project rather than a contender with the major players.

  • While Craftsman tries its best to imitate the original, it stops at the keyboard commands. ‘V’ to quit? ‘E’ to start? The ESC key does nothing, so if you think pressing it will call up the menu so you can escape this nightmare, you’ll be sorely disappointed.

Cube Island

Cube Island

Eleven minutes in, and it makes no damn sense.

It is a mine-craft clone of sorts, with a pirate theme, but there seems to be no way to save a game, which really reduces it’s value. You also seem to start out with an infinite number of many resources, although torches don’t seem to work at all. I clicked a lot if keys, but of there is a way to craft, I have no clue what it would be. I checked the surprising short help list, and even what there was didn’t seem to work.

For example L is supposed to toggle my light, but it does nothing.

i pray to god this isnt a release, but a beta. if its a beta its salvageable. but currently it seems to be entirely creative with no ability to access inventory and gets very dark very fast. the movement is somehow jerky and laggy at the same time… and turning the camera or moving causes the entire screen to blur. dont bother trying to fix it in the options menu either. nothing is labeled, its just 4 sliders of undefined nonsense. i cant even use the top button in the play menu. if im doing something wrong please let me know but… currently its just bad.

Chaotic Airport Construction Manager

Chaotic Airport Construction Manager

Hell, what a crap. :steamfacepalm: A good laugh for like 10 minutes, but an eternal bane on your game statistics.

It is literally impossible to finish this. Even some of the harder achievements (which are doable) aren’t triggering.

Loads of achievements with neither description nor hint.

Yes, the real airport was excruciating. This game emulates that experience well. All too well I’d say, for we will see about reality in October 2020.

The thing with simulation games is that they’re either meme-ladden wannabe-satire which isn’t as much clever as it’s only bearable for 5 minutes and even that only when you’re high. Or they’re realistic, unwieldy and require a university degree to get even through the tutorial.

This one combines the bost of both worlds: it’s exceptionally realistic while being accessible. Get your own airport now*!

*or on a couple decades lifetimes eternities.

The first few times I played this game, I really had no clue what I was doing.

then it slowly started to click, now I’m having a great time playing this little game.

First off, this game should be needs to be played with a Controller, be it Steam or Xbox, it’s just easier. (I had problems with it not responding to my keystrokes on my laptop, controller use is near flawless (you’ll occasionally charge an arrow and have it drop as if it didn’t register the charge.)

The idea is you’ve been killed, but your soul escapes the underworld are you come back to life. you choose a “challenge” to keep your life, be it killing your killer, making money, or killing monsters, amongst other things… additional challenges unlock with subsequent playthroughs, you can only start with “Killing your killer” or “exchange your soul for another”

Honestly, I expected more from the game, I didn’t like the music and there’s little gacha in common, the world didn’t like it either, it’s kind of open but at the same time empty

Yes, sometimes I want to spend an evening playing a game dedicated to my guilty pleasure. Perhaps someday I would like to have all the gachimuchi games in my library. As for this particular one, one of the advantages is minimalistic graphics, which allows you to run the game on any computer, the presence of game achievements, and my favorite sounds from the gachi. Nevertheless, the developer still has a lot of work to do.
