The Cooking Game VR
Definitely has potential to be a good game, but limited features and buggy achievements really hold it back to me.
I’ll start with the pros:
*Some challenges are actually hard to beat
*Fun simple mechanic that most people play cooking simulators for
*Has multiplayer
The cons however:
*Very repetitive with only burger, hotdog, fries
*The challenges they do have are just a random shuffle of serving certain people certain things, adding to the repetitive aspect
*Certain levels are impossible to get past 1 star in. I practiced on one level out of pure determination wanting to 100% the game, and managed to get second place on the leaderboards for the level, and got 1 star.

Cook, serve, delicious in VR??
Well, I would say it’s pretty close.
I don’t think I need to explain the game play as there are many videos on YT.
IMHO, This is one of the most stressful/fun games I’ve ever played.
The stress level is manageable though, that’s what made the game really fun.
You started off with basic/easy missions to test your skills, and slowly make your way to more challenging ones.
As predicted, the game gets more fast paced as you progress and that’s where stress comes in, but is also very rewarding

Cannibal Cuisine
Bought the game day 1,it’s now day 2 and i still have not been able to even play the game.currently i can get to the loading of the first level, after choosing characters, but the game locks up during the loading screen before the level,or during the cinematic.i’ve tried re-installing the game, verifying game files,re-installing again, running as admin, but nothing seems to work yet.i really enjoyed the overcooked! games, and my girlfriend and I play them alot,so it’s a pretty huge downer to not be able to play this game after buying it.i noticed today there was a small update for the game, but that hasn’t changed anything.

Definitely best overcooked-type game after Overcooked. (I’m a big overcooked fans, Full 3s Map)
Despite some little bug (dishes not delivered in order if same dishes appear / dashing knock wall / little movement bug / etc), it did not actually impact big on gameplay like what other negative review.
I would suggest some improvement needed in UI like:
-
display what item player grabbed as it quite hard to be notice
-
make the food icon bigger on campfire (also quite hard to differentiate when multiple ingredient are same color)

Kitchen Simulator 2
(Got this game for free via dev submission to SteadyGiveaways. Thanks!)
Trailer makes it look good, gameplay gets boring and fast!
Kitchen Simulator 2 is a simple game about gathering food and serving it up…not exactly cooking stuff. Some people want pizzas, others want half avacados, and some idiots want a single carrot slice….though the biggest idiots already have food on their plates even if it’s something they’re asking for.
If there’s something this game gets right is that the food looks great. Handling the food and all other models, however, look pretty bland or buggy. There’s also LAN support, but why bother when you don’t even have LAN multiplayer? This game basically has 10-15 minutes of gameplay before it spits you out at the main menu as if you hit the ESC button, which gives you the same result.

ok but what the actual fuck is this game??? it must be some type of woman thing but i cannot wrap my skull around this game, some of the items i think have been made up. wtf is a long muffin how can a muffin be long and where the fuck do i find it? what is the difference between french bread and normal bread how the fuck am i meant to serve you the correct origin bread that looks no different to japanese bread? i can grab the food just as well as Jimmy Savile can grab a child. there is no consequence if you miss a customer and i dont actually know the point as there is no scoring system and after the day ends it puts you back to the main menu. other than that id say 10/10 i would def recommend to a friend and i hope to learn all sorts of interesting facts about food prep and what its like in the kitchen. i would also like to state that Gordon Ramsay has been awfully quiet about the release of this game as i think all his fans would move to this far superior teaching method. i hope to obtain all the knowledge i possibly can from this game so i dont have to rely on my disobedient wife to make me shitty burnt scrambled eggs every fucking day. i hope you found this review helpful 👍

Food Decisions
The main gameplay is to compare the values and select the food needed for the task. Generally speaking, this game is boring, but it taught me a lot of common sense. Let me realize the importance of healthy diet. With that in mind, I decided to give a good review.

Overcooked! All You Can Eat
Even that the game has some bugs that Team17 doesnt fix and the game doesnt have much new levels…
PROS:
Be able to play OC 1, OC 2 / DLCs, 7 New levels in One Game
Crossplay works better than OC2
Really fun to play with your friends
CONS:
Too expensive…
Some bugs (example: some stuff get stuck outside the level or above the walls/oven (plates, pizza….)
Response is a bit laggy comparing with OC2

If you’ve played Overcooked 1 or 2, this is simply a collection of both with some new levels, which is not worth a full price. If you’ve never played Overcooked series, this is the perfect one for you.

Surviving West
Yea !!! the Dev God heard me, multiplayer fixed :). Cool game, my wife and I are always on the look out for games we can play together. (she needs lots of help hehe). The game is fun to play, and very nice graphics even dough they are cartoonist. Its still has a few quirks, but he’s working on it at least unlike some other games. Its not hard core, so those who like real hard challenges may find it too easy, its more laid back, take tour time kinda game. So far those I’ve played with are very nice, some very helpful…and if you need help, the dev is on discord and will talk to you.

The game is good. I had an issue with the key binding, went in to the game discord and before I knew it I was having a conversation with the Dev “NEMO” and in no time at all the issue was fixed. That’s what I call service!
The game plays well and runs pretty smooth being an EA game there will always be some issues to work out but for this game…So far so good.
Yes I recommend this game.

Sausage Fiesta
I bought this game, for me and my friends to have a wonderful sausage filled evening. I wanted to remember the good times.
I have to say, I have mixed feelings. I really feel like I inhabited the life of a sausage. HOWEVER, MY EXPERIENCE WAS SPOILED BY BUGS!! NO ONE WANTS BUGS ON THEIR SAUSAGE!!!!
plz, for the love of these meat filled bungs, We need A proper lobby, a grand prix, more levels, and FOR MY SAUSAGE SKIN TO APPEAR ON MY FRIENDS SCREEN!!!
5/7 would sausage again.

Finding Home
I’m really enjoying this game so far!! I love the open sand box feel, with the cross of zombies and survival, It’s a perfect concept. Even though this game is still in Alpha it really is growing fast. So far there have been updates weekly and any suggestions or concerns mentioned in their discord from the community have been discussed and acknowledged. You can really see that the Devs want to bring this game to life with the input from their community. Its great to see an indie company listen to their community and work with them hand in hand. The fact that the company is only charging a 1 time price to buy the game and no future charges for any new maps or DLC is huge too! I cannot wait to see what the future brings!

The game is a very early state but shows lots of promise.
Creator looks into feedback on their discord and is looking to constantly improve the game.
Looks like a fun game to watch and see how it grows!

Star Chef 2: Cooking Game
I like that it does not take long to get goodies. I like the game play and graphics. I dislike having to spend actual money to get anywhere fast. Overall however I would recommend!
