Sakura Succubus 3
With all the talk about a Succubi princess (queen actually) it had to happen. This episode introduces the Himedere. And boy does she act like she owns the place.
This is the only chapter that is a true visual novel as there are two possible endings, one of which ends the series, the other continues on to the next chapter. But both endings are realistic.
Our protagonist is not that smart when he meets the newcomer. The whole thing was screaming “She is a succubus” and it took him a bit to figure out. This is my only real complaint.

Like 1 and 2, Sakura Succubus 3 is really short. However, while I found 1 and 2 pretty boring I found 3 a little more interesting. It introduces a new character that kidnaps you and keeps you “captive”. While a cut above 1 and 2, it still shares the problems lacking content and features other VN have.
Probably the best in the series so far, but still not worth the full price.

Glad to see that this dev is getting better and better.
I think this game could be sold for a higher price if it had less bugs and a better translation to English. What this dev needs is a better quality control. Preferably by a native English speaker.
(Also please improve the GUI for the VN parts and improve the balance between the volume of music and the background sounds.)

Review by Gaming Masterpieces - The greatest games of all time on Steam.

With the borders closed due the current pandemic, you can at least travel in your mind while playing this game.
Take a trip with your brother-in-law onboard the Russian Trans-Siberian Railway, the longest railway line in the world. You are starting from Moskow and (maybe) reach Vladivostok a few days later. The game plays like a visual novel, with a map of Russia showing your progress and photographs illustrating the journey. Keep your stress level low and your fatigue under control while managing your travel budget. Meet people while travelling, and get along with your brother-in-law. There are many decisions to make, which can lead to quite different journeys by train (or other means).

Flirt
My life changed approximately six hours ago.
I married my high school sweetheart three and a half years ago. I thought she was the one. I thought. Until she started throwing little quips at me just to get on my nerves. Stuff like, “You never do the laundry!” and “why do you smell so bad?” I hated it. I hated my life. How did I manage to get stuck with this woman? What did I do wrong?
Then it happened.
Flirt was released. My world was rocked.
I met the love of my life here, thirty-seven minutes and eighteen seconds ago. She never complains about me smelling bad. She never says my clothes are dirty.

Flirt is a good of communication and making new friends to hang out with online or offline. Flirt was created to simulate a dating world that’s not Tinder or any other dating sites or services. I loved Comedy Night since the day I bought it in 2017 and this is now another one of my favourite games by Lighthouse Studios now too! Sure this game was not advertised nor released properly but it’s not the worse outcome. I played for a few hours of release and can say it was good outcome so far. The player base needs improvement and better stuff added such as emotes and perks for the hearts. Overall it has potential just needs some work. Good Job Lighthouse Studios!!

Lovely Fox
Oh, Lovely. You walk like an exotic dancer, and you clomp around like one too, making more noise than a Clydesdale as you scamper around the map. But you have those cute little fox feet and when you swim I see those paw pads! So a whole .49 cents USD well spent.
OK, you have an uncanny valley human face, and ginormous boobs, but you are brave. You swim, you run, you fall off of rocks. Controlling you is like steering a tank, but that’s OK. You live in a beautiful world. I have no idea what size you are because you are bigger than some flowers and smaller than others, but I’m pretty sure this game is a meme anyhow.

This review was made based on an Early Access product (v1.4b), so some of these points may not apply to future versions of the game.
Over two years ago, this game popped on up Steam as “Coming Soon”. At the time, Steam didn’t allow much in the way of Mature Content offerings, let alone ones slanted toward “furries”. So I Wishlisted it, but the game never seemed to go live. Today, I found the game showing up in my Wishlist Sales page, “released” just a few weeks ago into Early Access. The reviews didn’t look good, but I had to give it a spin.

Synthetic Lover
In the year 2066, biologically engineered humanoids—‘biots’—make up a large percentage of the workforce.
The protagonist is one such biot and, like the rest of his colleagues, he lives to serve a single purpose: to fulfill his pre-programmed vocation. In his case, that is to be a companion in an adult entertainment center known as Dollhouse.
Servants exist as lifeless dolls until activated upon request, a biot’s self-awareness and free will are sealed off by design. That is how the protagonist’s days go until crossing paths with an opportunistic thief and a mysterious device in his possession…
Synthetic Lover is a sci-fi story about an individual who discovers the challenges of being human. During his journey, he navigates through the ups and downs of an imperfect life while trying to avoid conflict with a powerful organization, learning to understand emotions, forming friendships, and possibly finding love along the way.

System Crash
System Crash is a strategic story-rich cyberpunk card game both developed and published by Rogue Moon Studios. Set in the not too distant future this is a story of intrigue, corporate espionage and cyberwarfare. Being a runner is a good, if not dangerous, career choice but after a mission in Berlin goes horribly bad you spend the next couple of months forcibly globetrotting while on the run from Corporate assassins intent on killing you. Eventually evading the pursuers you finally end up back in the “Sprawl”, a.k.a. San Angeles, down on your luck and looking to make some much needed credits. But a runner without a console can’t get any credits so after forging a deal with a local loan shark and finally getting your hands on some black market cyberware you hastily start down your road to redemption. A road that will take you through the darkest most dangerous places in both cyberspace and the real world…JACK IN!!!

I really love this game.
System Crash is a single-player deckbuilder set in a cyberpunk-style universe. Battles unfold as a number of 1-vs-1 card-based duels over the course of the campaign. The campaign follows a comfortably generic story about hackers and back-alley doctors and shady corporations. There’s a very home-brew feel to the game in general, like it was cobbled together out of assets that were sitting around on a shelf in a garage somewhere.
Despite this, the card-battle system at the heart of System Crash is fantastic. It is extremely easy to pick up, but is highly addictive.

Conway: Disappearance at Dahlia View
It’s a fun and interesting detective game.
Pros:
-
good voice actors
-
interesting rendering style, I love the subtle outline effect.
-
compelling and fresh gameplay. Every scene had something new and interesting.
-
probably the best lockpick mechanic in a game
Cons:
- I did find myself arguing out loud with the protagonist when he’d make blatantly wrong and biased observations, but after finishing the game I think that was an intentional character flaw to propel the narrative. It’s just frustrating to feel trapped by bad decisions the character is making without my input.

The third entry in White Paper’s portfolio brings back wonderful Ether One memories, not only because it references its setting a great deal, but especially because it shares the same approach to building its central character. Conway is the same type of main character you played in Ether One: he’s stubborn and determined and frail, especially frail, so frail that watching him on screen is almost painful: he can’t climb stairs, he blunders about from hotspot to hotspot, bumping into things and knocking stuff over all around him, he himself gets knocked out a few times during the investigation and you almost expect he won’t be up again, but being frail and moving clumsily mean nothing when you’re that stubborn and determined and he’s just as set on solving the case as Thomas Fletcher was on sorting out his mind in Ether One.

My Dangerous Life
Trigger Warnings:
Stalking, dubious consent, homophobic sentiments from the MC, invalidating gender, anti-protest.
The Good (boys)
This game is cute enough. I’d only recommend 1 route and 2 love interests out of 3 though, which isn’t promising. Brad the badass best boy, and Alan the Arrogantly Alright, are both pretty cute and have a bunch of wholesome moments with some good chemistry between the characters.
Hinata (Main Character) is a little less 2D than most MCs of BL VNs, I like how he gets frustratedly nervous. While I’m not a nervous person and often feel confused by these kinda of characters reactions, I did feel like Hinata’s nervous reactions were explained at times which made him easier to empathise with, even if he was frustratingly naive and slow.

The visual novel is fun to play and kind of challenging to get through if you are looking for a specific ending. While the plot may fall into the generic trend of mystery romances and crime escapades, there are a number of notable qualities that make it an enjoyable experience nonetheless.
-
Great character design.
-
Clear scene transitions.
-
Effective choice making.
Plotwise, there isn’t all that much flair but it does make up in terms of suspense. And while the protagonist tends to run into the borderline useless category at certain instances, the interactions with any of the three romances make it an engaging piece all the same. In the case of the romances, I would rank them from best to worst.

Perseverance: Part 1
This game may start off slow, but the story is AMAZING! I love the “painted” graphics style and the way the Dev’s created atmosphere is phenomenal. No Spoilers here, just looking forward to the 2nd part to see what happens next.
The way it is done is reminiscent of the Telltale series but I personally found the story to be very well written, and even though the choices are limited they still feel like they make a massive impact … 10 out of 10 would do again!

A fairly promising start to an episodic visual novel, which, as I expect, will evolve into some kind of postapocalyptic survival story. Here, were introduced to the protagonist, Jack, with his struggling family and unfulfilling life in a backwater American town, kept afloat only by the close proximity to a military base. We mostly learn about his story and his relations with his wife and daughter - but while after a harsh argument he secludes himself in a forest cabin inherited from his father, a chain of events happens in his hometown that will most likely change the world forever.
