Suits: Absolute Power
Coming from someone who has also played the first game, the level of improvement in this sequel is absolutely incredible.
-Unique dialogue for quite literally every interactable object in the game
-Amazing and unique battle themes for every enemy
-PHENOMENAL art style that you’ll see with all the different enemy designs (and their corrupted versions)
-And a much more engaging story that further develops the characters as well as expanding on the setting from the first Suits game in such a great way

This is coming from someone that hasn’t beaten the game yet, but really have been enjoying the game and definitely recommend, but just to give my opinion right now… (although not the best reviewer but want to give a good rating for the game too!)
Comparing between Suits: A Business RPG and this game… I can tell the devs really put a lot of work into this game as well as continuing to do so as, if there is a bug spotted in the game they will fix that ASAP when they see the message for it (and if you report it on their Discord, they’ve fixed bugs in literally less than 5 minutes after reporting it!)

Strangers of the Power 3
So, i started with Strangers of the Power 2, went to the first one and than found the 3rd. It is amazing how the art has changed so much, for the better in my opinion from the very beginning til now. I was able to make it through the entire game and defeat the final boss in 4 hours. But I am following the creator in case he creates more works of art. Well done!

Strangers of the Power 3: A very vanilla RPG with little to no character development/plot
Strangers of the Power 3 is a RPG with turn based combat that lacks the depth to make you care for the characters in its world with what feels like a very rushed story.

Legacy of Vane
If you like this type of rpg then better get this game.
Music- always fit the situation, haunting, beautiful, etc.
Story- interesting and well thought out. with a great ending and room for a sequel.
Dialogue- good but could have been wittier.
Options- I love options and here are more than usual. Battles can be real time or turn based.
Customization of character- Yes to some extent and many images to choose from.
Price- Developer is practically giving it away. Certainly worth much more than being asked.

Legacy of Vane is an addictve, well designed, challenging, and fun rpg. Graphics are terrific, story fantastic, game play top-notch, with so many innovative features such as jewels (which any character can equip which adds various powerful magic and powerups), and each character has a special ability which is used and needed throughout the game. There is a wide variety of monsters, battles are quick, with a good number of towns, castles, caves, etc. Most weapons/armor/rings give additional skills. And the best of all is a developer(Landy) who is super quick to answer questions and give immediate help (including adding fixes and updates). This is a highly recommended and enjoyable rpg as Landy has once again produced a must play rpg.

Strangers of the Power
I have to give credit where credit is due. In this game, the developer has provided a robust offering and growth continues on the game. That is to say “the developer cares about this product, this product is small enough to actually have the developer read every post”.
A classic plot, coupled tension breaking fun throughout. A good “read” in the literary sense, jovial and interesting. A must have for any RPG fan. This game motivated me to publish my own RPG up on Steam. Check it out, The Goracle by Silent Daddio Studios. Your games should entertain you with a good story. I laughed out loud a few times with Strangers of the Power. It failed to make me cry, however, was not lacking in the passion. Thanks for making it available to play on iMac, that extra effort made a difference to me.

(Gotten a key to this courtesy of the developer’s submission to a group I no longer write for!)
It blows my eye holes and fills me with REAL POWER!

Before I begin this review, I must first issue an apology to a friend and developer. For a long time I had this game (maybe about a year) and for that period, I put it on the back burner among my backlog. He has been very passionate about his project and I have done him a disservice by issuing him a promise and reneging on that for so long. So, it’s time I fulfill my promise and give the feedback that has been asked for so long. I’m sorry for this inconvenience, Tuomo.

I’m really enjoying my time with this game!
It’s hard to believe it came out so many years ago and yet holds up so well today!
I’m still making my way through but can’t wait to see where the story goes!

Dungeons & Dragons: Dark Alliance
16 hours between Wulfgar / Drizzt Solo and Multiplayer before deciding to put my 2 cents.
First I’ll start by saying that two main complaints are legitimate but pretty exaggerated.
-
Netcode does need work and diminishes the value of twitch mechanics which otherwise work flawlessly Solo but at the same time you’re in a group so unless you’re the type to scream “But I pressed the button!” and rage. It’s mostly an annoyance right now and not bad enough to kill enjoyment of the game.
-
Enemy AI is indeed a bit derpy taking “Action Movie” turns to attack the player. This is most notable Solo. At the same time if the enemy were to aggro stick the player all at once I doubt it would be Solo’d above 2. Hero difficulty. Far as I’ve seen the issue with hitting enemies from range, esp bosses is generally fixed and in the end this isn’t a competitive game. I’ve seen 5/5 star games where the AI is still easily exploited. Just play the game and stop trying to break it.

To start this review, many of the first negative reviews, and highest rated ones, are both much too critical and based off of a low amount of hours.
This game is marvelous, but it would be ignorant to write this review and say there are no issues. Of course, there are some glaring issues. But many of them are no where near as detrimental as some of the high rated negative reviews make them seem.
The worst issue in my opinion is the lackluster AI. Many of the enemies, simply won’t attack you, if you don’t start attacking them. And you get warmed up to that very fast. However, there are some AI, who are very aggressive, and being warmed up to AI not generally attacking you, it makes it feel like… a normal game. However, if you’re playing with a team, I have not yet encountered an enemy who will actively attack you whilst reviving a teammate.

Eternal Dreamers
This game reminds me of Might & Magic & leasure suit larry play style with Rusty Hearts toon artwork. Thought it would be boring but I liked it. Had to get use to the attacks keys (again) since it does play like M&M of the old 90’s days. hard parts are knowing about the drops and how they will compare to your current stats, as you can only view the 4 in the party of the 9, PLUS you need to remove the runes to compare. I did buy the DLC bonus pack, but you need to look on another page as the price for the bundle is cheaper ($11 vs $14). It lacks a trading post so you can sell drops but cant re-buy if you made a mistake. What I dont know is how to set the attack party so you can select the first one to hit rather the range / ninja toon. by default.

Tenderfoot Tactics
Tenderfoot Tactics is an open world turn-based tactics game where you play as a band of goblins exploring a vast archipelago, getting into cool fights and pushing back a malevolent force known as ‘the fog’.
The fights are cool because they’re all about manipulating and dramatically transforming the battlefield. You can smash craters and crack ravines into the earth, fill them with water then electrocute, boil, or even ice the water over to cross it. You can grow movement-hindering (or enhancing!) brush then set it alight to toast your foes (or your tender toes). You can even infect enemies with a fecund poison that, on death, spawns a ‘bog body’.

TL;DR: great combat and character advancement, ‘meh’ everything else. The combat and advancement carry the game and justify its modest price tag, but if that isn’t enough for you look elsewhere. A gem if you like small-scale tactical combat. Bonus: plays perfectly in Linux via Steam Play.
At its heart this is a classic turn-based, grid-based tactical roleplaying game. Combat and character development mechanics are reminiscent of Final Tantasy Tactics and Tactics Ogre in all the best ways, though less ambitious (as befits a much smaller game).

Before actually working on a project of this scale, the basic design should be perfect. Feedback from actual players (you guys) is extremely valuable in determining what works and what doesn’t. Releasing a free demo on Steam seems like the best way to get as much feedback as possible in the shortest time.
The demo could be considered a condensed version in terms of gameplay. It includes most of the characters, skills, equipment, items and enemies that are planned for the full game. There’s no plot, however, no quests, no puzzles. The game elements and locations may or may not be part of the full game. That depends on your feedback! :)
Wildsilver is planned to be released in autumn 2022. There may be an early-access version.
