I’ve played the local multiplayer several times with friends and have had a great time playing. The variety of game types and settings provide a lot of options for replayability. I can’t wait to play the campaign once it is released, especially since it can be played coop. Cymatically Muffed is reminiscent of older classics while still providing new and exciting mechanics of it’s own. Do yourself a favor and check it out.

Mussoumano: Ataque dos Haters

Mussoumano: Ataque dos Haters

Very good, but why don’t you have Chinese? As the largest market in the world, if there is Chinese, more people will play it.

There are some difficulties in the game. If it can be saved, it will be better if it can be revived from the place of death rather than from the beginning

Pixel Cup Soccer - Ultimate Edition

Pixel Cup Soccer - Ultimate Edition

I can see how this game shows quite some good potential for growth. I wasn’t aware that there was a whole Pixel Cup franchise, but it seems my time will be rather appropiately spent with this one as it looks like a considerable better development than the before editions.

Looking forward to those new features!

The good:

-Beautiful pixel graphics

-Plenty of competitions, teams, stadiums and more to choose from

-Good sound design

-Fun gameplay, easy to understand and get into

-Basic and good controls

The bad:

-Kick offs are a bit broken, if you align your kick off kick to the middle and shoot at max power, there’s a 90% chance your shot is going to be a goal, weirdly enough, this seems to work better at some stadiums than on others

-AI for defenders is a bit bad, sometimes all your defenders will go up to attack and leave the defense empty for no reason

Legends of Astravia

Legends of Astravia

Lost within the turmoil of Astravia’s past, you and your companions must find a way to unite its people before the Cataclysm brings about another age of ruin.

Features

  • Exciting, timer-based battle system that relies on quick decision making. The twist: you control the timer; no more waiting for a bar to fill up or for turns to pass.

  • A varied cast of playable characters, each with unique combat styles and unique abilities to help you craft the perfect team.

  • Vast, explorable world filled with dungeons, caves, and towns. There are challenging puzzles to solve and treasures to find in every corner of Astravia.

  • Avoidable enemy encounters. Choose your own playstyle instead of being at the mercy of randomized, repetitive gameplay.

  • Modular skill system that allows you to swap abilities between characters, so you never feel locked in to a particular “build”.

  • An engaging story supported by varied side-quests. Alongside a fulfilling main quest, meet characters all over the world with their own side-quests and special rewards.

Story

The world of Astravia is in conflict; severed by unrest between mysticians and humans who fear their magic. Once seen as heroes, the flow of time eroded mysticians’ feats into myth, and so anyone who shares their likeness in the present day must instead hide from the ruling country of Valica and its brutal knights.

Thus, the wandering mystician Oliver must tread with caution as he escapes the woods of a Valican territory. Spared by a mysterious assassin and at a loss as to how he got there, the stakes are raised even higher when Oliver realizes he must pass through Valica’s capitol in order to find answers about his own origins.

#### Chapter 2 & 3’s synopses will be revealed prior to their release.

Streets of Fury EX

Streets of Fury EX

This is the most fun I’ve ever had with a beat ‘em up.

Streets of Fury EX certainly doesn’t have the ambiance of Dungeons & Dragons: Chronicles of Mystara, or the soundtrack of Streets of Rage, or the visuals of Capcom’s Alien vs Predator.

But what the game lacks in artistic and technical prowess, it makes up for with its zany humour, large cast of playable characters, and awesome gameplay depth.

Each character feels very unique, and though a few can feel underpowered, they’re still interesting in their own right. The combo system is super flexible - way more than I ever expected! Chain combos, special moves, dash and jump cancels, juggles, OTGs, and the coming update even adds parries to the mix. Hell we’re still finding new ways to do amazing, super damaging combos!

Real player with 333.0 hrs in game

I sunk a huge amount of time into the original Xbox 360 version of the game, and Streets of Fury is one of my favourite indie games from last gen. I was pretty amped to discover that they were planning on doing a PC version of this, so I’ve been patiently waiting…

Streets of Fury is a throwback to late 80’s - early 90’s arcade style beat-em ups done in the style of games like old-skool Mortal Kombat using digitized sprites. Streets of Fury sports a very competent and deep combo system that is simple and pick-up-and-playable for beginners, while more experienced players can string together ridiculously long combos that look like something out of a high level MvC2 or Skullgirls match…

I’ve been playing this game since the very, very early versions of the Early Access release, before cameras and costumes were a thing, but I’ve taken a long, long time to write a review, mostly because I’m having a hard time to fully express my feelings about this game. There are way too many things to talk about, which means this is going to be a rather lengthy review, and it might also be all over the place due to the amount of stuff that comes to mind, but let’s dive right in.

I’ve spent most of my teenage years and all of my early adulthood wishing for the “perfect” 3D platformer, one that combined most of the things I like in a single, awesome package. I dreamed of a game with a rich, vast world to explore. It had to have a lot of secrets and tricks to discover, but it also had to have well designed platforming and action to boot, and the atmosphere had to evoke feelings of childlike wonderment and adventurous endeavors in boththe soundtrack, the visuals and the story. The characters had to be adorable and stylish, and the gameplay had to be smooth and thrilling.

Poi is a good Mario clone. End of story now get out of the review section and buy the game if you want to kill a good 32 hours collecting things.

okay that’s not entirely true so read this instead

PLOT

You and your sister run away from the city in order to find Adventure. On your adventure to find adventure you meet up with Mario in his mid 80’s who asks you to get his sonic ring with ribbons attached to it down from a tall stump due to him being a crotchety old man who can’t do it himself. So you jump to the top of the stump, grab his ring and when you bring it back to him he tells you that the ring is called an “Explorers Medallion” and they are foudn all over the world. So he asks you and your sister if you want to get on his magic flying whale blimp to find him and since choice matters as much as it did in TellTale’s Walking Dead Season 1 in this game, you say yes and off the three of you go to go get the Medallions and save the world or something

Good game

I am going on a FF spree and it’s thanks to FF8 here. Honestly very unique and interesting game vs the rest of the series. Though you’re either going to enjoy this game’s quirky and complex Draw/card/GF system or you are going to despise it with your entire existence. I like quirky systems, so I didn’t mind it. In fact, I liked it a lot. Triple Triad was honestly the funnest side-game or mini-game that I’ve played in any game.

I found it to be a fun experience, despite its flaws. If magic and GF cut scenes were faster/skipable, I think this game would be ten times better lol.
