KEEPER- the hunter of insects
Fun game to pass some time. Don’t expect any depth however, but then it’s only 0.99 cents. I have already gotten my moneys worth out of it.

Just barely qualifies as a game
Pros:
-
The “game” starts
-
Did not crash once during playthrough
Cons:
-
No options
-
No auto-reload (have to move your hand from arrow keys to “R” key every time you want to reload)
-
There are only two enemies
-
Upgrades cost way too much and the menu is not intuitive
-
Steam overlay does not work
-
Save locations poorly placed
-
Bad weapon variety
-
No story line, mission or objective
Overall: I’d recommend AGAINST buying this game, as it should not even be on Steam (Yes it’s that terrible). If anything this game only sets the bar lower for other new games.

GUILTY GEAR Xrd -REVELATOR-
I played Sign for 6 months, and when I mean by play, I mean grind combos in the training room and doing nothing else as Millia. So, when revelator came out, I was super excited. Unlike Street fighter V’s launch (Sorry Capcom fans please don’t hate me) Revelator’s launch went exteremly smoothly for me.
So, let’s take a look at what the game does well:
+Netcode- HOLY MOTHER OF GOD THE NETCODE IS AMAZING. On average, I get 2-4 frames of delay and it feels like I’m playing on a console offline. Granted, this assuming you have anti-aliasing and post-effects off, but even with everything on, you’ll get 5 frames at the max. The only netcode that can top Guilty Gear’s is Killer Instinct.

This piece of sh*t of a game actually made me go out and buy a fight stick just so I could get better with it lol. I have tried out a bunch of fighting games before, but nothing came close to this. GUILTY GEAR Xrd -REVELATOR- is the best fighting game I’ve played so far, and possibly one of the best game I’ve played in general, and that’s saying a lot, because I’ve never been into fighting games that much in the past.
The Positives:
- Complex but satisfying fighting system: The game is indeed hard to learn at first, as there are lots of mechanics to understand, but even at the beginner level, you can still pull off some cool stuff and look awesome while doing it. Once you start getting better, things like Romance Cancels and Burst will be easier to get into and you will be able to use them correctly at no time. And although combos are pretty tough to perform, I think one of the way to learn them is to watch videos and tutorial on the internet and try to copy the combo in practice mode, then slowly apply them in real matches, and sooner or later you will be able to do it. To me, that feeling of learning new moves and combos, then successfully doing them against real opponents is what makes this game so great and memorable.

Last Light
I was first attracted to Last Light for its art style, which is absolutely beautifull. For somebody who does not like horror type of games this one really made want to unlock all the achievement (still one to go). So without spoiling anything this is my short review score:
Art: 10/10
Story: 9/10
Difficulty: 7/10
Scare factor: 9/10
It took me 3 hours to go through the first playthrough (took so long because I was scared). To unlock all other achievement, except for one (where are you third floor director!!!) it took me another 10 hours as I did not use any playthrough or guides.

I really enjoyed this game! Only played through it once so far but going to go through it again and try to 100% it next time. My biggest criticism is that the keyboard controls are very frustrating when you’re trying to run away from enemies. I haven’t tried with a controller yet, hopefully it’s easier with that.
Something to NOTE! This game has the following elements that might be an issue for some when playing: occult themes, lots of blood, body horror, bullying/harassment, medical equipment, dead bodies, multiple text descriptions of violence, and two text descriptions of animal abuse. Much “lighter” than most horror games, but please take it into consideration before playing.

Rip Them Off
★★★☆☆
First and foremost: this is a mobile game, so its interface and the pacing is build as one. It is also cheaper on iOS (4 euros).
A stylistic tower-defence game that lacks a lot of room for the player to explore, leading to a lot of trial-and-error. Each level consists of a street or more with adjacent buildings. You’ve to figure out which store will be active in the preset buildings so that every customer eventually emptied its wallet by the end of the street. There are no differences between the pedestrians. If they walk on the same side of the street, they’ll all have the same amount of money and they’ll walk at the same speed. They’ll go into the store if there’s room.

This game bills itself as a puzzley tower defense game, but is
none of the above. The way to solve each “puzzle” is to guess
correctly at what kind of shop should go where, and when to
upgrade them. There is no strategy or clue decoding. There is a
help button that tells you the correct answer, and that’s
basically it.
Tower defense games give players choices and tradeoffs. Puzzle
games give players the tools they need to solve the puzzle. This
game gives players a bunch of things to try.
Pros: The music is nice. The flavor text is sometimes amusing.

Solar 2
The screenshots really do not do this game justice. The formula isn’t new in itself (if you’ve played the first evolution level of Spore, Osmos or Flash-game ‘flOw’, it’s basically that idea (bigger consumes smaller), modelled on orbital rotation and gravity.
You start life as a small bit of rock - a tiny asteroid. You must smash into other rocks in order to grow. Grow enough and you will become a barren, rocky planet. Gather more rocks into your orbit and absorb them for your planet to grow. When it’s large enough, your planet can sustain life (which has benefits and shortcomings - I won’t say what as it’s a bit of a spoiler). Once your planet is HUGE, it can become a minor star and draw other planets into its orbit. Be the biggest solar system. Become a binary star system. Become a black hole! Survive as other systems try to attack your marvellous achievement and turn you back into an empty, tiny planet! Best of all, you keep that planet or system. When you reload, you carry on where you left off.

This is the type of game you play when there’s nothing better in life to do. Don’t get me wrong, it’s really fun, innovative and very addictive, but with so much out there, I can easily see this little Indie title being forgotten. In some ways it has been. There is no Wiki page, the Steam community hub is small as are most forums for the game I’ve seen. It was part of the Humble Bundle V and as such was thrown in with other Indie titles further relinquishing it to obscurity.
Make no mistake though what is here is a very solid game. The gravity physics are well done. Stars, planets and the like are colorful and the music is trancelike and hypnotic. This game is a fine way to practice patience because you will find yourself growing asteroids, planets and star systems for hours and find little tedium in the process.

Mutant Football League
Mutant Football League is the spiritual successor to the 1993 Genesis game of–just about the–same name. It’s a 7-on-7 American style football game featuring teams of monsters battling it out for gory gridion supremacy in an “after the bomb” world.
“Gory? Football is violent, but not THAT violent”, you say? Ah, but it turns out trolls, skeletons, and robots are more cavalier about possible concussions or, uh, dismemberment, than real-life footballers. Indeed, in the Mutant Football League scooping up a diva wide receiver and breaking him in half with a move normally seen in professional wrestling isn’t unsportsmanlike, it’s the norm!

MFL fills in the massive gaping hole in the football game market, especially on PC. If you want to play a football game in 2018, you are limited to emulation or purchasing a console, and even then you are limited to Madden titles. Not that Madden titles are inherently bad, but MFL allows for fun football action without the drudge of an NFL simulation. Rather, MFL has ramped up action and pace, little down time, and cartoon violence.
The gameplay is standard for any football game (so skip this is you have played one). You select offensive and defensive plays between downs, and during the play take control of a single player. On offensive plays this is typically the ball carrier, choosing targets as the QB and switching to the receiver or running back when ball changes hands. On defense you can cycle through to play any of the positions.

The Disguiser Of Fate
Meh. This is ok, but too many plot holes. I thought the mechanics were ok, the story needs help though.

The Disguiser has a good story, the combat is easy to get a hang of, if not a bit easy, i have only 1 problem with the game, the screen is a box in the middle of ur screen but not bad value for ur money
