Ossuary

Ossuary

Ossuary is now one of my favourite games ever made. A philosophical journey, something in between RPG and text adventure. The artwork perfectly suits the objective; the graphics are simplistic yet crafted with much attention to detail. The avatar you take control of resembles a marble navigating a labyrinth. The ossuary’s museum is secretly a mizmaze.

Built on the principles of discordianism, the game takes place in the lower hell, purgatorial ossuary, a place of bones. This is a place where no progress can be made, no ideas can flourish. What the wanderer must realize is that this place is the lowest point: any deeper hell exists merely within fear itself. Those who live in fear are trapped in a desolate labyrinth and remain in the dark. Once the wanderer realizes this, the unbinding begins. FNORD

This game is hard to get into.

The start of the game is dull and nothing really prompts you to continue playing, besides a few minor dialogue options. Though the game doesn’t really change from this formula, I started to enjoy it more and more as I played through.

With over 1,300 lines of dialogue, every character’s personality is detailed enough that you’ll want to explore all their possible responses.

Direction wise, this game does not hold your hand.

This is a game where you have to play it in one sitting, which is about a 3-5 hour playthrough.

CUCKOLD SIMULATOR: Life as a Beta Male Cuck

CUCKOLD SIMULATOR: Life as a Beta Male Cuck

I’ve been a cuckold for 50 years now. And after 60 hours this really does help the simple minded man understand the ways of a beta cuck. To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand cuckolding. The kink is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of inter-sectional feminism most of the empowerment will go over a typical cuck’s head. There’s also the Bull’s aggressive outlook, which is deftly woven into his role - his personal mannerisms draw heavily from the mating habits of bovine animals, for instance. The cucks understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depths of being cuckolded, to realize that it’s not just arousing - it says something deep about DIVERSITY. As a consequence people who dislike cuckolding truly ARE idiots - of course they wouldn’t appreciate, for instance, the power of when the woman says “leave the room Cuckold you’re breaking Tyrone’s concentration,” which itself is a cryptic reference to the plight of African-American males in the United States. I’m smugly grinning right now just imagining one of those addlepated simpletons scratching their heads in confusion as The Bull’s strong African seed ejaculates itself on my wife. What bigots… how I pity them. 😂 And yes by the way, I DO have a cuck tattoo. And no, you cannot see it. It’s for The Bull’s eyes only- And even they have to demonstrate that they’re within 7 inches above of my own (preferably higher) beforehand.

I couldn’t recommend a masterpiece more than this one. Within this game, you take hold of a cinematically structured character who’s actions and unique dialogues encase yourself in the game. With the riveting gameplay, plotlines, graphics, you would think you were playing a game made by Valve, Bethesda, Blizzard, Activision, and shit maybe even Bungie with a $50 Billion budget within 20 years in the making. The amount of connections and indepth character detail/development, you would think you were just living through the eyes of a real person. This mere review doesn’t serve this game justice, maybe one day the world will experience this game and war, hunger, poverty, racism with be abolished by the light of “Cuckold Simulator: Life as a Beta Male Cuck”.

Phantasma VR

Phantasma VR

Hello Everyone, I just finished this game.

I am glad I finished, If this was a Hard copy of a game I would of put it in a bucket of Gas, and set it a fire.

This was one of the most Aggravating games I have ever played on VR. If I didn’t pay so much for my vive, I would of smashed my Controllers into a wall a long time ago. Not only did I want to get to the next Head banging puzzle so badly, just to stop me from slamming my Headset into the walls, but I wanted to get to the end, to find out what kind of reward I would be greeted with since I went through all of this Madness. There was none, None end line story finish, no what is going to happen to me, NOTHING!!! it just ends…… I am searching for a highlight of my day into the night, back to the day Aggro blast, the only thing I can come up with is standing in front of the hall door listening to the couple Screwing.

I have decided to completley re write my review of Phantasma. when I first played this game I really wanted to love it but to be honest , and this is hard for me to say because I pride myself on my puzzle solving ability and proudly wear the “I solved obduction without cheating” badge. but before some updates and reworking this game had me beyond frustrated. The dev has completely reworked the second puzzle,. the infamous Paris and added a few clever hints in a couple of the other levels now that make this game much more accessible. The puzzles will still challenge you. But every thing you need to solve the puzzles are right there in front of you. you will solve and when you do you will feel pretty damn smart for it. Graphically the game is gorgeous. the sound is great and free locomotion works fantastic. Currently the dev is working on an update to fix the teleport from pushing players back from the edge of tables and the like. That’s another thing. This dev is listening to his customers and has been working like a madman to give us updates and fix anything that may have been over looked in playtesting. You should easily be playing the game for 3 to 5 hours depending on your puzzle logic,. I initially didn’t think there was any replay value but have found myself going through again and just absorbing the atmosphere of the game and feeling the narative. It’s really twisted. this is definitely worth your time and money! we need more interesting titles like this and less wave shooters.

New Ice York

New Ice York

This game is so much more than I expected it to be. At first, playing it- I was charmed by how weird it was but after playing through it, I found myself feeling connected to this universe and the characters within it. It’s intuitive- familiar, but totally different. Refreshingly fun, and an overall great release by magicdweedo, an artist I’ve really enjoyed since Mealmate™. Make sure to check out the soundtrack, too- it’s really catchy!

Real player with 8.7 hrs in game

New Ice York has deceptively good writing. The first chapter is unfortunately slow, which is a bad problem for a game of this length to have, but that slowness does its job of lulling you into a familiarity with the characters that it uses as a platform to build off of. NIY unfurls in a way similar to Frog Fractions or magicdweedoo’s last major game, Ticket: breaking its own rules and shuffling weird mechanics around. Where the former games engage themselves in a game of zany one-upsmanship, though, New Ice York’s treatment of mechanics is much more narrative and constrained. Detective has an oblique resemblance to Deadly Premonition’s Francis York Morgan / Twin Peak’s Dale Cooper, and similar to those stories New Ice York’s descent into surrealism takes on a personal significance in the quest of the protagonist.

Great Speedgame!!

Fantastic experience. Great gameplay combined with awe-inspiring voice acting and minimalistic graphics clash together in this magnum opis of a game. On the outside TAD appears to be your ordinary AAA gaming experience, but upon closer inspection the game can be compared to a regular “Clockwork Orange” or “Gone with the Wind” in terms of sheer storytelling and eye candy. TAD: That Alien Dude defines what it means to be a gamer, games like this are what keep me from abandoning the gaming community entirely. The lack of tutorials give the gamer a more cut-throght experience, similar to cup-bread or dark shoals. Minimalistic graphics allow the gamer to focus more upon the machanics then the graphics

Tortured Hearts - Or How I Saved The Universe. Again.

Tortured Hearts - Or How I Saved The Universe. Again.

I’m not much of a review writer, so I’m not going to do an in-depth analysis, but 150+ hours in I’ve become completely addicted to this game. As advertised, it’s old school in the larger sense of its design and flow, but it has elements and specifics that are entirely unique. It is difficult at first to figure out how some things work, so you do what pretty much all old school RPG’rs did: play for a while, figure out how things work, then start a new game for real. There’s a huge demo that can serve that purpose for you. This is not one of those games with 40 hours of cut scenes and an onscreen arrow pointing you to what you need to do next, where flashy graphics (that sometimes even work) substitute for game play. You will get quests that you will not be able to solve until well into the game, and you’ll have to stop and think about where you need to go and who you need to talk to. If you want a game that holds your hand and points you to every answer, this is not for you. If you want to solve things on your own, can handle some frustration and you value the game over flash, I think this is a great game for you.

Real player with 990.4 hrs in game

Game has some great potential but just far too frustrating. I fully get the concept of trying not to “hand hold” to make the game more difficult, but so much of this game is just running all over the map just hoping you find the right person to talk to and trigger the correct speech line. The entire game is mostly just based on brut force.

Then there is the combat system. You have no control at all over what your team does in combat. To make it worse, the AI is horrible. You will find your team wasting mana casting a cc spell on an already cc’d enemy or casting the same spell over and over that the enemy is immune to. A strong monster will be one hit away from death and your mage will cast three straight buffs instead of killing the monster.

That didn’t work for me. I got caught and got fired for it. They put a younger, prettier assistant in my place. But I doubt she types as fast as I do. They were the ones who lost

On the one hand, I really want to give the game a thumbs up for a creative and somewhat neat idea for a really cheap price.

On the other hand, though, I really must give it a thumbs down for not offering much at all, even at this price level plus thirty percent off; because in the end, cheap does just not justify bland.

I do enjoy any just semi-rewarding grinding game for a while, but looking at the short time invested here, I had rather counted cars drive by my window - even if the game had been for free. Where the game mechanics in any way challenging or rewarding, it would be a different story. However, it is random key bashing in it’s dullest form.
