Rebellion Gaia
This is the best RPG since final fantasy 7 and it’s genius stepson spiritual successor. Took a solid 70 hours to beat it and I enjoyed every minute. Full of red pills, humor and good storytelling. A gem. A real treasure.

This game is a lot of fun… and quite hilarious. Yes the voice overs are awesome!!! But the references to real life are bang on. I can’t wait to dive deeper into this game as I have only played for a few hours up to this point but trust me, if you like RPGs, this game will hopefully spread some awareness to the unaware and provide knowledge in areas that you may already be familiar with. Plus the proceeds go to a good cause and I will support this crew anytime I can. Thank you for this game!

Shadows Behind the Throne 2
Remember “That Which Sleeps” the kickstarter game that promised that you could play as Cthulhu and corrupt the world and a million other things, but then the dev took the money and ran and never delivered.
Implausibly Shadows is not only the game that was promised, but it delivers. The graphics are a little off and the interface is a little confusing, but goddamn is it fun to corrupt and dismantle several civilizations until eternal winter falls upon the land. There is a lot of room to grow, and here is hoping it keeps growing.

Great game. It’s a bit like Ruinarch, if you’ve ever played that, except on a strategic level. Lots of variety in the ways you can take down a kingdom. Very replayable and it’s right up my alley.
That said, it’s EXTREMELY rough. As EA as you can get while still being playable.
- Kind of a crap, poorly thought out UI. For example, saves are placed in alphabetical order instead of chronological order where your most recent one is at the top. You might have 7 autosaves, and the one you’re looking to load is save number 3, halfway down the screen and you have to look at the time to know that’s the one you want. I called my manual save aaa, so it will be at the top of the list. That’s a small thing, but there are a lot of poorly designed UI functions like that and it impacts the level of information you get from the game.

Wake out of Twilight
You, Jesse, are a fortunate employee at a massive company that helps supply many less fortunate people with fulfilling jobs. You don’t understand how so many folks are willing to submit themselves to the work that your company provides since it is all really just an illusion. That is until you find out that many of the people that you serve are actually held here against their will.
-
A story-driven, single-player adventure with a thought-provoking story of perspective
-
Simple controls that will let you guide Jesse through their story
-
Navigate through several pixel 2D platforming puzzles
-
Solve the mystery of the people trapped in an illusion and become the hero
Jesse will only be able to finish his mission and turn himself into a hero by putting himself in the shoes of others.
The Fall of Balance
The Fall of Balance is a VR, fantasy game focused on Colossal boss fights, each with various mechanics, like climbing, character Skills, and others. Although it can be easily compared to Shadow of the Colossus in VR, many gameplay elements make it unique. You will have to trick the giant Guardians in order to climb them and search for their vital spots.
The game is mainly centered around boss fights, but Easter Eggs will be a huge part of the game too, hopefully creating a great and strong community for The Fall of Balance.
Who is the Liar?
I loved the art direction chosen for this game. It combines pieces that look like they came out of the board game Clue with beautiful, more realistic 3D scenarios and comics iconographies. The game also has an engaging story and charming characters.
With all of these elements at the developer’s disposal, the game practically begs for more content. Since it is still in early access, it is sure to develop into a great game.
Very promising!

A fun game, very well produced. The visuals are incredible, combining cartoon 2D and stunning 3D. A humorous narrative, it reminds me of the movie Knives Out with its crazy eccentric family. Looking forward to play the next stories in the final version.

A pretty good school project point and click having to open the menu choose the correct interaction close the menu testing what option you need when the options aren’t really explained outside of a picture makes the game pretty clunky, until you get used to it a lot of the options only have one or two uses anyways having a system where you click an item and it just gives you the option needed when the time comes for that item’s interaction might have been better than having to open and close a menu not a big problem but since there’s quite a few objects it gets redundant. The story is pretty decent nothing crazy, but I like the fact you get a genocide mode or a pacifist mode sadly the ending doesn’t change regardless.

Scarlet Republics
Scarlet Republics is what would happen if Fire Emblem had a love-child with Divinity and a Joe Abercrombie book. It’s a turn-based tactical RPG set in a fantasy world inspired by the Italian Renaissance and Leonardo da Vinci’s imagination
The game is set in the vibrant and treacherous City-states of Corsano, a fantasy world inspired by the Italian renaissance and Leonardo Da Vinci’s imagination. The game tells a mature fantasy story of vengeance and conquest, with plenty of choice, consequence and wit.
KEY FEATURES
-
Turn-Based Tactics - In Scarlet Republics you guide a squad of mercenaries in turn-based combat. The game features 7 unique classes divided over 20 playable characters. It is up to you to pick and mold your squad to suit your playstyle and strategies.
-
Get Creative with Squad-Building - We have built the RPG system to match customization with organic, pseudo-random growths with a focus on squad building and gut-wrenching choices for how to grow your characters. Experimenting with different builds and synergies is a key aspect of creating your perfect mercenary company.
-
Choice and Consequence - How you progress depends entirely upon your decisions. Large parts of the game, including entire battle-maps and quests, are choice specific and it is impossible to see it all in one playthrough.
-
A Living, Breathing World - Inspired by the Mediterranean, the Renaissance and the vineyards and olive groves of Italy and Greece, Corsano is a land of vibrant colors, heady spices, merchant lords, pirates, politics, intrigue and, of course, war.
-
Da Vinci and Tango - The game’s art style is inspired by renaissance art and the sketches of the master Leonardo Da Vinci. The soundtrack mixes classical fantasy with inspirations from tango and flamenco for a dramatic sunset vibe.
Fantasy Toonz: Embers of Creation
The Great Creator Raist, being as bored as he was, created 12 demi gods to keep himself entertained. They soon became bored themselves so they created a world with all kinds of races to keep themselves entertained. Filled with jealousy, but fearing rebellion, Raist manipulated the races into a false religion to fight against the demi gods. Raist then suggested the demi gods give their children magic as a reward for their loyalty and to combat this new false religion that was threatening the will of the gods. When the demi gods realized that the Raist was the one behind the false religion, they took all the magic from their childen and used it to destroy The Great Creator. Raist was destroyed and the embers of what was left smashed down upon the planet, shattering it into an untold number of pieces and destroyed most of the life on the planet.
Blood Nova
The powerful and prosperous Velayan Empire has reigned peacefully for over three centuries, even as distant galaxies – connected to the empire by a string of star channels – have been wracked by war.
Now the empress is abdicating the throne. Her eldest daughter, Princess Love, must take her place. But when Love becomes the target of conspirators seeking to thwart her ascension, she becomes trapped aboard an interstellar lighthouse, with only her best friend and protector, Kel Yakkavan, by her side.
Love and Kel must expose the threat and save the empire before time runs out.
Blood Nova is a modern point and click adventure game set in a unique and original science fantasy universe. It tells a story of adventure and conspiracy, depicted in classical hand-drawn pixel art.
As Love you will explore an interstellar lighthouse called The Looping Vale, solving creative puzzles and meeting a cast of eccentric characters, each with their own hidden motivations and desires.
The game is brought to you by Cosmic Void (The Corruption Within, Void Breach), Ross Joseph Gardner (Half-Life: A Place in the West), and Donovan Jonk (Megahammer Studios).
