41 Hours
Serious Sam… with a weird girl following you around
Pros: Good graphics
Gun modifications
Open World
The bullet-time is pretty dope
Some RPG elements
Cons: The RPG elements (skills, leveling, etc.) can be a lot better
Mindless waves of enemies spawning all around you
Needs more guns (like a sniper, shotgun, hand cannon, etc.)
Enemies have aim-bot like a mofo
The building mechanic needs work, as it’s unwieldy
Is it the best game ever? No… but is Serious Sam the best game ever? No, it’s not either. I’d really just compare this game to being a slightly worse Serious Sam… so for the price, it’s good if you’re looking for a game similar to Serious Sam.

41hrs Review
Its hard to give a review for this game as i did receive it for free via gift purchase from my brother and also this a game made by a small team and by what i can see and feel when playing the game they did not have a AAA budget.
So i finished the game on the pro skill level took me just over 7hrs to finish but keep in mind i have played tons of first person shooters and tend to finish games quite quick. I liked the game it has some frustrating moments which i will get too but overall its quite decent and for $20 bucks aussie dollars its not bad value.

battleMETAL
I don’t know why this is being compared to mechwarrior 2, but this isn’t even in the same league as a MW game. it doesn’t even feel like a mech game and controlls like a normal fps. This would be tolerable if it weren’t for the plethora of bugs and the nonsensical story that came with it. My favorite bug being the one that will often spawn you in a place that gets the player stuck on the map if they forget to pick a start point. Balancing is also a mess since there are only 3 mechs and energy weapons mostly usless outside of the emp.

Do you like Mechwarrior 2? The developer of this does too and it shows! It feels great, plays great and I just love it! Super easy mod support as well! I have modded in the MW2 soundtrack and now it feels even better! 3
It is one of those games I just got an instant crush on, exactly why that is is hard to explain but I will try to give some pros and cons on why.
Pros:
-
A very present Mechwarrior 2/Mech sim retro feel, but with modern fps controls (similar to Mechwarrior Online)
-
Lots of options for loadouts for the mechs with 3 Chassis available, lots of weapons and weapon group settings.

The Bluecoats: North & South
The game is full of bugs, errors, AI should be improved a lot, keyboard commands are not always comfortable, the map is quite uncomfortable.
But it was my favorite game on the Amiga and that’s okay then
UPDATE
After 24 hours of gameplay the thing I find most annoying during the assault on the forts is the lack of footsteps in the enemies and the spawn behind them

Not bad, actually. I read the controls were not good originally but that an update fixed it, for me they were working with an American keyboard. The new 3D shooter fights are not bad but I miss the original jump’n’run environments.

Wonhon: Prologue
Like stealth games? Try this.
–-
You play a vengeful spirit that’s been allowed to return. It plays out as an isometric puzzle game that requires a tactical approach. The only way you can fight is to possess the bodies of your enemies, but you have limited spirit energy to maintain either possession or a ghost form that lets you move through objects. If you get spotted in your fragile reanimated human body, you die quickly.
This was the first teaser demo and they’ve also released a longer demo with a few more missions (and additional story). The full game launches July 2021.

Feels awesome. Can’t wait to see more.
Perhaps more camera controls like (zooming/panning) wouldn’t hurt.
What I really hope to see in the final release is fast saves/load anytime and insanely hard levels.
Really great works folks!

Kwarn Armada Tactics
Kwarn Armada Tactics (aka KAT) is a unique mix of strategy and action.
KAT’s gameplay is focused on an ingenious system of units formations : each of your units has lines of action that can strengthen allied units or destroy opposing units. Place smartly your units to create powerful formations which will counter your opponent’s assaults !
Choose among 6 generals the one that will lead your troops on the battlefield. The general defines your armada’s general strategy : massive assaults or fast attacks, impenetrable defence, ruses or diversions, guerilla warfare or destabilization…Each of the 6 generals has 3 powers able to turn the battle to his advantage : powerful drones prototypes, opposing units capture, camouflage, speed or power boosts, etc.
Choose among 27 units the best combinaison according to your strategy ! Heavy units, equipped with shields, allow to crush a defence formation !
Light units are able to dodge enemy’s attacks and are perfect for harrying your opponent! Medium units are balanced and will form the core or your armada ! Transport units allow you to bring units to the heart of your opponent’s armada or to create a diversion !
Customize your units with equipment to caught your opponent by surprise and take advantage! Equipments can be installed on some of your drones and can be used at any time during the battle : the bomb transforms a unit into a suicide bomber, the teleporter transports a unit in the middle of the enemy defense, the virus sabotages the enemy defenses, the bastion turns a unit into a fortress, …
Fight your opponents in ruthless duels ! Each battlefield is full of surprises: whether it is a violent snowstorm that immobilizes your units, asteroid fields that threaten your troops, or pirates capable of capturing your units: each battle promises to be unique and surprising ! The AI of the game has been the object of a particular and constant work in order to make it redoutable : able to choose among dozens of tactics and hundreds of formations of units, the AI represents a real challenge and makes each general really different.
Finally, quick play allows you to set up an immediate battle through 14 game modes, against the AI or another player on the same device.
KAT’s visual aesthetics is inspired by comics and turns the gaming experience into a real journey into a dark and captivating science fiction universe.
Features :
-
An absolutely unique, simple, tactical and nervous gameplay
-
Large tactical possibilities : 6 generals, 27 drones and 10 equipments
-
Long game length : a campaign mode , 14 game modes and quick play against a challenging AI or two players on the same device
-
A unique and captivating universe told with a comic book style
VIRTUAL SOLDIERS
It is FINE.
There are 6 levels that take about 3-4 minutes each to complete.
The environment IS destructible but the screen is often so busy as to not matter.
For $10, there just isn’t enough content here.
For $1, I would probably give it a thumbs up, at $10, I have to give it a thumbs down.

G.I. Joe: Operation Blackout
I do recommend this game, albeit with some caveats.
G.I. Joe: Operation Blackout is an old-fashioned third-person shooter with 17 missions, across which you get to play as twelve characters total (six each for the Joes and Cobra). The game is obviously a love letter to the original 80s cartoon, and given the comments the developers make in the art book, they worked with what they had and would’ve make a more robust game if given the choice. If you like G.I. Joe and don’t boot up the game expecting a triple-A title, I think you’ll have a good time.

I honestly couldn’t tell you why this game got so slammed at release. I picked it up in a Fanatical Platinum bundle and powered through the whole thing in one sitting - and it was worth every penny. Definitely a budget title, but between the self-aware humor, earnest appreciation for the IP, and damn fun action (even the vehicle sections!), Operation Blackout might actually be the first genuinely GOOD G.I. Joe game!? It basically is like if Volition’s Agents of Mayhem was a linear action game rather than a sandbox grind, and it works so much better as a result!

WARSAW
Some words to describe this game in the first place: dark, difficult, sad, beautiful and mind-blowing.
-As a history fan myself, I love this game; it contains beautiful artworks and a sad background, characters and encounters' artworks are worth collecting. You can see those faded historical moment vividly, while not as grand as those moments of Normandy, Pacific or Stalingrad, it gives people that feeling.
-As for the gameplay, not only the combat is difficult, player also has to manage the resources and ammunition they’ve got (yes, there’s an independent “supply” consumable item for purchasing stuff); unlike other games, this one is based on a true history event, with the ending of the story set, a heavy-hearted player must try to help those men and women to survive longer before they meet their ultimate destiny of doom. For me, it is like a mixture of darkest dungeon, this war of mine and valiant heart.

(Hopefully) FINAL UPDATE:
One month ago I said that I would keep my WARSAW review negative until more changes for the better were made to the game. I saw changes being made, MANY changes, so here I am again. So, with that being said, let’s (again) get to the bulk of it now (this time trying to not let emotions get too in the way of things like in my original review).
WARSAW had a VERY rocky launch but now it has been polished and updated so much that it can barely be compared to the way that it launched in. Game became better in basically every department, along with getting more content too.
