Lost Sunday Comics presents The Lost Sunday

_Nina lives in a dusty town, haunted by the six angry wolves of the week - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Each day brings never-ending chores, and no one can rest until they are done.

Legend speaks of a seventh, kinder wolf, but everybody knows an evil witch stole it and keeps it locked away. But Nina has had enough, so she sets on an ambitious quest - go to the forgotten realms, vanquish the witch, bring back Sunday and enough free time for everyone._

The Lost Sunday is a comic book about working too much, told through stories and inspiration from old folklore, myths and tales. We printed this book in English, Swedish,. Romanian and French, and Lost Sunday Comics features the digital version of Nina’s heart-warming adventures.

LIBERATED

LIBERATED

This review contains major spoilers. Be warned and proceed at your discretion.

LIBERATED is one of the games that you’re not meant to have fun with. It tells a dark story about dystopian future, where the government controls every aspect of human lives. Don’t purchase or gain enough via wire? Don’t post enough photos on social media? You’re under suspicion. Maybe you post an online comment doubting the current government? You’re asking to be arrested, discredited, pretty much erased.

There’s a group of people in that world. They call themselves The Liberated. Throughout the game they hunt for the proof that the government is corrupt, and ultimately, that it was behind the big terrorist attack on the school, which they needed to justify building this strict regime, where privacy is a crime.

A digital interactive comic book set in a noir cyberpunk world of complete government control, eerily reminiscent and very close to the course our own blue ball of yarn is spinning into at the moment.

What excites about Liberated is the way it’s presented. Through a slick, black and white comic book, complete with textured panels, sounds of flipped pages and reflections. You even have the ability to tilt the view around the panels a bit. It’s a complete experience of reading a comic book. I can almost smell the paper. The art is wonderful (brings to mind Frank Miller’s Sin City, even a hint of Torpedo and some other noir comics) and the way the panels are framed really glues your eyes to a single panel, letting you linger on it as long as you want.

Plaguepunk Justice

Plaguepunk Justice

Great mix of roguelike and squad based strategy. Unique setting and mechanics for a zombie game. Love the art style and the music is very enjoyable and gives a nice tone. Very polished with no crashes or issues so far. Has that addictive “one more turn/mission”. Glad I found this hidden gem.

recently got this game on sale, got completely hooked within the first three missions

the style, dialogue, combat, and crafting system are all top notch, 10/10

some of the things that hold the game back in my eyes is the movement, often times passing through another person (or vice versa) can mess up my placement, but to be fair thats just a learning curve

the combat enforces high mobility because of the healing combat, and i think thats really interesting. It makes positioning, resource management, exploration, and map awareness very important. Also requires a little bit of tracking which “patients” you have already treated, etc

Stilstand

Stilstand

This game hit home for me and those watching the stream. I loved the art style and how it captured the emotions. The game itself does not have any puzzles but is a point and click adventure with guides. The music, the dialog, the sass from our conscience? monster, and the over all humor of the game mixed with the depression/ loneliness is my kind of humor. You really understand the character and root for her because shes just trying to be happy but makes many mistakes along the way. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who likes dark stories about the mind and humanity.

Real player with 1.4 hrs in game

I love this game. Stilstand is one of the only visual novels I could really get into and appreciate to its core as it’s not just relatable but also very creative in its delivery of subject matter. It’s a very raw and vulnerable tale about a woman who is self-destructive, depressed, anxious, and introverted but who tries her hardest to set up dates and go out with friends despite this triggering yet another wave of anxiety attacks and a retreat back to the safety of her blanket - while trying to deal with the summer heat and her nagging subconscious. The style of drawings here are so amazingly crude, in a good way; they really get across how the main character can be utterly frantic or completely depleted and hopeless. Take a trip into her mind, as she dissociates after a massive alcohol binge at a party she never wanted to be at in the first place, or is left ghosted after a date gone wrong.
