Biscuitts 3 is very cool game with the vibe of the 60s it’s like playing a cartoon literally! The controls are very smooth and the art style is definitely the best part. Can’t say anything bad about what I have played, definitely super fun to play!

The Unholy Society
I love this style of art, like office clip art. The new way of fighting is also interesting. But this game can’t set screen resolution and window mode, hope to update.

This one delivers on its promise in spades : full on 90’s occult comedy with breezy and headache-free mechanics. Never outstays its welcome and has more character than MTV 35 years ago. If you like the screenshots, it is exactly the game that you imagine it to be.

TAD: That Alien Dude
Great Speedgame!!

Fantastic experience. Great gameplay combined with awe-inspiring voice acting and minimalistic graphics clash together in this magnum opis of a game. On the outside TAD appears to be your ordinary AAA gaming experience, but upon closer inspection the game can be compared to a regular “Clockwork Orange” or “Gone with the Wind” in terms of sheer storytelling and eye candy. TAD: That Alien Dude defines what it means to be a gamer, games like this are what keep me from abandoning the gaming community entirely. The lack of tutorials give the gamer a more cut-throght experience, similar to cup-bread or dark shoals. Minimalistic graphics allow the gamer to focus more upon the machanics then the graphics

Cyberpunch
Incredible art style, I really loved it and it made me decide to play this game.
It’s like serotonin and nostalgia being injected into my brain.
Please add online multiplayer to this game. I want to play with my friends in online mode.

Very cool indie game about fighting in a Streets of Rage style! At times I felt like no more enemies could fit on the screen hehe I really enjoyed the punches and the overall experience.

Horror Legends
Horror Legends is an intelligent 5v1 asymmetrical horror game with great atmosphere and a comic book vibe. The base game has 8 Cast members and 8 Legends each with their own unique stats, abilities, and playstyles. It’s different from the other horror asymms because you don’t rely on perks and add-ons for mechanical advantage. The players provide the skill instead of the progression system.
There’s a great deal of depth to the gameplay for those willing to invest the time. Each Legend is unique in both appearance and gameplay which heavily rewards mastery. The Cast members must work together to complete objectives and escape, or they can kill the Legend to end the match. This creates variety in how each match plays out.

This game is surprisingly fun and I think with some more polish and content could be a solid addition to the asymmetrical horror market. It reminds me a lot of Friday the 13th: The Game before that game tanked. The killer (called “Legends”) are very powerful and similar to F13 they can kill you quickly if you’re under-resourced but with the right tools you won’t go down without a fight.
While playing the other night, I found myself crouched in the corner of a closet holding a kitchen knife above my head as something started breaking down the door to the room I was in and having to make the decision to stay put and hide or to smash the window in the room and climb out to flee and the whole scenario reminded me of old cheesy-but-classic horror movies that everyone loves.

Another faithful retro game from the Foxy Boxy, seemingly inspired by the early Famicom days, with about 30 to 60 minutes of content unless the developer adds some achievements. I enjoyed the second half of the playthrough once the levels got a bit more challenging, but overall it’s a very casual platformer, and you can beat it on the first try. On a side note, you can access some settings using the ‘ESC’ such as the fullscreen, CRT filter, and gamepad config, although it does not have a true widescreen to conserve the pixels. There are 3 playable characters that have slight variations on the attack range and the damage output, but you can also access the transformed version of each character further in the game. I like the small variations during the stages like riding a fish, being chased by the bosses, and even a few pathing puzzles, granted the stages were very basic, perhaps intentionally so. Not sure why the stages had so many transitions, maybe the developer was trying to imitate the limitations of the early development, but I wish the levels were a bit longer. Perhaps my only criticism is that the last boss was way too simple, you put more effort into the fights that came before it.

Cheeky Beetle And The Unlikely Heroes
My kids really enjoyed it, it reminded me a bit of the old school Pac man type games. but pumped up a bit. Alot of fun. I recommend it. The developer is super helpful.

While I initially had a not so great experience with this game, I MUST tell you on my second try of this game, I had a MUCH BETTER game experience!
I cannot over emphasize to you to START ON THE EASY DIFFICULTY ..Don’t start off on the default normal unless you want to risk getting frustrated and over-whelmed like I did my first try!
..If you care kicking butt on “Easy”.. then by all means, up your game and difficulty! =)

Anyhow, as I could tell initially even with my first review, this developer has poured a LOT of effort and time into this game and it is a STEAL at only $1.99 USD!
