Toy Tactics
The fight to become the supreme strategist has begun!
Command your troops and outclass other military geniuses from different ages in a take on battles like never before. Think fast, deploy your units, and emerge victorious. There is more than one road to victory, but only the smartest will get the prize. Sun Tzu is watching, are you ready?
COMPLEX TACTICS, SIMPLE CONTROLS
Placing and moving your warriors wisely will allow you to overcome sieges, ambush your opponents, and deceive them. It may sound complicated, but you will control your wobblers by just drawing formations on the battlefield: you can also drag, merge, or change them: Surround, feint, outsmart… The world is your canvas!
BLESSED ARTIFACTS AND GREAT POWERS
During your adventure, you will come across ancient artifacts which enhance the abilities of your troops, but that is just the beginning… You can also unlock and acquire special powers: invoke reinforcements like catapults, summon flaming meteors, build your own walls and towers… Just draw and set the target locations on the ground, wait, and see…
LOTS OF TROOPS + PHYSICS = CRAZY BRAWLS
When the contenders collide, their masses, weaponry, and inertia could make some helmets fly through the air. Physics is not oly fun to watch in massive matches, it may be on your side if you jump at the chance.

Save One More
Save One More:
One of the many honourable serviceman on the battlefield is the one with the role of the Medic. These individuals are exposing themselves to the same dangers and fears as any other soldiers in battle. Not only do they have to dodge bullets and upcoming bomb shells, just like any other warrior, but their primary job is to get to their wounded comrades as fast as possible, without thinking twice about their own life. They definitely have a super sense of hearing to be able to make out the call, “Medic,” between explosive shells and whistling bullets. What courage these men must have in such chaotic situations, motivated by the thought, “I must save one more.”

6/10
A nice twist on war gaming
Short good game. I quite like art style.
A few tweaks would make a huge difference:
Firstly:
cut scenes should be skipable.
secondly:
the game displays wounded/saves/dead if one soldier goes down 5 times and you save it 4 times before it dies score would be 5/4/1\. when your dealing with groups of 20 or 30 soldiers its very hard to tell how many units are currently down. Quite a few times I though I'd revived all wounded only to have the dead count surprise me by going up.

## Jets'n'Guns 2
The sequel to a beloved classic shmup, Jets'n'Guns (JnG 1). First of all, if you haven't played that, you absolutely should.
Let's get the good out of the way first:
- graphics are gorgeous. Explosions are fantastic and the visual effects are also really good, especially the flamethrower flames
- GEMs (Gun Enhancement Modules) and Antimatter Devices add a new layer of strategy to how you approach a mission, allowing for sometimes radically different approaches even with the same weapons.
- more variety in different missiles and bombs

For newcomers, 8/10
For long-time fans, 6/10
I'm a long-time Jets 'N Guns fan ever since the Reflexive Arcade days. The original has the lofty position of being one of the few games I truly love; it will always be in the "top games of my lifetime" list.
Short campaign aside, JNG2 is excellent, yet a bit of a mixed bag at times.
I waited to PLAY this game until it was officially out of Early Access; I didn't even install it until it was out of early access, so I come to this game fresh.
Make no mistake, JNG2 is S-H-O-R-T. I suppose they want you to start out on an easy difficulty and then keep beating the same handful of levels over and over again to try and get all the hidden stuff and the highest score? I get the distinct feeling that "Early Access" turned into a "Steady Stream of Revenue" for those handling the cash, and when that stream turned into a trickle, they released the game. What a shame. Not even 1/3 of the 43 (!) levels and variety found in JNG1\. If they matched the number of levels and variety of JNG1, this would be a near-perfect sequel.

## The Bluecoats: North & South
The game is full of bugs, errors, AI should be improved a lot, keyboard commands are not always comfortable, the map is quite uncomfortable.
But it was my favorite game on the Amiga and that's okay then
UPDATE
After 24 hours of gameplay the thing I find most annoying during the assault on the forts is the lack of footsteps in the enemies and the spawn behind them

Not bad, actually. I read the controls were not good originally but that an update fixed it, for me they were working with an American keyboard. The new 3D shooter fights are not bad but I miss the original jump'n'run environments.
