Quest for Runia
Super relaxing game for a bit of cooling down after work.
The Controls are far better then i expected them to be.
It happens far less then i thought it would, that i aim at a point on the far end of the ‘gaming table’ and miss the spot i aimed for.
The graphics are a bit bright.. too colorful for my taste, but it doesnt hinder the experience at all. If you like them - even better.
The music adds to the relaxing experience.
The tutorial makes it look like an easy game, but you will soon see, that you have to watch carefully and think a bit before starting a level.

Very nice relaxing game to pause your brain from lockdown, politics, household and so on… I love puzzles and played a lot of Bejeweled on the phone. This is my new Bejeweled in VR - sit down, chill and forget the time. At the beginning it seems easy, but it gets challenging quickly. Above all, I’m someone who always wants three stars, even in other bubbleshooters, and here I haven’t reached them all yet…
I think it might appeal to young and old and VR newcomers, if they love puzzles.

Trapmania
Trapmania is one of those ‘I can’t stop playing’ games for anyone who enjoys comedy, strategy, or action games. The music is pretty good, and makes each map seem even more unique. The graphics are great. Lot’s of comical animations and sound effects. Would recommend for anyone looking for 10-15 hours of intense and challenging strategy.

Chesstle
Had this on my radar for a while and picked it up this sale along with a (pro chess player) friend and I wasn’t disappointed. Took a match to get the hang of the mechanics (a quick tutorial or the guide being accessible in-game would’ve been nice) however it was hella fun beating on each others units and winning. I’ve never beaten my friend in chess before.
10/10 would beat professional chess players again

What an interesting twist to chess, I went ahead & started to play thinking it’s chess with characters. Soon to realize there is much more to it. After reading the guide I played again & really loved it. I love the special abilities each piece has (Mage/bishop can trade places with another; Archer/Rook can attack over pieces). Player gets two moves one to move & another to attack. The attacks cause damage & don’t outright kill units.
If you are a defensive chess player like I am with slow opening & building to endgame, well it’s time to leave your inhibitions aside & get your Queen/Champion in to the arena & hammer away.

This game is easy to get the hang of, but difficult to master. It is challenging and fun at the same time. Trying to plat all the levels and unlock all the bows and arrows is super rewarding. This game has a lot of replayability and I keep going back to it for a chill time. For the price I think this game is a no brainer to at the very least try.

Catana
When an unseen phenomenon creates havoc in nature, strange aberrations start to appear in the courtyard of a quiet monastery.
To beat back the mutants, the Master of the monastery takes a Disciple under his wings: the young and fierce Catana!
Guide Catana as he masters the attacks that will save not only the monastery but also the world beyond it. With point-and-click simplicity, you’ll create matches that eliminate groups of enemies, unleash powerful special attacks and take down crafty bosses.
You’ll face Tentacles, Lava Crunchers, Robots and more, all of which will lead you to an epic showdown with the mysterious force behind mutations.
Chess Evolved Online
The developer is clearly insane, and there are numerous horrific flaws that I assume will never be fixed ever. The good news is that it takes a while for the true gravity of those flaws to start affecting you, and until then you can enjoy this game a lot.
Here is a small sampling of some of the terrors of the past, although they may be gone*, they surely portend of more great sorrow in the future:
1. Turn one checkmate was once possible. Yes it is as bad as it sounds. Although it could be staved off by simply covering ever square within a 3 square radius of your king.

Chess Evolved Online is an extremely frustrating game to play, and not for the right reasons. While it has an incredibly compelling base for a game and that is fun for a long time, you eventually get to a level where, at the highest rankings (I am currently in the top 50 as of this review, rank ~4400), you are forced to play only the most boring stally armies or lose a lot of rating because of effective RNG where other armies hard-counter your pieces.
So while I am giving this game a positive review out of support for being much better than most games out there, it still feels dreadful to play due to developer incompetence.

Epitaph
I recommend it to some players BUT it’s a very specific group of players.
I gotta start by saying the art design is great. Incredibly eye-catching with all the colors and angles. Premium style!
Anyway, Epitaph’s gameplay is kinda like the line battle system in Darkest Dungeon. And they really leaned into the mechanic. For example, one of the reapers can headbutt an enemy to knock it into a different spot. Another example, one of the characters can attack in front of or behind them. You’re stuck in the 2D but there’s still a lot of movement and options. Even with 13 characters, they’re all simple to learn. Epitaph has a low skill floor but a high skill ceiling.

Brain Break
A challenging and interesting puzzle. Very similar to the old games on push-button phones, which is very nice. A beautiful and pleasant picture to the eye. Good animation. A large number of levels that can put you in a dead end. I thought about some levels for more than half an hour. Good musical accompaniment, sometimes even calms down when you do not know how to pass the level. The game as a whole turned out to be very interesting and not bad, even considering that it is a puzzle. I hope the authors will add more and more levels over time, because the game has sunk into my soul. Very good game, I recommend it. I liked everything, and given its price, this is a great game that fully deserves this amount.

An entertaining and exciting puzzle game called “brain break”, in which you need to place the cubes in the cells assigned to them. The game is made in a simple and concise style, which is very combined with the musical accompaniment. At first glance, everything is simple, but then it only becomes more difficult. The first levels are introductory, and the next ones will be more and more difficult. A variety of levels in the game is enough to take you a couple of hours to complete. Buy and try out the game definitely recommend, it is 100% justifies its name.
