Neon Souls

That’s where you’re wrong. These same effects are the main part of the game mechanics, which at first didn’t seem to me, but the more I progressed through the levels, the more I saw the importance of using these effects to my advantage, whether to anticipate some moves or to help me stay alive. Gameplay quite different and very attractive 100/100.

As good as the colors of the soul. It is necessary to play with caution and explore slowly so as not to die. Very good.

Incredibly amazing game. The movement of the character is a lot of fun and every boss and mechanics in the game are really surprising. The levels that you can jump on the monster’s head in sequence were very well thought out.

A pretty good platformer. I really like this unique aesthetic and gameplay concept where you can’t see the enviroment, so you have to move and jump to splash ink revealing the obstacles and platforms.

Cardinal Chains

Cardinal Chains

This is a fantastic little puzzle game that offers a simple premise but a lot of depth. Your goal is simple, make chains of integers that only ascend. While this is simple at first, the more complex the board and the more starting points you get make for an increasingly difficult challenge, and with over 500 puzzles you will be at this game for a while. It’s the sort of game you get suck on for hours and then come back to a few days later and solve in a few minutes, and then get stuck all over again.

Meme Run 2 review

This is my Meme Run 2 review, this isn’t anybody else’s Meme Run 2 review.

Whilst there may be several like it, this is MY Meme Run 2 review. It’s not warxillusion’s steam review of Meme Run 2, its not Twitter User GoingRandomNow’s steam review of Meme Run 2. It. Is. MINE.

Anyways, now that i got that out of the way and that you guys know that it is my Steam Review of Meme Run 2, i would like to express my opinions on Meme Run 2 in this Review about Meme Run 2 by ioletsgo.

I love this game so fucking much, it is incredibly addictive and very difficult. I see a few reviews on here calling the game bad but I don’t think they understand the point, you see all the crazy seizure inducing shit on the screen is what makes the game interesting, funny and hard. Every single crazy thing on the screen is designed to do three things, be funny, be ironic and make the game harder. Instead of having mobs that you have to fight off you have 1000 dollar bills on your screen covering 50% of what you see. In the past 24 hours I have spent 6 hours playing this game and every minute was worth it and I hope to be meming on for many more.

YANKAI’S TRIANGLE

YANKAI’S TRIANGLE

Great little casual puzzle game.

The puzzles are randomly generated (with a total of 1.74 x 10^26 possible levels), but they’re still really fun and feel really well designed. The gameplay at the start is pretty easy to understand and new mechanics are added regularly to keep it fresh and make it more and more complicated as you progress.

The artstyle and sound design isn’t for everyone, with the weird music and visual noise, but I personnally really liked it! It has some kind of strange creepy vibe that makes it very different from other casual puzzle games.

This game is awesome. Have time to kill? You’re gonna like this game. Unless you don’t like it…

DISCLAIMER

THIS GAME HAS LOTS OF BACKTRACKING, AND TRIANGLES, AND ANIMAL NOISES, SO OF YOU DON’T LIKE THE FIRST TWO,

DO. NOT. PLAY. THIS. GAME.

what I mean is that while you can mute the sound, this game is seemingly endless, some levels are going to take you a couple seconds to beat, but others. WILL. TAKE. MINUTES. as of writing this review, I have around 2 hours in the game, but I am only at level 40 :/

Very fun to play with friends. Driving is most fun with controller and setting it up is only to plug it in. Controls are easy to remember and driving is easy but mastering it takes time. I recommend this to everyone.

AaaaaAAaaaAAAaaAAAAaAAAAA!!! for the Awesome

AaaaaAAaaaAAAaaAAAAaAAAAA!!! for the Awesome

This game is actually V E R Y fun! Well, for me. I originally played AaAAaA!!! 3D on A10 so i decided to ask my dad to buy the game and we did and i fricken love it! So it has good graphics (If your PC/Mac/Linux can handle it, or you put it on low graphics) and also fun level design, good DLC, not alot of difficulty spikes, less sensitive to whack into a building, good controlls, and use of the wind and checkpoints UNLIKE reckless disregard for gravirty (Excluding Brutal Concussion) and its just a good game! I 100% Recommend it!!! Also the best part! The name! AaaaaAAaaaAAAaaAAAAaAAAAA!!! for the Awesome!?! That name is easy to remember and awesome! (No pun intended) But some downsides are it removing some sounds and polishing things that Reckless has like the Kisses where it would fade not just blink. Also the sound for Spray Painting was just the Flip off sound and the spray paint sound but no sound that i remember from 1… 2… 3… Kick it (Drop That Beat Like An Ugly Baby) Also the texture quality is a little dated. And the glitch where the camera wont move. Also it should of been DLC because the Awesome Levels and the original campaign. However i still recommend it over Reckless Disregard for Gravity.

AaaaaAAaaaAAAaaAAAAaAAAAA!!! ….For the Awesome, the Anti-Platformer!! In this game you will do all in your power to AVOID landing on them, as you leave every platform far behind!

I nearly made a mistake with this game (beyond thinking the dreadful title actually said something about the game, that is): I read the reviews. Then I read the awards it’s won. Then I considered the type of games I enjoy most: pinball, Puddle, FOTONICA. Flowing, limited control type games. Actually, the decision was easier with more information. And I made the correct one.

Ilamentia

Ilamentia

An amazing series of exploratative puzzles, and one of the best uses of design space that I can recall.

The game itself is difficult to explain. Its a first person wasd + mouse control scheme with only 4 additional forms of input. Fire, jump, restart, and exit. These functions change slightly from level to level. Sometimes you might not be able to jump, sometimes you might be able to fly, sometimes your fire button does… something entirely different.

There is very little in the sense of hints (usually you have the name of a level and a single short sentence with which to build your guesses). This can be a boon or a curse depending on how quickly you pick up the goal of a stage.

Real player with 18.0 hrs in game

I’ve completed most of the game now and formed a love/hate relationship with it. The gameplay is nice and some of the levels are creative. BUT… Way too much of the challenge in this game revolve around the player not seeing a f’ing thing except the screen flickering or the theme of the world you’re in makes everything a huge pile of shit on your screen. On some levels you have to do platforming while the platforms are hidden and there’s nothing in the level that allow you to judge distances so you have to count in your head to figure when not to press forward anymore. Some levels make you lose your vision as you progress and this theme of not seeing s**t repeats over and over. There is some kind of logic in the puzzles but the rules mostly change as you progress and you will “die” because theres no way you could have known what will happen. I’ll give an example here about the poor puzzle designs here so SPOILER warning incase you’re going to purchase the game.
