Incident Commander

Incident Commander

Despite the few available scenarios (7, including tutorial, at the time of writing this), the game is certainly being worked on with new content being added.

-The controls are easy to learn and are responsive.

-There are no major issues with bugs (aside from being able to break the tutorial by doing things before it asks you to).

-Audio is decent. There’s no real “music” at this time, and the voices used remind me of Microsoft Sam, but it’s not a real problem considering the early development stage of the game.

I cannot recommend this game:

I cannot recommend this game as this game fails to deliver on many of its promises. For a full release the game is obtuse, cryptic, and remarkably unwieldy. Polish aside the game fails it’s main goal of being a simulator for the Incident Command System. The Incident Command System is really an apparatus to approach an incident and then organize resources. The game fails here as the scenarios and objectives in many ways are more realistic than that of the Emergency series but the game’s mechanics are too unwieldy to allow for any praise.

Digital Expo Center

I think this will be the future. People will be able to visit the virtual exhibitions with quality and comfort.

This is an excellent project and I really enjoyed.

I’m really happy to see this kind of project here on steam.

This project makes very intelligent use of technological resources.

So the stands can have the possibility to use video, slideshow, as well as animation of 3D objects providing greater immersion.

I really recommend it.

Mage Fort

Mage Fort

This is a challenging and fun little game! I love the diversity between characters, and the different playstyles. The spells are pretty intuative, and it definitely plays well with a controller. There are also some very different challenges between the maps that make each unique. Co-op is pretty simple to jump right into, and highly encouraged! It’s definitely possible to go solo in this game, but it’s more fun to play with help. Haven’t really mentioned yet, but there’s also a nice simplicity of style in this game. It’s a combination you don’t see a lot in games: challenging, fun, simple. This makes it a good pickup for all ages, and definitely playable for most.

Sigma Impact

It is actually a very nice game, once you get into it. Provides very fun gameplay with a beautiful soundtrack, and I like the fact that it has local co-op to make the game more fun and a bit easier with the extra help. The game has a lot of potential to improve and add new things in further updates. I would personally recommend a third player local co-op option, and I think some other people would too. Thou I do understand that it would have to squeeze the players health and weapon stamina bars, making them very small. Hopefully there is an alternative solution to this problem. My second suggestion is just to add some new enemies, and maybe a weapon too. But all in all, so far this has been an extremely fun game for me and my friends to play together, and I hope that there will be updates very soon:)

This game is very fun and hard to master but once you get the hang of it. The game somehow becomes even more challenging as you try to beat the it under 10 minutes I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys a casual play-through. I’m looking forwards to further development in the future.

Camped Out!

Camped Out!

Camped Out is a frenetic couch co-op game for friends and families where up to four players work together to set up camp before darkness falls.

Work together as a team to complete campsites and unlock further areas in the game world.

Each level is a race against the clock where players are required to build tents, construct a campfire, cook enough food and get into bed before darkness falls.

THE WORLD IS YOUR OYSTER

It’s a wide, bountiful world out there, teeming with all the natural resources you’ll need to complete your campsite.

There’s wood to be chopped, stone to be mined and fish to be caught - but don’t leave them lying around or they might disappear..

TEAMWORK MAKES THE DREAM WORK

To set up your camp as efficiently as possible, you’ll need to work together.

Throw tools to a teammate in need, ferry resources to a blueprint someone else placed, duck out of the way to let a camper through; every little bit of synergy helps. And most importantly, communicate!

ROME WASN’T BUILT IN A DAY

..but your campsite must be built by nightfall!

Each camper’s backpack holds a tent pack, lantern, and some shared tools. There’s also a cooking pot to stew a succulent meal. You choose where to place your blueprints, so choose carefully!

MEET THE CAMPERS:

  • Quintana - Quintana is the Camp Leader at Roaring Pines Summer Camp. She is the eleven year old daughter of high achieving parents. Her mother, a respected surgeon and father, a psychiatrist. As the first born of two girls, Quintana feels a sense of responsibility to protect her little sister. She’s clever and curious and having achieved leadership status in Mensa for Kids, prefers the company of books to frivolous child’s play.

  • Covington - Covington is ten years old and lost his father when he was only five. Coming from a creative family, Covington’s father left him with music in his veins. Covington continues to teach himself to play guitar by watching online videos of his favorite bands. He loves excursions and field trips with his fellow Campers, as he feels a close bond with them and will often serenade them with melodic renditions of his favorite songs.

  • Saffron - Saffron is ten years old and the middle child of seven children. But with her ginger locks and eyes of blue and spirit to match her dazzling appearance she has no trouble standing out amongst the crowd. Living on the expanse of the farm with her six siblings, she is constantly seeking her next adventure and with a freckle to match each of her escapades, she’s unstoppable.

  • Rascal - Rascal is eleven years old and an only child who’s been misunderstood until he was diagnosed with ADHD. His parents had him join Roaring Pines Summer Camp when he was seven, and as his name suggests he has a tendency to create mischief between his peers. Rascal loves to build and will use any material available to bring his imagination and creations to life. Whether it be sailing through stormy seas on a raft made of driftwood or flying through space with meteorite precision, Rascal leaves those around him in the wake of his creative destruction.

Puzzle Together

Puzzle Together

The Good the Bad and the Ugly

The Good - You can play with friends in real time without having to invite them over and clutter a table and worry about losing pieces. In this time of social distancing it is a way to play with friends and family members with out worry.

The bad - there seems to be a problem with the idle indicator. If you get the msg (are you still there?) the puzzle freezes and you have to close the game and restart it and rejoin the group.

The Ugly - the price. 5 free puzzles and then ,99 for each additional puzzle. Micosoft jigsaw puzzle has hundreds of free puzzles you can buy additional packages of puzzles as you need them for much less. I would be more inclined to buy a package then individual puzzles.

I definetly recommend this game if you like puzzling/ puzzling together every once in a while

I haven’t payed for the game so this is a review from the no pay perspective

pros:

-fair amount of free puzzles (6) which are also changing (motive) regularly (every month or so, idk the exact rhythm)

-optional ingame voice

-ingame chat

-optional ingame music (many (maaany) different radio frequencies)

-you can sort the puzzle pieces by command and choice (colour, segments, edges, etc.)

This is the definitive co-op mayhem game! If you like chaos, mayhem and laughing with friends and family this is the game for you!

I played the hell out of this on Stadia. Now that it is no longer laggy as its STEAM it is even better. The controls are easy on a controller.

My Wife and I love playing it couch Co-Op, Lots of Easter Eggs and references to pop culture through out.

There is a solo mode but note you wont be able to do all the challenges - this is defiantly a co op focused game. Fun Solo, Crazy fun together!

Great party game !

  • Don’t necessarily have to play with friends - single player mode is just as fun. (especially destruction)

  • Great replayability for multiplayer, lots of ‘versus’ levels in addition to regular levels.

  • Nice soundtrack, songs are catchy.

  • Love the simlish-esque speak of the characters and cut scenes.

  • A variety of customisation options for characters (would always love to see more tho ;) )

Overall a fun game to play alone or with friends, only issues i had were due to my poor internet connection.

RoboDo VR is a singleplayer and multiplayer puzzle climbing platforming game, that is more focused on the platforming in the latter half of the game. I was unable to test out multiplayer, but I will say, per the developer, the MP levels are different than the SP levels. I think the game was going for a Portal 2 type of game, but obviously, this isn’t Portal 2, and it doesn’t have to be at that level (or close to it) to still be recommendable.

I was waiting a long time for this type of VR game. First impression was good. However along the gameplay I found bugs that really bothered me. So I’m still torn about how I feel about this game. I’ll keep the game in my library for now to see if developers will be active and fix it because it actually could be a great title on a VR platform.
