Gloomhaven
Need a break from the endless grind of looter-shooter games or from the stress of endless pvp?
Well look no further, because Gloomhaven has got you covered.
Gloomhaven is a turn-based strategy rpg that can be played solo or co-op. You work together as a team of mercenaries adventuring through dungeons and saving the city of Gloomhaven from evil (or maybe not.. depending on your choices hehehe).
It plays like a classic roleplaying game, such as pathfinder, or Dungeons and Dragons. This is a digital adaptation of a board game and offers both the full campaign with 95 quests from the original game as well as a new guildmaster mode with 150+ unique quests and some new bosses. There are 17 playable classes, with 6 starters and 11 that you unlock as you progress through the game.

So let me start this review by saying that yes, I do own the board game. I have a 178 hours into Gloomhaven, most of which I accumulated during Early Access playing the Guild Master mode. I am currently playing the campaign mode, and I have done the bulk of those hours, outside tutorials, in multiplayer.
I love this game.
So if you’re either struggling to work with a 20+lb board game and keeping a steady gaming group going, for me the challenge is my gaming group is almost always 5 people which is one too many. For reference, I do play a lot of board game digitally, Through the Ages, Carcassone and Ticket to Ride, to name a few. I also love Zombicde, Hero Quest (got the new edition this week), Vindication and 7 wonders to name a few physical games.

Special Tactics
It’s a great game! Too bad the player base is 0 at this point so if you want to buy it for the multiplayer, you need to have some friends to play it with or you can add me.
However, the single player is awesome! The campaign has a lot of variety and teaches you everything you need to know. It shows of the maps very well. After completing the campaign there is not much left to do. Only thing you could do is survival mode, but that gets boring after a few games

Special Tactics Online is a tactical/ strategy shooter with addictive gameplay.
This game now in Early Access, but in this stage its also can keep your mind for couple hours.
The gameplay is turn based you sent orders for your squad what contain a four member, after that when you end own turn your opponent do same. In a multiplayer the players have 50 second in each turn, in other modes time is not limited. In a game you can found five different classes, all has different features. You also can use in every round one type of booster (from four available) and you can use three different grenades types. At the moment game has 7 maps, but this amount will be grow up in the future. Also you can change a weapons of your squad members. You can buy weapons, on the store, what you can earn playing, survival mode, and multiplayer.

Super Club Soccer
Game is still in the thick of development, but a new patch was just released that allows players to form teams and compete in friendly matches which adds a huge amount of depth that was missing. Soon seasons will be added too.
When you read the negative reviews, keep in mind that this game is not meant to be played with bots. It really shines when you can get a team together and start building chemistry, and play against actual people.
If you haven’t played yet or had a bad experience, be sure to find yourself a team and hop on the discord.

For people that like the tactical side of Football this is a great game to get into. The aim of the game is to play as a Defender, Midfielder or Forward and you control a player in a 11 a side game with the rest of your team being controlled by other players.
A 90 minute game lasts about 60 minutes and consists of turns where you control your player by moving, passing, defending and attacking.
When you receive the ball you have a option menu come up that allows you to run with ball or try a low pass or a high pass to a team mate.

I am not a Monster: First Contact
One of the best games I’ve ever played. It is Xcom style tactical turn based strategy game and it is flawless.

Visuals are stunning. Game is made in a way that it looks like as if it was made in the 60s. The graphics use old movie filter, the sound effects are “poor” quality, stereotypical (with game progress you’ll find out that they have much more depth) characters and the whole future concept from 60s movies about distant future. The whole 60s thing is done very well. Amazing.

Level design is great and used cleverly. Many times game reuses same levels, but is done so well that those reused environments feel like totally new levels, I mean they are, they have different objectives and stuff, so they are completely new levels, just with same level design. But it is not reused because of lazyness or cheapness, it’s reused because it is needed for story progression. This is really smart design choice, I love it.

Literally, I started the game with no expectations. I knew people liked the multiplayer, but since I wasn’t interested in it, I’ve watched the game with suspicion. Once I learned that there was a single-player mode, I didn’t expect much from it either.
I was sure this was some sort of “alibi mode” to complement the multiplayer and even if it was good, it would be short as most indie game campaigns are.
Oh my God, how wrong I was! The game campaign is simply stunning!
It is very long, it takes 25-30+ hours to finish it. - That is a huge selling point for me!

Cooperative Chess
When your friends win, you win.
Co-op Chess occurs in rounds, and in each round you must occupy all the “!” squares.

Quality of life improvements beyond what’s normal for Chess apps
Cooperative Chess is part of what has retroactively been termed a “molasses jam” run by the Bay Area Dev Collective. The theme of the jam was to make a violent genre non-violent. Somehow the idea of co-op chess came up during a brainstorming session, and I knew immediately that I had to figure out how to make it work. And now you and a friend get to experience it yourselves.
