It’s fun, though the bots are well… still bots, but that’s to be expected, at least they aren’t bad, they just aren’t to terribly great either. (They’ll do stuff like get stuck in a room, or pilot your about-dead-ship into mines that could have very easily been avoided or destroyed… but they’re pretty good in general with the rest of their duties)
I’d really like to see more missions go into this game, but as to the ones that are up they are fun (though, they could do with a bit more variation… especially exploritory-wise, as traveling through space doesn’t seem to terribly interesting, but I’m not sure how you’d add more variety to that, besides maybe having a map where you have to carefully pilot around obstacles, or maybe pilot your way into a hanger/base of some sort).

I’ve had a blast playing this with my friends. I backed the kickstarter so I’m excited this is out. Currently there’s a good amount of released missions for a few hours of gameplay, but since it’s possible to highly customize your ship it’s still very fun replaying those same missions, usually with a different crowd. Since you can play the multiplayer locally and the game is very easy to get in to it works well as a party game.
In early access there are still a few bugs, but for the most part the game is bug free.

D-Corp
When we were offered this key, we honestly didn’t know what to expect–we’d beaten the heck out of Overcooked and Dungeon Defenders before, and this seemed similar, but we were skeptical.
Welp, WE WERE WRONG.
This game hooked us quick and DIDN’T LET GO–it’s sci-fi a cousin of Overcooked with an emphasis on harvesting and defending, and couples will especially love this one and will probably find it a lot less frustrating than others in the genre. There’s some room for this to grow up, but it’s got more polish than existing games in the genre that have been actively refined for years. Check out the WeHeartCo-op review on YouTube, coming soon!

TLDR: fun game, but if you are unsure check out the DEMO :)
D-corp is a really nice coop tower defense game and it would probably be even better if I had friends to play it with.
While it seems meant to be played locally from your couch with a group of friends it does also support steam remote play and is pretty good to play solo as well (what I mostly did).
Some Pros:
-
Throwing things into pits or acid (including your now ex-friends).
-
Different themed levels, enemies, guns (towers) and elements to make each level feel unique.

Colony Siege
This game is not worth a Thumbs Up, it is worth a Maybe. But sadly Valve does not give us that option, and somehow has come to the conclusion that rating a game is a simple Go / No Go affair. This game clearly demonstrates why there needs to be a middle ground option.
There is definitely potential here, and I am getting some minor enjoyment out of it. I think the Defense Grid meets Supreme Commander thing is a bit of a stretch, but I can clearly see what they were referring to. There is certainly the aspect of building your own path and shaping the battlefield that Defense Grid did so well. And you can build a vehicle factory that allows you to build units like Supreme Commander did. But that is where the SupCom similarities end. Ok, yes, you can upgrade defense towers, but that wasn't unique to SupCom, it is a normal part of any Tower Defense game.

Colony Siege did a lot of things right, but…
This is a decent TD game - but some design decisions are holding it back from being a good or even great TD game.
First the good -
1. The checkpoint system is very well done, and when you’re not prepared, you’re not back to square 1.
2. The commander flying around and participating in the battle, building & repairing things is a good change to the TD formula. You feel more vested.
3. Ability to place towers in the mini-grid like arena is done well, and I like how towers can join each other to create a barrier that allows you to maze.

Galactic Rangers VR
Really, really, like this game. It’s the perfect game for VR, makes you feel like you’ve been pulled inside an 80’s arcade game. Playing on the Quest via Oculus Link, it freezes a lot (total loss of data between headset and pc, game continues to play, so it’s just too much data for the cable I believe) and I have a substantial rig that can handle anything. Playing via wireless (Virtual Desktop) no freezes, but there is lag when the screen gets real busy. Overall, it’s one of the best games I’ve played in VR.

I have 3H in the game and this is my review.
Motion sickness : YES is there, from the first 1 second u push play
Fun: After you get used to the motion sickness, it is really fun but is just a 15 minutes game, i only played 3h cuz i’m insane and i want to do all the difficulties (also i was streaming and i looked at chat a lot)
Quality: The objects are far away sow i cant really tell but 2 of the 3 attacks ware not even 3D, 1 was an orange png bulb of light, the other was blu…………….
Gameplay: There is 1 tipe of gun with a few “tipes of bullets” that you “unlock” as a temporary power during the run. But is ok, really fun arcade stile. Reload? no, you do not reload. Aim? It aim assists you…

BFF or Die
A nice cooperative puzzle game.
CRASHES when trying to use Remote Play Together. This is too bad. I really wanted to try it out with some help from my far-flung friends.
The initial levels of the game are different based on the number of players. If you want to teach friends how to play, I recommend playing the first 7, or so, levels in TWO PLAYER mode. The early levels of other modes might fail to teach important aspects (like how to get out of the flashlight booth).
This could be a nice title for some “Games Night” cooperative frustration, err I mean fun.

The game is like a physical puzzle game but with action elements to it. And if you play multiplayer, the extra dimension of needing to figure out what each player needs to do and when to complete the level. It can get crazy hectic and tense, especially when your teammates mess up or something unexpected happens. But it never feels unfair or too punishing. Plus you always get time to plan at the start of each level / puzzle.
My only criticism is some of the menu options don’t work with keyboard, but nothing that stops you playing the game.

Orbital Strike VR
Incoming Jump Signatures!
Taking inspiration from classic space combat games, our aim is to bring amazing capital ship fleet battles to VR. With one small change. If you want to experience the element, you have to get out of the cockpit!
As a pilot for the Starfall mercenary fleet you will fight through a co-op / single-player campaign, build fire support ships, and direct fleet assets to destroy the enemy.
Launch Alert Fighters!
The universe of Orbital Strike is fractured. After a disastrous first contact, humanity has developed a set of protocols to ensure their survival. Factions operate out of Carriers, fighting and capturing star systems for the small pool of resources left available. The factions ensure that the protocols are upheld. Just in case.
When an old threat returns, can you unite the fleet and save humanity once again?
Solo / Co-op Storyline Campaign
Fight through the Starfall Campaign, designed from the ground up for single-player and drop-in online multiplayer. Enemies and encounters scale to the number of players to provide a more challenging experience.
Zero-G Combat
Fleet pilots don’t sit in the cockpit. Armed with hand-jets and an array of handheld weapons you must fly through enemy formations and open a path for your fleet.
Command Lethal Capital Ships
As a pilot, you are the center of strength for your fleet. Call in and direct formidable capital ship weaponry against hardened targets and structures. Mix and match chassis and component types to counter the enemy’s tactics.
Deploy Tactical Structures
The battlespace isn’t static. Use your hard-fought for resources to build structures and stations across the system to enable fleet upgrades or lock down an area with devastating defensive platforms.
Thank you for your support!
Orbital Strike VR is Sandglass Game’s second VR title. As a 2-person team, we are releasing Orbital Strike VR as a shorter, more polished title. Bring a couple friends for the most fun and challenging experience, however all missions are designed for single-player gameplay as well.
Solar Purge
Been playing this game since before EA launch! i’ve sat down talked with the devs. Through conversation and feedback with not only myself, but also through the community on their discord. They have really taken strides to improve their game. Keep in mind this game is early access in the way its intended! It had a great baseline for a twin stick shooter. Has even more potential to become one of the best out there. Now that i given backstory let me tell you about the game. Lets talk about it.
This is a traditional twin stick shooter through and through! gun play feels great on mouse and keyboard. Also supports controller. both methods feel and look great. There is 1 game mode right now called holo chamber. its got 2 maps caldera and jungle.

A really fun game for local couch co-op multiplayer! I personally used Parsec to play the game with my friends online and we all had a good time! The game has come a long way over the last year or two and I hope that everyone can get the same enjoyment out of this game that I have with my friends!

The God’s Chain
What is The God’s Chain?
One of my mottos when starting Steamified was that I never wanted to be just another negative review. This is because I understood that every developer (or studio) make an honest effort to provide gamers with something enjoyable. However, in saying that I also believe that if you don’t have a good game that it’s better to be awful than to be mediocre. Therefore, it saddens me to claim that The God’s Chain is easily one of the worst games that I have played this year.

EDIT 2: Here are two of the stolen unit assets that I found that were used on this game: https://www.assetstore.unity3d.com/en/#!/content/2943
https://www.assetstore.unity3d.com/en/#!/content/29384
EDIT: Some hours after I posted this review the developer messaged me asking about the problems of the game to make it better which is an excellent thing because, although this game isn’t good right now the developer is actively trying to make it better…
Note: Game recieved “free” from one of those gleam giveaways
