Tower Ball - Incremental Tower Defense
Sad is, this game uses a lot physical mathematics, so it sucks your useless tiny computer dry while showing you some unimpressive balls. Yes it is all about balls in this game, and Towers. Basically it is interesting game mechanics and a good design, but effectively it is just a waste of computer ressources for nothing. Kind of sad, but I do actually enjoy this game for a bit longer I guess, until ….I feel like I added enough ressources to climate change by “playing” it.
Gladly the commercials do not seem to work here, so I am unable to watch commercials all day, which would be annoying.

surprisingly complex game considering it’s simple style and approach. downloaded originally because i thought it looked siilar to those time-dump, easy idle games such as idle brick breaker and whatnot, just without the ads.
I was very surprised on playing to find that, while the game fits this aesthetic perfectly, it’s much more diverse in the strategies you’re able to use to make early advances.
definitely an idle game you want to have running, especially at first, purely because the game does have offline earnings but the early-game is much simpler to progress through if you upgrade and tweak as you go.

Color Defense
Color Defense is a great addition to the idle, tower defense genre. Once you place down your first tower you’ll start the wave based game-play until you restart. You can place down x3 different types of towers (regular towers, shield breaker and magic breaker) that all have their own stats and what they do and how they damage each type of orb. You can all so set up traps on the ground that do the same as towers but they are on the path where the orbs are. You’ll want to set up some gem mines (you can get RG, PG, GG and BG), they will get you the x4 different types of gems to use in upgrading your pets (Teir 1 pets can go up to level 10 and they can attack the orbs), craft stones and can be used with buffs (more DMG, GOLD, POISON and SLOW). You can use ENRAGE and POWER mode (1-15) to give yourself more of a challenge on each map by giving orbs more %lifepoints per level, more orbs and the speed at which they move. You can get power-ups as they are given randomly on the path (can see the buff panel to the right side). You can get skill points to use in the skills tree the farther you get to get some skill like extra XP, more gold on enemy death, idle pet movement/upgrade speed, etc. You can get primes by playing to give yourself some upgrades to towers, traps, gem mines and the home at the end of the path (more shields, health, gold chance, etc). Once you are done with a run and restart you’ll be given some EVOs to upgrade even more (gold, less enemy health, enemy speed, tower damage, etc).

really good idle with a lot of manual advancement if you have time to spend clicking
active dev as long as i’ve been playing (patched a bug i saw same day yesterday)
only main complaint is that most of the color thing is redundant and just means a lot of tedious spreading around of prime points across everything evenly, when why? i’m always going to distribute them evenly
omfg dont make me do it for every category in every colour in all the stats
every new map
or if i have to grind the upgrades then can have some more options with increments? the 25/50 etc is a great step in the right direction, but the status quo on spending in incremental idles usually includes spending limits, and up-to incrementals, (to round things off to 100, not just add 100)

Defense Clicker
Defense Clicker at its core is a very simple tower defense, idle, clicker game that does these things right. You start by building a tower to start the wave-based game-play of monsters. These monsters range from ground types to flying, bosses and ultra bosses (gods) and some will have unique abilities (more health, damage absorption, speed, bonus drops, summon monsters, teleportation, etc,) There is a day/night cycle and weather system (rainy and snow) that will change monster stats. You can set the wave difficulty higher and more monsters for more of a challenge. You’ll start to obtain “resources” to start upgrading your towers for more damage, speed, range, etc, some pets to obtain resources when they drop on the field (keep upgrading them to gather resources faster), other pets that attack monsters, and some heroes to help you to kill monsters.

This is game is too slow at first to be realy enjoyable …
If this was free it would be worth playing, so if you have on your steam account the 4,80€ (for collector and attack pet DLC)
Its worth elsewise i won’t recommend this game since its WAY to difficulte at the begning, and going on steam post to learn how to play is annoying you should have made a button help with help direct in game, NOT STEAM OVERLAY !(steam overlay isn’t fun…)
I like this game anyway, and since it is an alpha we can assume the game will be better, but as we all know alpha could be better than the game, and changes could make the game worse… So I cannot recomand this game NOW, I’ll do another critique of this game later with my progress in the game…

Grow Defense
This game is basically tower defense. I love the fact you have a farm mode that lets you get the same level over and over. You can grind up gold, items and experience to increase you offense and defense. Yes, its boringly simple to someone who loves to blow things up and shoot toons, but it is a perfect, casual that you tend to like a garden, letting it run in it’s own and from time to time checking in to make sure things are good. Not too much dependency on bought items, you can just farm them if you are patient. Recommend… There is one thing I don’t get, I have not moved on the rankings, despite defeating bosses on all the levels.

Absolute rip off of a game. This game is meant to trigger addictions and to eventually spend money. Yeah its free, but its a MS paint looking like ‘tower defense’ type of game that is heavily focused on pushing you to spend money in one way or another.
To give you an idea, the developer literally has 700 hours in this game and is missing quite a few achievements. The game isn’t REMOTELY balanced and is heavily focused on you spending money and then removing the benefit of you spending that money.

Lord of the click
Overview:
Clicker games use clicking as an additional mechanic in a game, normally with other features like upgrades to the clicking, auto-clicking, DPS, DPS upgrades, prestiging and more to add depth which allows for steady progression towards making yourself stronger and unlocking more features. ‘Lord of the click’ has no progression, has none of those mechanics, and is solely centered around clicking on a building.
Positives:
1. A unique art style, including a cool idea of the map being ‘taken over’ by yourself or the enemy depending on who’s winning.

Note: While I personally received Lord of the Click for free, it was as a gift, not a key from the publisher or anything like that.
This, as a clicker, is rather basic even with the general simple formula for these games. I can’t applaud the gameplay as anything special but it was a functional way to waste an hour or so, just collecting upgrades and taking out monsters. It’s decent to play while simply destressing or relaxing – especially with the TV on or something else on an extra monitor.

Cossack and Magic
good graphics, great soundtrack.

So you’ve read the description and now you’re down here in the comments trying to figure out what’s it all about. Click the video above to see some of the gameplay, mechanic and hear my thoughts on the game.
Cossack and Magic is side scrolling tower defense game that’ll having you, “Damn, they got me right in the Cossack.” The graphics are delightful, the gameplay is fun but the biggest thing here is the music. The soundtrack is a nonstop slapper from title to end. Each stage gets progressively harder but I found the difficulty level spiked going in to stage four of the campaign. I was able to beat level 3 with only hiring two Cossacks but wasn’t able to get out of the gates in level four before being bombarded by the enemy troops.

Gurney to Gurney
The game has 100 levels, 10 levels per area and 8 different units you can buy. Units can be unlocked by completing levels, the first is unlocked by completing level 2, and the last completing level 24. The game has two currencies, the first being gold which you get by killing enemies and is used to upgrade units, the second which looks like magical powder is used while playing levels, each level has a fixed amount of this currency so there is some strategy involved in completing the later levels, unless you max out all units in which case the game becomes very easy.

Watch Tower
“Casual arcade with clicker elements! Defend the Kingdom from invasion!”
Well, this 5€/$ game starts with too much enthusiasm maybe.. let’s see =P
Starting from the very first screens, it’s clear that this is a mobile phone game. Cheesy and colorful graphics, little to no text (no settings basically), few things to click or, well, to touch..
And just a few upgrades and boosts: double arrows, poison and freeze arrows; more soldiers, our wall stronger and little else.
The game offers no tutorial at all, even if it’s quite simple - you’ll play as some soldiers in a watch tower on the left side of the screen with the enemies coming in waves from the right side.

Opinion:
Another game I bought during the sales, and the first thing I want to make sure is that it’s not worth your money! I was hoping for this to be one of those old-school tower defense games, but it’s not.
This game has 30 levels, which all look the same.
It’s a very active game, where you need to spam your mouse buttons all the time. The defending of your tower/castle only happens by you, spamming those buttons. There are a couple of things you can upgrade, but they actually don’t help you that much. Unfortunatly this game lacks variation, which makes you want to quit it after probably 5-10 levels.

Magic Archers
-Game Introduction-
The Magic Archers is an independent game focusing on leisure and entertainment with 3D horizontal version. The gameplay is unique and a little humorous. You need to play games by means of the defensive combat. Finally, the one who successfully defends his or her position will be the winner of the game.
The attack from our enemy in the game is like the shock from the environment in reality. The stronger one and the weaker one exchanges their status constantly, which never stops. It is extremely praiseworthy to be able to resist the pressure and temptation and always stay true to the original intention when you face the shock from the environment.
Control 3 heroes with different attributes to fight against various enemies. Boxes are also loyal comrades in arms. you can get skills from the boxes. If you lose them accidentally, it will be difficult to survive. You are not only a fighter but also a decision maker!
-Unit Introduction-
You will have three heroes with different personalities and characteristics during the game. You will learn about their characteristics through the battle:
In addition, you will also gain new magic case during the game process. They are the best helper:
You will encounter many stranger enemies in different gale level when you play the game. They have different moves:
-In short-
You have to use the magic case that can defeat the enemy in accordance with your understanding toward them. You also have to adjust the shoot-distance during the battle in accordance with the terrain and the type of the enemies. If you make full preparation, you are not only the soldier at the front, but also the decision maker!
The Defender: Farm and Castle
Okay, before I review the game, let’s clarify something:
Base Defense (sometimes also referred to as Castle Defense) is a genre wherein you control a single base that you protect and upgrade. It is a genre which predates Warcraft 3’s popularization of the Tower Defense concept by a fair bit. Between its earlier foundations and its lack of anything but general similarity to the Tower Defense genre, there’s little reason to confuse the two genres for one another.
Similar genres are Tower Defense (where you build towers alongside paths or to form paths) and Lane Defense (where you build towers or place units within lanes [think Plants v Zombies] ). Much like Point n' Click Adventure games and Hidden Object Games, those two have distinctive traits which separate them from one another (though hybridized games do exist within both pairings), but they also have enough similar, overlapping traits that they actually do have ‘cause for being confused for one another (just like how PnC Adventure games and HOGs are often bundled together under “Point ‘n Clicks”).

Good game with no bugs. Progression is decent until later levels where you stop being able to put points into things. The game is also way too easy and doesn’t require really any skill. It does, however, have an interesting concept of mixing idle and tower defense aspects with the materials being farmed out over time (or with the aid of you clicking on extra plots of land you own to produce more resources) and then using these materials to enhance your warriors, archer, or abilites, and to build more land to get more resources. I think the game definitely needs a fast-forward button or some sort of difficulty increase for the waves, as there was almost no struggle with most of the waves including the final wave (I even just left my computer to do things while my warriors fought off all the enemies by themselves).
