Harvest Seasons
After sinking a few more hours into this game I felt I had to adjust my initial assessment.
While I still feel that Harvest Seasons shows promise and is a good “first attempt” I have to say that the developers have a long road in front of them if they want to earn long lasting players. Harvest Seasons is not a finished game. Its work in progress.
Its not a real clicker game because it doesnt have an idle aspect like the genre usually possesses. You do lots of clicking but you do the same in any RTS so there….

Edit to original review. I no longer recommend this game for a couple of reasons.
As stated in my original review, the game is unbalanced. You can prestige at Mayor level 50, yet you don’t receive any skill points until you reach Mayor level 140, which means literally spending days grinding and clicking to gather resources to upgrade buildings to achieve XP to increase Mayor levels.
The devs seem to have completely abandoned the game, so any bugs or future updates are bleak at this point.
If you want a game that is decent at first, but eventually becomes boring because there’s no point, then this is absolutely your game.
