Meet the Chenso Club: a growing group of fighters here to save the world. They’re using the aliens’ life-force to power up and beat them at their own game. Don’t let their adorable nature fool you - they will happily and brutally obliterate any threat that gets in their way.
Meet Blue, a powerful android developed in a lab where an alien discovery was used to ultra-boost her power. Her weapon of choice is a mean chainsaw and a charmingly destructive attitude.
Carmine is a highly-trained member of the royal guard, tasked with protecting the King. After a surprise alien attack, her King is now being held hostage and her honor demands that she save the day. Her weapon of choice is a giant hammer, infused with the power of alien essence. Her activity of choice is destroying aliens every chance she gets.
Plum’s favorite hobby is trying out different kinds of witchcraft. This bubbly character spends most of her day at the abandoned clock tower. What she doesn’t know is that the clock tower is now haunted by creepy monsters from another universe!

A simple, lighthearted tongue-in-cheek adventure that, though repetitive in terms of gameplay, was a generally fun experience for me. I don’t regret helping to fund this game on Kickstarter.

This is another in the weird and insane lineup of games that Cannibal Interactive have put out. The gameplay is intentionally overly complicated and intended to be an experience rather then fun, and in that it certainly succeeds. With no grinding, no leveling, a SMB3 map system, and no real major item management you are left with two things: story and combat.
The story and writing in the game is a real strong suit. With fully fleshed out characters that if you can remember and tell apart, have actual meaningful relationships with one another. The game introduces all the characters right from the start so trying to juggle 99+ characters is a mindfuck, but worth it if you put the effort in.

Every run will help you go further in the archeological treasure hunt, in this clicker roguelite blending the simple mindless entertainment of the clicker with the ever-renewing fun choices of a roguelite, where every single decision can help you reach the final boss or hasten your demise.
With 60+ types of equipment and 60+ fully animated monsters to loot them from, you will be able to mold your character as you choose by improving a wide array of stats and gaining unique abilities!
Every single boss you slay, up to 10 per run, will let you choose one artefact from a pool of three. These artefacts will help specialize your character as you wish, by giving her attacks a chance to do explosive damage, allowing you to stop time, gain a ferocious turtle buddy, or a healing fairy to help you to deal just a bit more damage before you die.
Three classes to choose from every run:

The bulky zoologist: This heavy hitter knows the enemy’s weak point and specializes in deadly poison and survivability!

The cunning ethnologist: This ancient technology specialist knows how to maximize her results when using long forgotten machinery and managing her own energy to do it again, and again!

Finally, even dying is not the end of the world! Every monster you kill during your run advances your research, and with enough coins you can even acquire some of their powers!
There May Be Ninety-Nine Of Us, But We Have To Win In Ninety-Nine Turns!
This game is pretty definitely the first time I’ve ever spent hours in training mode in a turn-based rpg. I strongly recommend this game to anyone who organizes spreadsheets in their free time. Even if you don’t, though, the pace at which it introduces new tools and concepts means you’re never totally overwhelmed, and while it encourages minmaxing, it’s never exactly necessary to perfectly tweak every character’s loadout. It’s nice.

BATTLE FORCE 2249 is a PvE shooter where you can make choices, pick your choice of weaponry and approach to the missions that will present you.
STORY
The galaxy has suffered from endless, senseless and ruthless wars for as long as anyone alive today can remember. The truth is that mankind has fallen prey to a terrible conspiracy, one meant to keep us divided, fighting, and dying while a select caste of politicians, billionaires and warlords reap the profits of a subjugated galaxy. Each of the characters has to find this harsh truth out in their own way, and fight to end this noxious oligarchy.
