Harvested
The game is a great RTS with a great story and tutorial I have not once felt like I was missing something that I was not told about in the tutorial. I have been looking for a game like this for a long time. The base building/resource gathering is done in away that makes it both fun and challenging. I sometimes get flash back to playing Warcraft 2 watching my workers gather wood and gold.
Vashta Entertainment is going on my list of Best indie developers to keep an eye on for future games. They have been helpful in there reposes to both my problems and questions I had.

The top-down perspective is refreshing and the lore behind the game immerses you in the world the creators have made. The real time strategy aspect lets you decide how hard the game will be, as if you prepare well for the night, you shouldn’t have too many problems, but if you waste your time in the day, you likely won’t make it through the night. The game is still developing and I am looking forward to seeing what the future has in store for Harvested.
