Tracks - The Train Set Game
A few things strike me about this lovely game:
-The cheerful piano music in the background. Together with the wooden railway-building and train-driving, the experience feels relaxing and meditative.
-The game’s creator has been wonderfully friendly and open to the early adopters of this game. He’s engaged and helpful and open to ideas…which is awesome.
-The game has a wonderfully calming and cheering effect on my train-obsessed 8-year-old son. He has ADHD and is on the high-functioning end of the Autism spectrum (aka Aspergers, prior to DSM-V). We’ve been collecting wooden trains, tracks and destinations for 6+ years now; building tracks literally all over the house seems entirely normal to us :).

This game is honestly just really pleasing and relaxing, you have so many competitive games that can just start to annoy you but this one is just calming and could really not even get you mad at all. The game is a fairly simple concept but it was excuted perfectly to make a fantastic game that is really a new idea. If you have the money and this looks fairly up your alley, I would highly reccomend it. The game only shows signs of getting better through the updates and I am exited to see what more might be added. I would also like to complement the music and graphics, the music all ties together to kind of make one song and with it you can really have the relaxing feeling the game gives you. The graphics are really a step up from what you could expect, the wood that makes up the train is so detailed and with the unreal engine 4, the physics are also something that is a pleseant suprise to find how well everything is. This game is, in my opinion, flawless with its execution and I highly reccomend it.

Marble World
Are you reading this to see if you should get this game?
Then congratulations! You probably should.
This game isn’t for everybody, because not everyone would care about a Marble physics simulator, but if you’re reading this - You probably enjoy marble runs enough to consider this a fun toy, in which case - this game definitely is! At least… If you’re willing to learn the controls for it, which are REALLY not intuitive at first but you get used to them once you learn them (also, the game’s still in early access and improving the controls is on the dev’s to do list)

Love the game! I’d give 4.5/5. The reason I don’t give a full 5 stars, is because its only for windows. I understand that things are weird, but maybe making it available to mac would really be cool and add more of the community to the game.
EDIT: I don’t update my rating, still 4.5/5. I know this is still early access, but it would be pretty nice if something like “Gates” were added, letting you stop all your marbles at specific areas. Another thing that would be cool would be a sort of “trash block”, where once a marble touches it, its automatically deleted. Again, this game is still early access, so it doesn’t matter for how long it takes, as long as it can be done.

Game of Thrones Winter is Coming
The game is pay to win, yes. But you can still have fun playing it for free. For fans and lovers of Game of Thrones, I would recommend this game.
If you do not love or haven’t even heard of Game of Thrones, then I would still recommend this game if you like multiplayer and strategy/base building type of games
I would advise strong caution to you about whether you should spend money on this game. It’s so easy to spend money on games like this that suck you in with ‘special’ promotions. Do not fall for this marketing trick. The packs are not special, and they are offered to everybody.

I’ve spent the biggest part of last year playing this game, building, upgrading etc. I can honestly say - this game is by far one of the worst when it comes to forcing people to pay in order to, not only win, but to play as well. The game requires you to spend far too much time clicking around and playing it in order to advance at a relatively reasonable speed. However, after you grind and build and research and get stronger, you come to realise that all that time was wasted, because every part of this game is and was, and always will be, very strongly tipped to P2W side. Items in this game ARE NOT cheap. If you think you’ll spend a few bucks here or there and you’ll be set - this isn’t the game for you… Overall, after playing it for so long, I can honestly say it’s a rather boring game, but most ppl stay cause of people they’ve met playing. One more thing to note is their customer service, which is by far the worst I’ve ever seen in any game. So long story short:

Train Frontier Classic
This is a completely awesome release of a former xbox 360 game. If you played it on there, you should definitely play it on PC. Reasons? Multiplayer is doubled; Now eight players can share a layout. There appears to be NO MEMORY LIMIT for placing of tracks and objects - I am guessing that this is entirely dependent upon your system memory. The only limit seems to be the soze of the ‘world’, and that seems t be about the same size as it always was.
If you haven’t played this befoe and like fun train games, then give this a go. Its not a serious sim, but it is tremendous fun, and some truly awesome ‘layouts’ can be created amd shared with those that ‘visit’ your layout. Loads of locos and rolling stock included, but you must make your consist before you take to the track, and you cannot currently uncouple your consist, and can only one one train in solo mode - however, the playing fun of this is definitely in the Multiplayer Mode, and in teh hours you can spend building your layouts, which is both fun and easy. Five stars out of five!
