Paced and Relaxed Storyline: Straight to the point storyline - The game revolves around you being the hero after defeating the dark wizard and rebuilding your very own town. As day passes in the game, there will be new variants such as new townfolks, town objects and items, depending on what you do in an in-game day. There is no rush into anything and you can take your time to figure things out (playing at a pace you like can essentially prevent grinding xD)

I really enjoyed the beginning of the game and the progression, up until a certain point. I’d still recommend the game, but with some caveats. There are some really nice positives, and most of the negatives have to do with how the game fizzles out towards the end.
Pros:
Design: Cute and simple. I like most of the designs and the art.
Progression: Good feeling of progression at the start. The number of things you can upgrade and work on make the beginning of the game feel nice in terms of making progress on goals.

Urban Survival
This game is Awesome! So creative and fun even for a early access game there is loads of content and the Devs. are constantly adding new stuff. they have limited-time seasonal updates were you can get unique holiday weapons and armour. Its stuff like that, that makes this game such a fun and fresh experience not to mention the humour keeps me laughing the hole time.

Great game! This is exactly what I’ve been waiting for! It has exactly what I want in a game! Open world (although its not so huge from what I can see but nonetheless feels great), base building/managing, crafting/cooking, looting (lots of looting lol), combat/gang wars and the power to pee on anything! lol. I’m glad I wish listed this game and then purchased it on day one, it was worth every penny! Its been keeping me entertained and glued to my seat. I look forward to seeing this game grow in development! Keep up the good work Helix Games!

I was so excited to try this game when it was first announced and had it on my wish list. I truly enjoy this game and will continue to play it, hopefully all updates and additional contents will be free. But for now I’d like to encourage players to buy this game, it’s worth it!

A Game of Humans
This is very early in development but has so much promise. I don’t mind paying now and watching it grow as it seems very worth it … how else can the development continue if we don’t support it. I stay in the beta branch and now understand the game mechanics more. One person complained that a toon did not dig a spot out that had been marked for hours and I had the same complaint until I moused over it and found that they won’t dig unless the tree is removed first lol. Not broken, just takes understanding the game mechanics.

Although this game is delightfully different it feels like watching a grass grow. Peasants are moving and socializing and sleeping under the sky. You need a carpenter (of course you do!) to build houses and I think more than two would be insane. So I am in a day 10 and there is only one house build with a bed.
Types of plots are limited to houses, carpenter, bakery and farm, and couple of others where you put wood and other stuff to keep and sell to other peasants

You’re falling from the sky, air booming in your ears. You don’t remember how you got here, but the ground is getting awfully close.
THUD! Your back cracks against blue, hard ground. You groan in pain as a hoarse voice close to you croaks “Hello Plonks … Imma need you to build me a house”.
A thick hand helps you up on your feet. As soon as you’re steady a building tool is placed in your palms.

Space Colony: Steam Edition
I really like this game. It has been described as The Sims in Space. I have never liked The Sims games as I find that they are far too repetitive and boring. Space Colony is a good building game, The Sims element is that you do have to be aware of the needs of your operatives to improve production. This does give an extra twist to the game that you have to think about and some of the challenges are based around ensuring that your crew are reletively happy or they won’t work.
Any Building Sim worth it’s salt should have an element of ensuring that you are providing basic things, such as food, so I don’t find this particularly strange, as some have mentioned. Making sure your crew does not go mad while on an abandoned planet does give the game an additional challenge.

well i dont know what to say, i really want to like this game but its more about mini managing all of the peoples quirks than it is about building a colony. the maps are very small so building is limited even in sandbox mode. there are numerous objects on maps that cannot be removed (maybe by bombs in free mode ?) forcing you to make odd looking and crappy base layouts in most cases.
alot of the quests are just kind of gimmicky, in a previous scenario you will unlock items for the quest, yet the very next quest acts like you never used them before just to make certain quests “seem” harder. although there is an option to download user made content so thats a plus.
