This is a “game” much in the same way a walking simulator or a VN is, so just fair warning.

I am currently on Day 4 and will update again when I get to Day 7.

I will not spoil specifics.

The “game” is best experienced as intended: do each day without changing clocks or anything. Do Day 1, and then do Day 2 the following day when it unlocks. Complete all exercises with honest intent, to include the writing prompts and meditation exercises.

There is a narrative and character and background amidst what feels like real mindfulness concepts. The blend between the real and fictional is intriguing and keeps me coming back each day. The layout of the exercises feels intended, with the motivational video leading into the discussions/lectures by KARE, then a meditation/breathing exercises that inevitably lead you to ruminating about what KARE just talked about, a writing prompt that sometimes gives you pause about wanting to be completely truthful, and a final checklist of items that you’re more than likely just going to click through without actually implementing.

Honestly I love this game. The environment is awesome and cyberpunk. The puzzles draw you in and make you really look around your environment but aren’t too hard. And the controls are simple and fit really well.

Detroit: Become Human

Detroit: Become Human

Have you ever watched a TV series and thought to yourself, man, this character is dumb. Why would they go in there? Why would they do that? It is so stupid. For me, it happens more often than I would care to experience. But now, YOU can be in charge of your own TV series. That’s right, you can make the characters do dumb things and then know that you made them do it. Much more satisfying lol. So much power.

That is only half a joke, because that is what this game is. It is essentially a high budget TV production where you have some sprinkled ‘game-play’. Nothing wrong with that. In fact, I quite enjoyed the ride and if you don’t want to read past this point, just know that if you want to experience a fascinating setting with a compelling narrative then this game is for you.

So, most of the reviews I see are pretty positive or negative, but not super descriptive? And it really doesn’t do it justice, because this game… Well, it has a lot to say but also nothing at all. I want to preface with that I actually really enjoyed the game. I liked most of the characters, I like that there are so many branching paths in every scene, I LOVED the graphics, and I did actually like the gameplay. Overall, I don’t think you’ll be wasting money if you decide to purchase. It has a high replayability as well, which is just a lot of value.

Take part in an atmospheric sci-fi horror game and stay alive in the last stronghold, the Cathedral. Arise, develop your character, gear up, fight soulless enemies and face the mighty Baron.

The Setting

Fighting continues. The power is exercised by associated rival Barons. Their Union is relentlessly growing and wants to colonize surrounding planets.

Whereas expeditionary forces are successively occupying other planet-states located in the same orbit. Inevitably, Independent Nations are beginning to recoil from the growing onslaught. Moreover, the fact that Neuropium supersedes souls and humanity is fading away does not help.

The emerging resistance needs a leader.

The Gameplay

The Cathedral is the last bastion, the shelter. Initially, your goal is survive and look for fuel cells for the Protector. But, the Baron’s envoys know that the game is at a higher stake than you may initially believe.

Moreover, the asylum hides its own secrets. Discover them, develop your character, fight off the inevitable invasion and gain influence over the course of history.

Crysis Remastered

Crysis Remastered

Let’s start it, by saying - if you’ve not played Crysis, I’d personally go with this version over the original, as it is more accessible, requires less tinkering, and plays slightly better.

However, as far as remasters go, this one is very disappointing. Ignoring the change of aesthetics at times, all of the issues with very much a junky AI are still here. The sound is as terrible as it ever was, with many sound glitches still present. And that horrible, directionless voice acting…. god, don’t even get me started (“Perfect!” says Nomad happily, when it’s supposed to be sarcastic “Perfect…”, as implied by the situation and subtitles… ugh).

Real player with 12.6 hrs in game

This game has serious bugs in lasts level. As result the latest level can’t be completed: no boss activated.

Also instead of original game it so simplified: no some interesting places and situations in several level.

I am not recommended this game - original will be much better.

Orbital Strike VR

Orbital Strike VR

Incoming Jump Signatures!

Taking inspiration from classic space combat games, our aim is to bring amazing capital ship fleet battles to VR. With one small change. If you want to experience the element, you have to get out of the cockpit!

As a pilot for the Starfall mercenary fleet you will fight through a co-op / single-player campaign, build fire support ships, and direct fleet assets to destroy the enemy.

Launch Alert Fighters!

The universe of Orbital Strike is fractured. After a disastrous first contact, humanity has developed a set of protocols to ensure their survival. Factions operate out of Carriers, fighting and capturing star systems for the small pool of resources left available. The factions ensure that the protocols are upheld. Just in case.

When an old threat returns, can you unite the fleet and save humanity once again?

Solo / Co-op Storyline Campaign

Fight through the Starfall Campaign, designed from the ground up for single-player and drop-in online multiplayer. Enemies and encounters scale to the number of players to provide a more challenging experience.

Zero-G Combat

Fleet pilots don’t sit in the cockpit. Armed with hand-jets and an array of handheld weapons you must fly through enemy formations and open a path for your fleet.

Command Lethal Capital Ships

As a pilot, you are the center of strength for your fleet. Call in and direct formidable capital ship weaponry against hardened targets and structures. Mix and match chassis and component types to counter the enemy’s tactics.

Deploy Tactical Structures

The battlespace isn’t static. Use your hard-fought for resources to build structures and stations across the system to enable fleet upgrades or lock down an area with devastating defensive platforms.

Thank you for your support!

Orbital Strike VR is Sandglass Game’s second VR title. As a 2-person team, we are releasing Orbital Strike VR as a shorter, more polished title. Bring a couple friends for the most fun and challenging experience, however all missions are designed for single-player gameplay as well.
