The Walking Dead: The Telltale Definitive Series
Has and will always be the best series of my life. I marathon this series once a month to show my love and support for it and I do not regret my decisions. This series will continue to get hours from me. Good job Telltale and Skybound!

I watched pewdiepie play the whole series up until season 4ep1 when it originally came out and it stuck with me ever since and Im annoyed that I played the game this late, With that being said.
No game has ever made me actually care for the charcters like this game has, even though season 3 is kinda bad compared to the other seasons and the dlc’s are ok this game is genuinly life changing. I will forever be grateful towards Telltale for this masterpiece of a series and an even bigger thanks to the still not bitten team for helping Telltale finish the series. I cannot recommend any other game more. I feel a great sadness for having to say goodbye to the people in the game and all of the others who died along the way.

Thief of Thieves

Batman: The Enemy Within - The Telltale Series
Batman: The Enemy Within is the second season of Telltale’s version of my favourite DC superhero. Obviously this game is mostly focused on story, so I’ll start with my overall recommendation, and then you can skip my detailed analysis if you want to avoid spoilers.
This is an essential must play for any fan of Batman. The story is fantastic, Telltale back to their absolute best form. Voice acting is outstanding throughout the whole cast, headlined by Troy Baker as Batman/Bruce Wayne. I advise playing season 1 first, because some decisions carry forward, which can impact the appearance of some characters, and their relationship with Bruce. It took me 9 hours to finish Enemy Within, which is longer than Telltale’s other recent games, and I think you can justify buying the game for full price or a small discount.

Gotham’s Finest
By now almost everybody knows who Batman is and most of the details surrounding him (parents‘ death, enemies and villains, Batman‘s codex etc.). So you would probably think “why should I play another Batman game? Will it be the same old story I already know?“. In case of Batman - Enemy Within you would be nicely surprised because many things are just not as you are used them to be. And this is good because it makes the story much more interesting than still playing the same song over and over again.

Blake: The Visual Novel
Blake: The Visual Novel is the first VN I have played in a very long time, and I enjoyed it. To be fair it does start off pretty slow, but past the necessary introductions to everyone, and once the plot really begins, there is a lot to like!
The music is real cool and jazzy! I found myself really digging the ambient music in the ICC building! The characters are likable except for maybe Lee. Other than that the story that the game builds up in an intriguing one and the twist caught me by surprise!

I’ll be entirely honest that when I started this one I really wasn’t sure I was going to enjoy it. I am not really a huge fan of visual novels, and the game took a little while to hook me, but after getting in a little deeper, I found myself increasingly intrigued by the story. The game reminded me of games like Yesterday and The Infectious Madness of Doctor Dekker in terms of writing and characters. Overall I’m glad I played it, and I look forward to seeing what Ori Mees makes in the future.

Blacksad: Under the Skin
Blacksad: Under the Skin is a good game, but a rather unpolished one. It plays very similarly to the Telltale style and is reminiscent of The Wolf Among Us due to its grimy New York crime setting and visuals. You can expect a choice in dialogue options, free exploration of larger areas to find clues, making deductions by linking together your findings and examining characters (like in recent Sherlock games) and some quick-time events (QTEs) scattered here and there in the action cutscenes. As far as I know, the game is an interactive adaptation of a comic book series and features a brand new story not seen in the comics.

Blacksad: Under the Bugs
TLDR: Great story, great characters, nice music. Bad gameplay, bugs and other things that will turn a lot of people off.
Ok, this will be a tough case to crack. I will tell the problems so people interested in this game be wary, but in the end I recommend it. Basically… this game won’t be for everyone, not because of the story and themes nor because it’s a bunch of antrophomorphic characters in a noir setting…
But because the gameplay is quite bad.

Inexplicable Geeks: Dawn of Just Us
A hilarious romp though a con filled with wacky heroes with wacky powers. Fantastic writing and amazing art. I had a blast chatting with each and every character. Definitely worth a few more playthoughs to get the full back story of this crazy cast.

Henchman Story
Have you ever wanted to work for a super villain well you can with this visual novel sign up today and you even get your own custom henchman uniform and locker and the perk of working for the greatest super villain the world has ever known. An amazing visual novel about being a henchman for a goofy super villain boss and interacting with other henchmen, superheroes and super villains. The story is pretty good the characters are all pretty interesting and remember able the voice acting also for this game is great. the writing also for this visual novel is pretty good there were times in this visual novel that I laughed and thought was interesting and then there were times where I was actually was interested in the fighting scenes of the visual novel and what would happen next in the scenes following up. Overall I have enjoyed playing this visual novel and getting the endings I have already gotten and I am going to continue getting all the endings that I can get for this visual novel.

I have never reviewed a game since I have my account on steam so this will be my first review but I cannot let this gem of a visual novel go unnoticed.
Its characters, its humor, its soundtrack and especially Stan, its protagonist, are so refreshing and funny that I can not find any complaints. If we talk about replayability I can’t make any criticism either, there are a lot of little things that change completely as the scenes unfold, and not to mention the various endings that there are, some will make you feel like the worst human being in history and the others as the happiest person of all.

Seers Isle
To sum this wall of text up: this is not a “every choice matters” game, it’s a “none of your choices truly matter, here have some cheap drama instead.”
This had looked so promising and then it all fell apart because we’re drowning in fake choices and that mass effect-y “whatever color you choose, your ending still explodes in a steaming pile of manure” thing.
First off, there are 7 characters in total, but one of them does not matter at all, one is there to help justify one of the ending variations of your sad unfulfilling outcome, and one is the reason you can’t have nice things and always get your life ruined, and you can’t do anything to stop it. Out of the remaining four who can be your “soulmate”, 2 are friendship-only (Connor, Freya), so don’t get your hopes up. The game does not care whom you, the player, like or want to succeed (or romance – what meager amount of interaction is supposed to pass for romance here before boom, let’s have sex since we’re running out of screentime). It cares about the number of answers chosen in four rather non-transparent categories (I’ve played through all 4 paths and I still sometimes don’t get why a choice gives you points in something). Each two-stat combo correlates with one of the main 4 characters – and the path you get is determined by the 2 highest numbers, not your choices. Even if you want to connect with a chosen someone, unless you pander to their assigned answers set, you WILL be booted to another path no matter how many times you try to indicate you want this other companion during special events. You think you can determine who among the rest of the group accompanies you to the endgame point? Wrong again, it is always a one male, one female exact combo depending on your “chosen one”: Arlyn-Duncan or Freya-Connor. And then the lower numbers person literally vanishes into thin air before they can make any impact on anything, because screw your attempts to save the group or use extra companions to change the ending.

Pros:
1.) Variety of characters. Most of the characters in the game came from different backgrounds and have different motives on why they are here.
2.) Multiple endings. I like how an ending of the game was based on all the decisions you have made and how it showed you the payoffs and the consequences of those decisions.
3.) Choices. Compared to “Along the Edge”, “Seers Isle” had more choices to choose from and how the characters interact with one another.
4.) Artwork. The visual designs consisting the environment, the characters, and the choices placements felt fitting and not out of place.

Embracelet
Embrace the friendship
Embracelet is very chill game. It’s a story driven game about a boy who’s given a magical bracelet and it give the boy some supernatural powers. He travels to the small fictional island in Norway to find what happened to his grandad and his adventure begins.
On the way he finds friends and spends some time with them. There are some humorous scenes, sad moments and even some thrilling action. Nevertheless the game is very relaxing. All the main characters are really lovable but maybe there’s not enough time to fully connect with them. I wish I could’ve spent more time with those two friends to know them better.

Embracelet is a narrative and expressive 3D adventure in third person view with low poly graphic style. It was developed by Mattis Folkestad, founder of the one man studio Machineboy in Norway; he composed even the soundtrack. It is commendable that an indie author has ventured into the difficult task of developing a narrative and expressive game with few financial and human resources; that’s the reason why the game is worth of our attention. Let me say that the experiment is totally successful. I’m very happy that Mattis submitted a copy of the game to my curator page on Steam; it’s very rare to receive games as good as this one. You can play it also on Nintendo Switch.

Alum
** Το παιχνίδι ολοκληρώθηκε ** (For English scroll down)

Alum reminds me of my impressions of The Chronicles of Narnia. When a teenager, I was quite excited about the series until I read some critics. Then my reaction was like, “What?! This wonderful lion, Aslan, is no more than old boring Jesus? Oh no!” However, Alum’s creators aren’t as subtle as C. S. Lewis; their approach is more like that of Superbook.
You play as a member of religiously driven anarcho-primitivist gang of those who use terror as a way to convince people and would destroy the city’s central heating system just to make people “think out of a box” and “understand things wider” (?!). The Rogations (that’s their name, but it probably should be The Rogues) blame their contemporaries (modern people) that they live in industrialized society and can no longer be guided by “faith” as it were in the Middle Ages; if so, Middle Ages should be returned artificially. Does it remind you some, so to say, not very good people (from the real world)?!
