XTHRUST

XTHRUST

An excellent example of “easy to learn, difficult to master” gameplay.

You pilot a rocket-powered drone using only two buttons - one for each engine. The challenge comes from alternating, combining and timing the use of these engines to skilfully navigate through the various single player and multiplayer tracks competing for the best time.

The current amount of single player content isn’t spectacular, with only 4 tutorial levels and 6 other levels. However each level offers a bonus objective that can be challenging and adds to replayability.

TL; DR: A game with easy to learn but very difficult to master controls is bogged down with a dead multiplayer, a grindy XP and coin collecting system, and a very minimal amount of effort in singleplayer content (a grand total of 15 levels you will get nowhere near the top time on, some you won’t even be able to complete the extra “achievement challenge”, because they, too require a ton of grinding). There’s also microtransactions for coins but with a dead multiplayer I don’t really see the point of purchasing them.

SD GUNDAM G GENERATION CROSS RAYS

SD GUNDAM G GENERATION CROSS RAYS

This is a game whose enjoyment comes with several caveats: Do you like gundam (or other giant robot shows)? Do you enjoy oldschool turn based strategy? Can you overlook some rough bits of rough presentation for an otherwise pretty enough experience?

This is a very niche game for fans of the Mobile Suit Gundam franchise. I say that, but it’s geared more towards those who have watched the more modern shows (and shows that the west have more experience with). No Universal Century (barring one special machine); this focuses on Gundam’s Wing, SEED, 00, and Iron Blooded Orphans. Your enjoyment of this game is tired very closely to how much you enjoyed those series.

Super Deformed Gundam

SD Gundam G Generation is a series of strategy-RPG games that focus on the Gundam. Developed by TOM CREATE and Released by Bandai. It’s long time series since late 90s and still continue to this day. However SD Gundam G Generation Cross Rays is special than other because it’s the first in this series that is officially localized outside of Japan and got released worldwide in major platform.

The game is actually very popular much like Super Robot Wars counterpart in Japan, as it’s only game that allow wide customization and ability to use many Gundam in the way beyond imagine. Countless of animations and copious eye candy fanservices, each mobile suit can have unique animations for themselves for each moveset, animation for dodging, animation for making entrance and exit and much more. The story that catches on the glimpse of beauty presented in the series are what make the them great despite the subjective Super Deformed fashion and somewhat straightforward gameplay.

Very cute game! I like the campaign approach of the game, going through the story in the form of levels was pretty fun!

There was that one level in the campaign that I really really enjoyed and caught me off guard, not gonna spoil what was it, but you’ll know which one I’m referring to when you get to it!

I think the price is about right for the amount of content the game has right now; crossing fingers the rest of the story will be released in a future update.

The colors are amazing and the overall feeling of the game is pretty nice.

Didn’t manage to finish the game yet, cause the bots keep shooting me with rockets, guess I’m the noob here ¯_(ツ)_/¯

URUZ “Return of The Er Kishi”

URUZ “Return of The Er Kishi”

I just finished the game after 5.6 hours of playtime. I must say that this game consist of great pixel art and amazing soundtrack. Other than those, game is needed to be improved at some points such as sound effects, combat mechanics and level design. Sound effects and fight mechanics should include more feeling, otherwise its empty. I do not want to compare with Dead Cells but when you fight you feel you fight, you feel you did combo or etc. Combat systematics are quite nice and simple, developer did not want to make it more complicated and way more nonsense. It is as it’s supposed to be. Quest systematic can be enhanced by adding more useful map and in-game indicators. And lastly, user interface can be made more polished and solid like Minecraft’s. I loved the way game operate the Turkish mythology. Also, this game is the only one of its kind if we consider the story and origin. Thank you for your effort. I enjoyed while playing. Waiting for your future projects.

Shattered Gardens

Without a doubt, this is THE WORST GAME I HAVE EVER PLAYED ON STEAM TO DATE!! (900 Steam reviews)

I am sure this developer, if you’d call him that, is super PROUD to have developed the absolute WORST game of 900+ games I’ve reviewed to date. I’m sure his mommy and daddy are super proud too, what a great way to spend their $100 for the Steam fee!

This game HAS to be a “joke”. But even then, this “joke” of a game is so damn BAD that it’s not even funny. This game as a “joke” is about as funny as telling racist jokes at a black mans funeral.

Awakening The Light

Awakening The Light

Waking up in a room full of light, NoName #1892 is thrust into fighting countless monsters to stay alive without any memory of who he is or why this is happening to him. All he knows is that he has to keep moving forward. He has to keep fighting so that maybe, just maybe, he’ll find answers to his questions and find rest in a place that he can call home.

With a classic top-down style 2D game and a slight twist on the traditional RPG, Awakening the Light takes the familiar dungeon crawler and emphasizes the power of choice for the player to progress through the game. Fighting enemies and even bosses are now optional. However, don’t be fooled into thinking that it will be a breeze if you choose to take the shorter route!

Who is behind Muslim 3D?

Bigitec Studio is a young, aspiring startup, a team of open-minded & passionate game designers and industry professionals. Founder and Creative Director is Bilal Chbib, a Muslim who was born and raised in Germany. Why did you create Muslim 3D?

There are hardly any products with decent quality that would portray our faith accurately. If you found Muslims in games at all, there’s a good chance they were holding an AK-47 rifle and needed to be gunned down. This only strengthened my wish to work on something that enable people to relate to our rich Islamic history, and to use this wonderful, strong medium - video games - to unearth the vast knowledge unfortunately not taught at schools or in mass media, such as how Muslim scientists have contributed to our world, or why we have certain rituals and where they come from. Muslim 3D can also be an accessible tool for Non-Muslims to learn about Islam and may even help tear down walls of fear built over the past decades." (Bilal Chbib, Founder & Creative Director)

I’d like to support you - how?

We have been working tirelessly for quite some time now and as you probably know - game development is a challenging and expensive undertaking. To support the continuous development we came up with some ideas and launched a pre-order campaign. Read more on our website.

Ah yes - of course a great way to support Muslim 3D is to add it your Steam Wishlist and to spread the word by sharing the Muslim 3D Website with your friends!

Join us on this breathtaking adventure and bear with us! Our goal is to design Muslim 3D to become a tranquil, enjoyable and inspiring place to be - like a virtual vacation for your soul. Feel free to get in touch for feedback and suggestions!
