DvG: Conquering Giants
Outstanding! Great VR game for families and my “twentysomething” kids enjoyed it. We had a blast playing through the campaign and story. Strong game and loved the challenge levels for added entertainment. Loved the graphics and various lush environments.

You awake in an unforgiving land overrun by mythological Pagan deities and their worshippers. In this controversial and unconventional hero’s tale, it is your mission as the last bastion of your faith to put an end to everything in your way and bring back the old glory of Orthodoxy. In your path stand the various great gods of Slavic Paganism, destroy them and take back what belongs to you by overthrowing this world’s beliefs and reinstating the one true faith.
Adapt to your very own play-style by fine-tuning your weapons through an engaging blacksmithing system and by equipping salvaged relics and prayers that will help you on your journey as you eradicate every vestige of Paganism found in this world.

TOUHOU SKY ARENA MATSURI CLIMAX
Very fun game. There is plenty of characters you can play. Voice acting and graphic is good too.
Though if you are mainly interested in playing online then you should think twice before buying this game. Vast majority of players are Asian and if you are, for example, a European you will probably have to put up with lags unless you host a match. Also, sadly there aren’t that many players. Depending on the time you play you may not even be able to find an opponent for quite a long. What I didn’t liked about ranked games is that it seems that if you abandon the match there is no penalty. I happened to play with someone who quited 2-3 times in a row. I know that it’s annoying playing with lags, it can be hard to win unless you are a way better than your opponent or just got a bit lucky, but if there’s no penalty at all for abandoning the matches you just cannot drop in ranking even if you keep quitting them all the time.

There was nothing wrong with the game play or presentation. The game is very entertaining to play and enough effort was placed into the audio/visual quality to pass as a good game. Everything about the game was fine all the way to the point when I started doing the single player mode, then I came into technical problems.
I am unable to complete arcade mode without the game crashing during the load of a stage. A couple of times it happened on stage 2, then another time on stage 5.
These crashes do also occur in Sky Adventure mode, but since it’s stage select and no progress is lost, I didn’t mind it as much.

Touhou Double Focus
It’s a fun metroidvania game. However, there’s nothing really new here : you explore areas, find items defeat enemies and bosses. The one interesting mechanic is its portal system where you can lay down some portals almost anywhere for fast travelling. You have a set amount of portals you can use and you can only save in the main area so putting portals requires some thought. Also the character switching mechanic is fun to use but it doesn’t really make anything unique.
Despite being a short game to complete, it has a LOT of charm put into it. The overall presentation is superb. There’s a surprising amount of touhou characters and references you can find. There is an incentive to explore and find everything in this game.

Truly a Dark Souls of Touhou games. On a serious note, that is pretty much a 2D Souls like about greatest Tengu duet! Basicaly you controling Aya and Momiji, Aya is fast, can evade and has ranged attacks: Momiji is strong, has a shield to block attacks and can RUN (including wall running). Other than that it’s your typical metroidvania-souls like game. Buy! Aquastyle makes great games, and this one is not an exception,

ENCODE
I really enjoy this game, It truly nails the cyberpunk blade runner feel. No other game on steam can match this. People are giving negative reviews like its too dark, my goodness just adjust your gamma. This game has amazing detail for a small studio of only two people. They made another game blade net that was amazing as well, very unique, cyber punk feel game of hide and seek with a twist. People who leave negative reviews with only 0.5 hours of play you guys need to re think what you are doing. I have tried every cyber punk game on steam and this game really gives me that vibe, it is totally worth the low price of 19.99/17.99 its ok to point out bugs and issues but this game deserves a positive review. Look at it like this this game has so much potential but if people keep coming and dropping negative reviews after only 5 minutes of playing the game is going to do bad, and the developer might just give up, but if you play the game give good feedback more people are likely to buy the game and the devs will have more energy and resources to make more content. thank you to the devs for this game, it really enjoy it, thanks for all your hard work

What I love is that the world within the game seems so much bigger than what you see. Its atmospheric, dystopian Tokyo feel is served by an excellent soundtrack and unique narrative. Driving around was not only an entertaining part of the gameplay, it gave me an opportunity to explore the nooks and crannies of a city I had never really seen the likes of before.
I think the developer deserves kudos for building a universe that is stylistically reminiscient of Blade Runner without being trite, and filling it was sufficiently interesting things to do to capture my attention for a few hours. With some refinement and a little more time to incubate, the game would be a really hefty competitor in the cyberpunk genre. It has solid foundations and delivers on the intrigue of its concept, especially for an indie game. The uphill part of the battle is building a convincing in-game universe, even if it is a little sparse here.

Adam’s Ascending
Half of the scenes in the trailer are not in the game. There is no saving or level select, which wouldn’t be an issue if the game did not crash or loaded the next level correctly.
The game is about twenty minutes long, but everyone reviewing it has 2 hours played, because it is impossible to avoid restarting the game from the beginning because of a soft-lock. Oh the crystal fell out of the map? Better restart from the beginning.
The demo released a year ago is just as buggy but missing a few connecting scenes. The game ends abruptly before it really even begins.

I’ve been waiting to play Adam’s Ascending since I heard about it during the Kinda Funny Games Showcase. It was definitely worth the wait.
Yes, the game is in Early Access for now, so you will come across a few bugs and issues that you wouldn’t experience in a full-fledged game. I can confidently say that the game’s overall experience is very satisfying and pretty much what I thought it would be at this stage.
There are some loading time issues here and there, but nothing crazy. Not having a save option is not always enjoyable by keeping you on edge with a bit frustration sprinkled in at times. Just for that though, it does give me nostalgia for an earlier era in games.
