The Odd Battle
First of all, the concept is not bad at all. It makes you feel a little nostalgic for the games we used to play with our friends in our old computer and game consoles. Especially if you are playing two people, it is quite enjoyable to destroy the enemies that come in waves with your friend.
Probably you wont play this game for hours, but it deserves to stand on a corner of your library. Especially for playing with your friends and your sibling.
For the basic positive and negative points:
- It’s hard to say %100 success in game mechanics.

VR Battleship YAMATO
I’m glad I purchased this product and it was worth the wait, it’s an awesome tour of a beautiful ship, and it’s quite sad that this was lost. To my perspective, the Yamato seems smaller than I imagined. I’ve been on the Missouri, and while it’s said the Yamato is larger, I felt it was the opposite in both height and length - at least on the outside. This experience is still not entirely bug-free or perfect, but it’s very stable, and very doable for the most part. I did not think I would enjoy it as much as I did, and I’d say as far as most VR “walking sims” goes, this would have to be among the best, as it’s educational, fairly well detailed, and being able to approach the ship from afar and make your way through it provides an excellent reference of object scaling and immersion. The UI is very bare bones, and translations could be better, but it functions fine and is not hard to understand.

While on the product page it says a VR headset is required, it is not. They already patched it to support regular computer monitor. I highly recommend this….well, it is not a game but more of a virtual museum. I love navy ships and have visited several museum ships in the US, such as USS Midway, Iowa, and Lexington. These great ships were built to fight the Japanese Imperial Navy. However, none of their rivals remain existing in this world. The majority of the Japanese Imperial Navy’s ships had been sunk by the US force during the war, including Yamato. Others were either destroyed by the GHQ after the war was over or nuked during Operation Crossroads. There are no WW2 Japanese museum ships to visit. This software is the best and arguably the only way for now to visit a Japanese Navy battleship. You can see those chambers and equipment you typically can see in a US battleship museum like the Iowa, but aesthetically and functionally different as it is a Japanese design. It is a pity that the promised expansion never happened, but the content available for now still worth every penny.

Battlegun, the game you always wanted.
I´ve played now 55 minutes and I can say I have seen all so far the game has to offer. I bought it for 49ct. because I just wanted quick action in the evening without any big download times with a friend of mine. And that´s exactly what I´ve got!
The game gives you 3 maps:
-
town [nice little comic style map for quick action, in my opinion the best]
-
space [wide open area with boost elements and less cover]
-
operation [large forest with a few buildings, in my opinion way to big to get the promised “fast pace”]

Defense of Egypt: Cleopatra Mission
If I had to summarize how I feel about this game into a single statement it would be this: I really like this game and I wish it was good, but it isn’t.
I have definitely enjoyed most of my time playing this, but like many other reviews I’ve read, I gotta say I’m very glad I got it on sale for just a couple bucks.
You only have four different tower types to work with, which many may find a downside. I actually found finding configurations with so few options a pleasant challenge. I also didn’t mind the grinding needed in order to upgrade my towers and other attacks. If you DON’T want a grind game, though, run away now.

Mixed bag review
Pro’s - It’s an egypt tower defence game
- Lots of upgrades
Con - Paper thin story pasted on top.
- Game play after level 5 is insainly difficult. Game play feels unbalanced
Real shame, tweek the game play a bit and it would be an allright little tower defence. Recommend staying away till they fix basic game play and price, way down.

Dictators:No Peace Countryballs
Absolute banger of a game for less than a greggs sausage roll, played over eight hours in just three days and completed the game. Was very fun, started as Lithuania but that didn’t go well and conquered with Bhutan. Game will get worse once completed but it is still fun to choose a rando country and try to win.
Would love if you could add multiplayer modes or a way to add the territory that you just got to your own country. Like a border-adder. Still a great game and for only 79p, 8.5/10.

Dictators:No Peace Countryballs is a wonderfully average economy management/grand strategy game. Originally made for phones, and it shows, the game is still decent enough on its own. You just have to make sure your army/navy/air force numbers are kept up so you can conquer other countries. You also have to make sure your colonies' armies are kept large enough to repel rebel or foreign invasions, lest you lose them. The gameplay is very simple, repetitive, and manages to both snowball and be a grind at the same time. However, for the asking price, the game is okay. Certainly not the best, but it is fairly good. I recommend you go after smaller African and South American lands, like Trinidad, the Bahamas, and Lesotho first, as their small starting armies can easily be crushed by you with little investment, and they make for good starting points for your empire.

Over The Hills And Far Away
Tensions brewing since the Napoleonic War resulted in the War of 1812 between the United States and the British Empire, alongside 10,000 Native Indians. Over the Hills and Far Away, a debut kinetic visual novel by War girl Games focuses on the aftermath of a battle when the British Empire suffered a major defeat and Procter abandoned his army. Our protagonist, William Aubrey survived the battle and has ran to an abandoned farmhouse where he meets a young Shawnee girl called Mai hiding from the storm.

No matter who wins or loses a war there is always pain left behind -for the victor, the vanquished, and even for those who try to remain neutral. Set in the War of 1812, Over The Hills And Far Away tells the story of a soldier and a little girl on the run in a harsh and unforgiving world. This game is a kinetic visual novel, meaning there are no choices to be made, the entire experience is reading. While this may not be everyone’s cup of tea the story itself is very much worth it as this is an engrossing piece of historical fiction.
