Dungeon Crawler Daniel
Another winner rpg from Wolfs Moon Studio and Shane. This one is different than the others as there is only only one town with multiple dungeon levels. Dungeon levels are timed so have to be quick yet have to fight to build up all the characters you pick up (over 20) on your journey. Huge variety of monsters and bosses (optional ones also) and plenty of items and chests in the dungeons and the town has all the necessary stock needed to buy. Dungeon levels are very well designed and battles are most challenging. Characters are

Ruinverse
Game is a fun classic JRPG. Story isn’t overly complex but the characters give it a lot of charm. Lot of customizability to the characters. A good 30-40 hour romp.

Ok so since I am the only one in my language who has actually played the game lets review so far.
-
Don’t listen to negative reviews if any especially on Web pages they have not played it much.
-
I also am playing on the most difficult play setting with all the DLC enabled cant speak for other difficulties etc.
Pros - Lots to do tons of content though I am not sure how far into the game I am so far I cant put it down.
Great graphics considering and wonderful play concepts like auto battles, planting bushes etc.

40% of the time you meet kids that rip your ears apart from the inside but other 60% when you meet actually normal people , you can have the best murder mystery ever. Really good game for the money , not at all repetitive unlike some other games of the same genre. I really like murder mystery in movies , books or games and this was exactly what i expected. If only the games lasted longer or there was a bigger map , perhaps other maps.
For the money , it’s worth to atleast try the game.

Googass
An ambitious attempt at a fair price. I am sure it would be interesting to someone. That someone isn’t me. Awkward controls with an overly ambitious combat system that fights against the auto battle function make every fight a mess of menus and repetitive movements. Challenging fights that make even random encounters dangerous yet never reaching a state of being unfairly overpowered. Even the bosses have a decent difficulty curve which make any party wipes the player’s fault. Sadly the actual game isn’t engaging enough to make you want to level up. Then you have a story that barely makes you want to see where it is going. I can safely say most people will quit out before giving it a chance to establish itself.

Oafmatch
Oafmatch is a match 3 RPG game with similar aspects to that of the Puzzle Quest games. All mana is accumulated into a single mana pool that can then be distributed to all 4 of your characters, each holding 2 weapons with a variety of choices based on their 2 colors. These 2 colors represent 2 different stats that help to determine the damage when taking specific colored gems from the board.
The campaign mode was a bit more interesting than I had initially anticipated, and does have quite a bit of humor. It runs off a pretty generic 3 star system for each challenge, but this is incentivized with character upgrades and weapon bonuses for completion.

A match-3 puzzler with RPG elements, much in the vein of Puzzle Quest.
In short, it’s a great iteration of the formula - fun and with well-thought-out mechanics. You’ve got a campaign mode with a goofy story and a sprawling set of characters and locations, and you can also go into a rogue-like mode where you go through consecutive encounters that whittle you down until you die… and then you start again.
It’s great if you like this sort of thing. If you don’t know if you like this sort of thing, well, think Bejewelled with an extra layer of RPG mechanics on top.

Angel Made
There isn’t much I can add compared to the other reviews, just a short (selective) list of pros and cons:
(+) Decent playtime (at least 20+ hours)
(+) A lot of different skills for party members to use; skills can also be leveled up by using them (though this time around, it’s nearly impossible to reach maximum level with even one skill). Cooldown time for skills makes the battles more strategic, although it only comes down to “rotate your best skills” instead of “sp*m your best skill all over again”. Nonetheless, the process and enjoyment of getting stronger is one aspect that this developer regularly nails.

I am far from being finished with this fantastic rpg and am hoping that I am not even halfway through yet (played 24 hours so far). Following in the steps of Shane’s previous great rpgs, Angel Made hits the mark once again with a great story, smooth and challenging battles, and characters that you can enjoy in your party. The fishing, mining, etc. aspects are still fun to do and need to do for quests and crafting. One of my personal favorite features is no fighting while on land or ship. You are free to explore the world and find where you need to go without the constant fighting travelling to your next destination. And in the dungeons/towers/forests etc. there are many varied enemies so you do not get bored like other rpgs with the same creatures over and over again. Battles are well designed and using the various features of each character strategically you can win the battle with full hp and even extra hps and other goodies for the next battle , thus saving from using healing/mana potions. Magic gets stronger while using it and finding books and equipment you can add various magic to any character. Nice touch. So once again I am fully immersed and thrilled with Angel Made. Thanks again Shane!

I Have Low Stats But My Class Is “Leader”, So I Recruited Everyone I Know To Fight The Dark Lord
A simple, lighthearted tongue-in-cheek adventure that, though repetitive in terms of gameplay, was a generally fun experience for me. I don’t regret helping to fund this game on Kickstarter.

This is another in the weird and insane lineup of games that Cannibal Interactive have put out. The gameplay is intentionally overly complicated and intended to be an experience rather then fun, and in that it certainly succeeds. With no grinding, no leveling, a SMB3 map system, and no real major item management you are left with two things: story and combat.
The story and writing in the game is a real strong suit. With fully fleshed out characters that if you can remember and tell apart, have actual meaningful relationships with one another. The game introduces all the characters right from the start so trying to juggle 99+ characters is a mindfuck, but worth it if you put the effort in.

Maze Party
So the game initally starts off with really fuzzy graphics. If you fix the resolution size, it will make the graphics manageable. From there, the difficulty is what you make it. If you want it really hard, it gets really hard. It is fun with friends for sure. I think it’s worth the try, and it has a lot of potential.

Doggone Hungry
Absolute masterpiece. Insane replay value. Really excited because they just announced Doggone Hungry 2! I suggest you play through the first before the 2nd comes out. It took me three hours to finish the story as it is an extremely challenging campaign. If you get discouraged easily, or have trouble with puzzles/stealth I highly do not recommenced this game. If i had a game I could compare it to, it would be a mixture of Metal Gear Solid, and Dark Souls. Great game especially for its price.
- DDug out! Good luck to those to take this game on, it was for sure a grind for me.

Fernz Gate
Review with accompanying screenshots and videos in Sinical Network
https://www.sinicalanimenetwork.com/post/fernz-gate-review
Fernz Gate is prolific JRPG (Japanese role-playing game) developer Exe Create Inc. and publisher KEMCO’s 9th release on Steam. It is an isekai (another world) JRPG where four people, Alex, Toril, Lita, and Kodan are magically brought to the world of Fernland along with many other people from different worlds.
Alex realizes this new world is being ruled by an overlord who has seized power from a benevolent goddess. With his newfound companions and many other outworlders, they embark on a quest to oppose the overlord. Along the way, Alex and his companions will have periodic flashbacks of their past. Alex’s party will also help a few non-player characters as they complete optional side quests.

Ah Koei Tecmo, time for another 16 bit RPG that was ported from mobile to steam. This game is quite enjoyable, however its also rather short. The primary reason that I’ve even played 34 hours is due to trying to complete everything. (in fact I plan on writing a guide to part of this game here on steam when I get home tonight.) But this brings up another point I wanted to discuss which is they brought back the record keepers! Well kind of… They no longer are physical NPC’s on the map but instead are labelled as trophies in their own separate menu. I’ve managed to get 18/20 of the gold trophies, and the last two one my playstyle simply put would make it a slog to obtain, and the other I don’t know how to get.
