Heart’s Medicine - Time to Heal
I liked Delicious Emily: Message in a Bottle well enough to buy the gamehouse bundle. I was looking forward to more of the DE addictive gameplay and ludicrous storylines. This game disappointed me.
Instead of the insane sitcom plot of Delicious Emily, we get a semi-sane hospital-drama plot. A plus or a minus depending on how much you like helping your boyfriend / hospital director ditch his opioid habit via cutesy casual gameplay. Find all the pill bottles in time for a bonus!
More importantly - the gameplay is heavily loaded with minigames. Run the patient through the x-ray machine in under 5 seconds for a minor bonus! Set all the dislocated bones in 3 seconds, or the patient starts losing hearts!

At the end of the day, faith is a funny thing. It turns up when you don’t really expect it. It’s like one day you realize the fairy tale may be slightly different than you dreamed of. The castle, well, it may not be a castle. And it’s not so important that it’s happy ever after just that it’s happy right now. See, once in a while, once in a blue moon people will surprise you. And once and a while people may even take your breath away. — Meredith Grey, Grey’s Anatomy
Heart’s Medicine is a spin-off of Game House’s Delicious casual game series, and this one, Time to Heal is actually the second season of the series. The first game was released on 2010, and it covers the start of Allison’s internship. If you are interested, the game can still be reached via Game House’s website.

The devs have apparently never seen an American farm or talked to a real vet. The hillbilly music playing constantly in the background isn’t bad, per se (it’s pretty good, for what it is), but I don’t particularly like that style of music. And not everyone who lives in the country is a hillbilly, for gods sake. So why that music? If they added some alternate tracks, I’d be okay with it.
But the main problem is that it’s goofy. No vet would send an intern to scrounge around in the forest for “healing herbs” (which he can’t even identify) or let him be sidetracked into becoming a delivery boy for the local farmers. He’s ON THE CLOCK. Not to mention the fact that farmers don’t generally leave clumps of goat cheese and bottles of milk just lying around the farm to collect later.

My Universe - Pet Clinic Cats & Dogs
This game feels very repetitive, like I’m doing the same treatments to the animals. Also, I feel the controls are a bit weird, I will try to move my character one way and she’ll go in a different direction. I’ll finish it very slowly to get the achievements because it is a bit boring

If there is a perfect game for kids, that has wholesome fun, adorable animals, simple game play, and a whole lot of heart, well this is pretty darn close. Taking care of animals is a big responsibility, and I’d go as far as to say that kids could benefit from playing through this before getting a pet. It’s important to know that in between the great times you have with your pet, there are repetitive chores that need done. Every day. For years.
I know when I look at my cats, I can see the pure and honest love in their eyes. Even though I know that love is for food, and not me, I like to pretend that they care. Even when I’m being smacked in the face at 3 AM because the bowls are empty, I smile to myself, treasuring my furry little friends.

Dr. Cares - Amy’s Pet Clinic
What I love about this new season of Dr. Cares Series is the graphics and animation of the characters. The animation of each characters is more lively - and it is indeed a great improvement compare to the previous season. Another thing I love from this season is the story; where it allows me to appreciate Newton even more as I never expect it was Newton who saved Amy from the runaway - not once but twice. It really shows me Newton’s birth truly meaningful ever more especially towards Amy. And I really enjoy how the stories raise the awareness of bullying in school. Not to mention, I have to say it is very genius creative idea to have the choices system in this time season of Dr. Cares! It makes me feel as if I am reading a Visual Novel! Overall, I absolutely enjoy everything Nitreal and GameHouse Original Stories gave us in this season of Dr. Cares series.

** For The Achievement Hunters: Score 0/5.
2 HUGE Gripes, Firstly you cannot complete the achievements. So in essence it’s an incomplete game :/
The ‘Purchase all rescue centre items’ is broken, not just for me, but for us all and the developer despite aware and having requests and pleading for years from PAYING consumers on several different online platforms and direct contact, have NOT added a patch fix for this.
The other achievement ‘Upgrade Rescue pets X3 to level 10’ will have you logging in for weeks, yes WEEKS after completing to finish it. Complete nonsense, totally boring and frustrating beyond belief. AVOID! **

Heart’s Medicine - Hospital Heat
I definitely recommend Hospital Heat, for those who are new to time-management games, and those who aren’t, it’s a fun way to pass the time, and the story and cut scenes are a new welcome to the form!
The story, this time, seems much more light-hearted than the previous installment, which is funny, since I was expecting to have my heart broken this time around, whereas in Time to Heal, I was completely blind-sided by the feelings the game made me feel. There’s plenty to do, with fun minigames, sixty levels, thirty bonus levels, two hidden minigames, and a chance to refurbish your apartment, and the story manages to be witty and engaging as well.

Straightforward time management gameplay with absolutely engaging storyline filled with drama.
Heart’s Medicine - Hospital Heat has the most dramatic beginning of any time management game. As the opening cutscene begins, the hospital is on fire. As in, literally burning to the ground. Rescue workers rush to the scene to quell the blaze, but so far to no avail. Only a few people have escaped the hospital alive. That’s when Doctor Allison Heart is dropped in via helicopter to save the day. As she attempts to enter the rooftop door, though, she slips and falls into the fiery abyss…

Fix Me Up Doc! – Dark Humor
An interesting unique game with funny, weird patients.
Like the art style and the operations and unique tools, however Iam finding it stressful, my patient dies way too quickly before I can finish the surgery, no matter how many times I try, I guess Iam not fast enough and making just 1 mistake every time seems to mean a fail.
I like the game but am not sure if I can recommend as it’s really frustrating me and doesn’t feel fun anymore as it gets too hard past the 7th patient.
After 3 hours the game is too frustrating which is not very long. So I can’t recommend.

What is this game? It’s a blatant Trauma Center knockoff with a hilariously broken English translation. If you’ve never played one of those, they’re games where you perform gamified surgeries on patients. This game does the same, but it’s extremely ridiculous and nonsensical. For instance, when you want to keep the patient alive longer, you inject them with ketchup and you often have to replace major organs with a sausage, which also doubles as a pimple popper. Most of the game is funny and entertaining enough, but the difficulty, much like the game it’s mimicking, becomes ridiculous. I’m stuck on level 9 because if you make one, single mistake at any point, you basically just lose. That’s right, you have to do it not only perfectly, but quickly. There are only 10 levels and I’m practically certain I’ll never see the last one. The game’s length is padded by the obnoxious difficulty, so there isn’t much value here at all. I was mostly amused by a lot of it, but I cannot recommend it.

Fun Hospital
I was a bit sceptic when I installed this game - but it is free, so I had a go at it.
I must say that I’m surprised how fast this game caught me in it’s net. Those that have played Two Point Hospital will become familiar with this very fast. It’s challenging, fun and you have to use some brains at times - and as an extra plus, you can to a large extent let the game run by itself when you have set things up properly, and go do something else.
Highly recommend to try it out - you might end up liking it alot like me. You can play it without spending a single coin on the various in-game items you can buy - elite staff, gems, etc.

Not Fun Hospital! I am afraid that this game is not fun at all. It is slow, boring and tedious. The graphics are cute but if the creators were trying to emulate Theme Hospital then I am afraid they fell short by a mile. The game is completely linear and you have to follow boring quests like placing a certain number of plants, which uses up your cash. You can buy more cash and gems for real money though, god only knows why you would want to?! The diseases are not funny so it lacks the humour I had hoped it would have. The window you play in is tiny and after an hour and a half I had not reached one of the supposed 180 achievements. Don’t even bother downloading this!

Heart’s Medicine - Season One
For those who have played Heart’s Medicine - Time To Heal and Heart’s Medicine - Hospital Heat , you may feel disappointed regarding how this season can be pretty bland; unlike the other two seasons of this series. But I would like to take note of the consideration that this is the SEASON ONE of the series. So there is a possibility that you do not feel the ‘wow-factor’ anymore as you have pretty much know what’s coming up based on the other two seasons which you have played.

Heart’s Medicine: Season One Remastered (Dash-TM)
Options include separate sliders for Music and SFX, full-screen and Show Game Hints. There is no custom cursor, so I made a simple guide on how to increase your system’s cursor size HERE .
The original Heart’s Medicine: Season One released in 2010, and was a pioneer in the Dash-TM genre in several ways. It was the very first medical-themed dash game, it introduced the pop-up mini games/actions, and was the first game in the GameHouse Original Stories series to have the almighty golden hearts.

Hospital Manager
Very much the spiritual successor to the older “Theme Hospital” game from PlayStation. Hospital Manager is easy to get into as the first four missions are tutorial and explains all the basics you need to get going. It is a light bit of fun and some of the medical conditions are interesting. The first actual mission that you will get a 1-3 star rating out of is Mission 5 ‘Cursed Hospital’. All missions can be passed on first attempt if you are careful though you may not get a good star rating until your refine some techniques. The only mission that gave me significant issue attaining a 3 star rating was mission 11 ‘Fairy Tale’. This mission disallows you to have a negative bank balance which makes investment in treatment rooms more strategic especially with reguard to end of month payments maintaining a positive balance. I had to play it several times to make the end goal of 30,000 credit prior to April 1st. Other missions of note (ones that I will drop you a hint of two about how to pass). Mission 12 has zombies which vomit everywhere but it doesnt matter if the hospital is unclean. Mission 15 ‘Quarenteen’ has an odd wing off to the left, that is the one you want to contain the parasites as you treat and research the condition. Mission 16 ‘Sacred Elephant’ I recommend you pause at the very beginning and rearrange the existing hospital assets to configurations more suited to expediant care delivery. Mission 17 ‘Rural Threat’ in the last month the Exo condition pops up which takes time and money to treat and a 3500 investment in a treatment room. Mission 18 ‘Energy 9000’ (AKA Brawndo) very easy just deal with speed delivery. Mission 19 ‘Seasonal Virus’ The parasites are back so section off part of the hospital to prevent the infected from mingling. Best of luck!

I got this in a bundle a while ago, and finally got around to installing it.
It is an obvious mobile port, with pre-determined room layouts and cartoony drag-and-drop assets.
Gameplay wise, I found many aspects challenging in a bad way. The pacing is too fast (both in terms of new patient arrivals and scenario length), the advisor pop-ups are too frequent, the initial staff stats are based entirely on luck, and a large majority of the décor, research, and room options are unnecessary traps to waste your hospital funds.
