Catty & Batty: The Spirit Guide
Catty and Batty is a lighthearted game about the friendship of a cat and a bat solving over 50 different puzzles TOGETHER. It fits in a series of indie games I have come to appreciate for their romantic theme, cooperative game-play and casual difficulty which is perfect to introduce computer gaming to your girlfriend. Hand-drawn sprites and original music also provide a special charm.

A wonderful short adventure about Catty and Batty using all the carboard boxes in the world to help a bunch of spirits to get home.
Everything in this game is charming - from hand drawn characters sprites to piano music.
Puzzles are inventive, you getting a new stuff every level, but they’re not hardcore, you can literally complete the whole game in one evening.
A perfect gift to someone you like and an oppotrunity to spend a relaxing and fun night playing it in Co-op.

Diner Bros Inc
Great couch-coop game with a lot of variety in the fast paced mini games.
Remote Play Together also works great. Keep in mind that only one player can use a keyboard though.
A great extra feature would be a party mode, where the high scores are shared with the normal save game, but you start with the first small set of mini games. In that way, new players can get acquainted to them and gradually unlock and enjoy more mini games.

Amazing party / couch co-op game. Pretty fun to race after highscores when playing solo, and certainly good laughs when playing in groups. It is also a pretty good game to introduce to the younger kids who are just starting to get into videogames, as the minigames are quite intuitive by themselves.
However, this game is not for everyone. If you’re looking for complex stories or gameplay mechanics, then I’m afraid this is not for you. If you are, however, looking for simple and fun gameplay, give it a try, you will probably love it.

Double Jump
This game is fun. I didn’t play with 2 players, but coordinating myself jumping and moving was still a big challenge. Try out the game. It’s good for what it’s worth.

Highlaundry
Really great game. Overcooked style.
Is funny playing with 4 players local or with steam’s remote play

It’s a little clunky but it just came out so I expect any clunkiness to be fixed in future updates. The style is like Overcooked except it’s limited to Steam Remote Play. It feels less stressful than Overcooked because of the music playing during a round, granted we’ve only played a couple of stages so I’m not sure if the music picks up or anything. I do wish that it was made for online play rather than remote play. I’ve tried remote play a few times and it is SO buggy/bad even when the both of us have stable wifi. However, I won’t fault Highlaundry for the faults of Steam Remote Play.

Jumping Joe! - Friends Edition
Was a fun casual game even with friends.
However, there’s no twist when someone is just good than the others. He will always win.
Hope to see something new regarding that in the future.

ClockWork
We respect your time. Therefore, instead of bombarding you with long, overly detailed descriptions, we will point out the main features of ClockWork. Enjoy your reading!
-
Before starting work in the workshop, you choose the character of Anna or Edward. What’s next? Disassembling watches, choosing matching components, running between workbenches and avoiding obstacles!
-
ClockWork is a dynamic game where you have to fix all your watches before the time runs out. However, please stay calm - this is still a casual game!
-
The game consists of 12 levels that gradually introduce new mechanics, watches or types of obstacles.
-
Although our heroes spend most of their time in their hometown, during the game they will visit several different locations. After all, running a workshop is not only about fixing complex mechanisms. It’s also meeting a lot of interesting people… and talking animals.
-
Additionally, you will be able to complete optional quests. You will meet exceptional customers who have very interesting stories to tell.
-
In addition - cartoon graphics, pleasant music and a large number of references to pop culture. What more could you want?
And that was it. See you at the workshop!
DERU - The Art of Cooperation
Deru is one of the best co-op games I have played in a while. This game is perfect over Remote Play Together because there’s little need to worry about latency. This game is gorgeous, simplistic, and beautiful. You need to play this game with someone who is patient and communicative, because you WILL mess up. But it’s okay, because each level will end pleasingly and make your combined efforts worth it. The gameplay is simple - move your characters to the goals, while helping each other.
Each level is fresh and unique. Everything is perfectly designed to work together. Once we finish this game, we’ll start again.

The puzzles are interesting in a way that if you get stuck and start just messing around, you figure out innovative stuff and feel smart by accident! There were some levels that were annoying because we thought you had to have really good reflexes to solve them, but it turns out, if you put your mind to it, you can solve them nice and slow. There’s a lot to enjoy here!

Kalimba
Hidden gem amongst puzzle platformers.
Excellent game playing single or local co-op. Mostly pleasing mechanics and the gameplay feels precise. I loved the art style and whimsical music. The game is also forgiving when playing casually, but it can be frustratingly hard if you are aiming for the gold totem (0 deaths, all collectibles gathered) on every level.
My only gripe with this game is that the co-op is on the short side. 10 short levels and 10 more with DLC, the co-op is over in 2-3 hours. It also focuses on the stacking mechanic, whereas the single player has more different puzzle types. Definitely experience Kalimba co-op, but for longer similar co-op only experience, check out Ibb & Obb.

I got this game based on its good reviews and thought it would be great to play with one of my friends as it was listed as a coop game on Steam, so I actually bought two copies. Was very disappointed to find out it was only local co op and it seems the devs have no intention on adding an online coop option.
It is a great fun game to play on your own, no doubt about it, but I feel its competitive elements would be far more enjoyable if there were more online options available, especially for people who don’t generally have any local gamer friends to stop by their place :P

Munchie Match
A simple and effective falling block match3 game - with the ability to go head-2-head against someone with couch or remote play. Singleplayer puzzles force you to destroy cute monsters…

Absolutely love this Steam edition. Two player mode is also a great addition to the game. Munchie Match is very involving, and it is rather hard to quit once you start playing it. Hours of challenging gameplay. Recommend for all lovers of the tile-matching games.
