Scribblequest
My name is Scribble & this is my game, Scribblequest! It’s a whimsical musical adventure. No, it’s not just a game with music in it, it’s like LITERALLY a musical. We sing songs with lyrics that tell the story while minigames pop in and out in time with the music.
There’s also a colorful world to explore and lots of lovable new friendbuddies to meet! (Just a warning that 2 of the aforementioned “friendbuddies” are my parents. You don’t have to be friends with them if you don’t want to. I wouldn’t blame you, they’re kind of A LOT… Modge and Podge, if you somehow figured out how to use Steam and are reading this, I’m very sorry and I love you… Also I’m proud of you for figuring out a computer thing despite being like 5 million years old. OK, I’m sorry again. I’ll stop talking now.)
-
Songs that tell the story. In Scribblequest me and my friends literally sing songs, you know, like in a musical.
-
Gameplay that feels the beat. Everything reacts to the beat of the music in minigames that rapidly pop in and out.
-
Befriend a charming cast of characters (and my parents too, I guess). My name is in the ding dang title so you know I’ll be there, but so will a bunch of my best friendbuddies. I think you’ll like them a lot. My parents invite themselves to everything so I’m sure we’ll run into them too and I apologize for that in advance. (Nah, but seriously, Modge and Podge are actually pretty fun sometimes I guess… Don’t tell them I said that though.)
-
Join the band! Will you shred a scorching guitar solo or honk out a stinky sax solo? The choice is yours!
-
Create a custom avatar! You will totally get to create a custom avatar using a very well designed and intuitive user interface. I promise. (I don’t promise)
-
Race shopping carts and lift weights! Podge says this is the stuff “manly men” do, so if you’re a manly man I think you’ll really enjoy these particular activities.
-
Grow your own nose by helping it eat fruit! (I swear this makes sense in context)
-
Experience the power of server-side cloud rendered blast processing! I don’t know what this means but Podge told me nobody will buy the game unless I included it. (I don’t think he knows what it means either)

A biblical story about Egypt and the times of Moses which might not be everyone’s cup of tea but it’s got great match three game play with all the bells and whistles. A nice relaxing title to unwind to after a day of work. Take a look.

The Enthralling Realms: The Blacksmith’s Revenge
Just your standard Match 3 game with pretty graphics. Not particularly difficult until the very last boss, who hides in a RNG bubble and sends way too many web-happy spiders after you …but he’s dead now and I’m having roasted dragon wings for supper. Plus a goblet of chianti. phtttttt :[

The atmosphere of this game hooked me to play this game. I enjoyed the relaxing gameplay and music. It looks like they decided to scrap the whole potion making options that were in the last Enthralling Realms game. For me it´s far the best of the 3 or 4 existing parts so far. There is a thrilling story line and interesting characters with good voice over, who appear with the ongoing story. The graphics are bright and clear and the special effects are unrivalled in other match-3 games I,´ve played. There are four different types of Power-ups available, and each one requires a Mana Meter refill after each use. The Mana Meter is refilled by making any Match, but larger matches will fill the meter more quickly. There are 5 chapters and at the end of each you have to defeat a beast to clear a chapter.Blacksmith’s Revenge is a really good Match 3 game with interesting board layouts that present a good challenge. The only two small minus points are that there is no option to select difficulty modes such as Relaxed, Normal or Hard and I hate I hate all the spiders that appear in the cut scenes.

Aurora: A Child’s Journey
Aurora: A Child’s Journey is well done. There are a few areas where the game tried to glitch and the controls can be sometimes clunky, but besides that, it was simple and straight to the point. It was nice to play from the perspective of a young child and also an interesting concept of how they see things that are well…not pretty in this world. It can be sad to learn that the game was inspired by true events but also eye-opening to situations that many may not know. The achievements are easily earned as you play through the game and not as complex as the game is very short. Take a chance if you want to see the world in the young girl’s eyes and maybe you will learn something along the way.

Cardpocalypse
Extremely Fun game with a unique and well designed card game mechanics. While there are a few things I think that could be improved, overall they really pale in comparison to the fun I’ve had from this game.
Pros
-
Fresh new card game mechanics with well designed factions that are both unique and synergistic
-
great story
-
Very replayable
-
Fun Gauntlet mode make your own deck each win with difference Champs
-
Great sound track and voicelines
Cons
- animations and walking can get a little tedious on multiple playthroughs
– Real player with 88.5 hrs in game
This game could have been AMAZING but has some design and balance shortcomings. I’ll list them briefly then go into more detail below.
-
No way to collect all the cards or undo certain permanent changes
-
No real post game or new game+ to try out different deck types. Unskippable cutscenes ruin the thought of replaying the game.
-
Some balance shortcomings can make a couple parts almost impossible in some cases, this game is otherwise extremely easy.
I still had fun with this game and not a lot of people make games like this anymore. The story and writing is charming and the art grew on me. The complaints only hurt so hard because the rest of the game shows so much promise. I still had fun with my 14ish hours of it but I wouldn’t recommend paying full price unless you really love these types of games.

Arcane Arts Academy
Nice casual game , however the difficulty level is quite hard even though picked easy, need to repeat few times sometimes to clear certain stage . Since this game have 52 achievements, I suggest those who want 100% achievements on this game to go through all the achievements requirement first so can easily unlock it without repeating too much time .

I simply loved playing this game, great story, the purple cat, the achievements was fun to get and it gave me that challenge by completing all the levels on hard mode. I’m excited to see what the next adventure will be for all the wizards and witches, I do hope the follow up will be just as great. One of my favourites for sure!!

Detours
Detours is a thoughtful and moving game with deep characters and road trip vibes! I love it so much. You can tell a lot of love was put into making this story. Also the soundtrack is a JAM.
Super recommend.

BEST GAME 2021,
The story is riveting and feels very real.
It is easy to find yourself resonating with both of the characters as you play through.
The midwest aesthetic is spot on and shows the care and detail that went into every aspect of the game.
If you like visual novels pick it up. plus the team is super cool I hear.
