8089: The Next Action RPG
Been testing this since literal first alpha build so take this with a bit of “bias salt” if you want, but my honest opinion:
-
Game is great. Both in VR and non-VR modes. (I played primarily in non-VR). It’s riding on 5089 success and it does so very well imo. Phr00t’s charm is strong in this one.
-
Butter smooth controls, little bit of jank here and there, but otherwise game is great. runs smooth, framerate is stable and fairly well optimised (literally ran on GPD Win2).
-
Gameplay is pretty good. It’s fun to annihilate alien bugs with stealth kills or just shoot groups of enemies with whatever shotgun-sniper-mortar automatic weapon you make. Plenty of good combat abilities to make combat even more fun.

As of writing this review I’ve only been playing for 10 hours, but I seriously could see myself playing this for many more. Don’t let the graphics keep you from playing this game if it seems interesting to you, because once you get used to it, the potato looking bad guys reactions start to give it a certain charm. The real reason to play this game is the gameplay and the core game loop in this is pretty amazing. Primarily it is a game where you want to make your stats and gear’s numbers go higher, and to do that you have to continually venture further into difficult lands. As you progress the enemies grow stronger and you face different and interesting challenges that change up your gameplay. You can’t just rush to the higher level zones and scrape together better gear though, instead you have to activate each new area, which unlocks all the vendors and quests for that particular difficulty level. Supposedly this continues infinitely, and I have no reason to doubt it.

Crypto Is Dead
it’s a very zen game, with random bills and rules being a plus in my book. if there were any complaints, it would be about the pens and the scale, they don’t seem to serve any purpose.

I want to like this game, I really do. For the size of the game and the 2 hours I put in upon writing this I feel I have enough time spent to see the problems, so let me list them as Pro’s and Con’s.
Pro’s:
-
I get a huge Papers Please vibe from this and that can be a good thing to some, as some people like work simulations and feel they can have fun doing such thing without real life problems.
-
The challenge aspect is nice, you start off generally putting out lot’s of notes and overtime it gets more busier and you see yourself putting less out there, I suck at numbers and letters so I’m really slow but I don’t find myself bankrupted.

Shit Storm
Nice Game! The game TITLE alone makes –it worth the price. Ya –it violates both Rules and Guidelines https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=4045-USHJ-3810 “Abusive language, including swearing” and https://partner.steamgames.com/doc/gettingstarted/onboarding “What not to publish on Steam” obscene, vulgar shock factor, so –It is a notch above the rest. –It’s good to see EVERYONE is allowed on Steam? I highly recommend –it to everyone!

Shit Storm, Shit Storm is one of the best games i have ever played. You really enjoy the game while playing it. And you get calm while playing it. It has some good and cool skins such as, Top hat, Party hat, Crown. And you can also collect coins that you use for the skins. I got this as an christmas gift from a friend and i can tell from my own perspective that you get real happy for it because it’s a very cool and calm game. Worth every single € and i hope that this will help you and maybe get you to buy it too.

Flixy Cats
Flixy Cats were first seen in an alley in Hollywood, California in 1988. Since then, they have popped up at bus stops and on huge buildings worldwide!
Now you can see them in a brand new game!
The Flixy Cat world is about to be overrun by ravenous pirate rats! The cats must defend themselves by hitting the rats with marshmallow mallets, sending the rats ot a confetti land where they can have all the garbage they can eat.
Flixy Cats is a 3D platform where you can control Max and his entire cat crew. You can explore different worlds, discover new power ups to help in the journey, team up with another cat to assist you and much more.
Laser Disco Defenders
Great game - colourful and fun retro-laser shootout. Nice and difficult, too - yet as the levels are procedurally generated you don’t get bored!
LDD’s most unique dynamic is that your shots (and enemy shots) never dissappear and stay lethally bouncing around the game so you end up spending a lot of time dodging your own laser beams… it lends itsself to a lot of interesting strategies - do you just fire off a couple and be patient and wait for them to blast the enemy (boring) or do you go in guns blazing and get out before you can be hit by the ricochets? It’s up to you!

Laser Disco Defenders
DISCLAIMER: I received this product for no cost for the purpose of reviewing. However, this does not affect my views and opinions of the game.
Laser Disco Defenders is a 2D twin-stick shooter with bullet-hell elements. You play as one of many “disco defenders”, each with their own benefits and disadvantages. You navigate your defender through each stage destroying all of the enemies in order to progress to the next area. You have to dodge enemy fire, as well as your OWN shots which is where a lot of the skill comes into play.

Last Knight: Rogue Rider Edition
I normally don’t go for games of this type, but I have to say this game is awesome. I really enjoy it.
It’s funny, the graphics are great in both landscaping and characters and the horses face is brilliant, makes me smile. The controls are responsive, physics are great.
The sound of the environment effects, enemy and obstacle impact, the horse moving all fantastic.
I love the way you pick up quests, you get the quest if you can ride through it. Each quest is for a specific character, which I think is another great thing, because it gives you a good motive to want to unlock the other characters.

Last Knight, developed by Toco Games, is a PC game in which you will take on the role of squire, or knight in training. You will be faced with many different challenges, as well as many different modes to play in. This is a 3D rogue runner game. What I mean by this is that the levels are always going to be randomly generated, and you, on your horse, will constantly be going. You will have to joust enemies as they block your path. You will need to collect coins, and in some modes food.
Graphically you are looking at a game that looks very well polished. There’s definitely some roughness to the polygons used, but that just fits the game. There’s also an impressive amount of different play modes, when it comes to the story portion of the game. You will get to see the game from 3/4 view, 1st person, and top down. Making sure that all of these different views felt polished is quite impressive. There’s also the fact that the levels are randomly generated, and the differing areas, path, cave, forest, etc flow seamlessly.

Flappy Bat
Flappy Bat is a clone of the well known phenomenon ‘Flappy Bird’ released in 2013 in which you endlessly flap your way through a world filled with deadly obstacles and enemies.
Tap to flap your wings and try to stay alive as long as possible without hitting the obstacles.
You’ll get rewarded with points each time you successfully pass an obstacle, with the goal of setting a perfect highscore to become number one on the global leaderboard.
You only hear music in the menu, during the game all you hear is this very annoying sound that supposed to sound like wings flapping… but it doesn’t, and I wish you could turn these sounds off completely.
