It’s a gangster’s world, the one who shoots faster lives longer. So, move, move, move and shoot, shoot, shoot.
Your task is to kill all enemies and collect money. More money you collect, more bullets you can buy.
More levels you pass, better weapon you get.
It sounds very simple, but when you start playing you will see that it is not so easy.
With each wave come more gangsters, they move faster and are better equipped, so you should be really good to survive!

Welcome to the Polyverse
Great game, enjoying it thoroughly (still getting used to some of the mechanics). I can see the dev is really trying something different here. The low-poly aesthetic that is increasing in popularity actually makes sense if the player is in a simulation as this game suggests. Well done and I hope to see much more as I explore.

“Third Update”
All control mapping is now working and is smooth and easy to use. Playing through for a second time was more enjoyable without fighting these.
I know mappings may seem like a “small thing to be updated” but the speed the devs have done it and their updates was what stopped me from refunding and got me to play through twice.

I love these games. I have played this one for over 177 hours. I will start a game over in another profile and do all three game modes. These games relax me after a hard day of work.

Great storyline, many achievements to obtain, fun series to continue the story with/know the characters, fun graphics and music! Challenging enough to maybe replay levels to beat the clock, OR to play relaxed and just have fun collecting resources. HIghly recommended for time management and resource mgmt people

🧠 OUT OF THE BOX
It really is a shame that this game doesn’t seem to be getting much attention. I think it is quite a hidden gem.
I really like the art style. All the character sprites just ooze personality. The only thing that bothers me a bit is that the idle animations in some cutscenes look a bit exaggerated, with some characters constantly headbanging for no reason. Less animation would have been more here. But I am willing to overlook that minor flaw because I just enjoy the style so much. Also, don’t let the cutesy look fool you. There are some really brutal scenes in this game.

It’s a good game where you play a bouncer hired by your maffia boss after being released from prison and no one else will give you a job, while all the while trying to stay on the straight and narrow and keep your bills paid. You have to check people coming into the night club for simple stuff to start with (dress code, ID, correct tickets, not under age, not drunk etc) but as things go along, you start getting extra requests and criteria to meet.
There’s a basic storyline. It doesn’t have many ways it can significantly branch from the linear storyline (so far the majority I tried don’t make a lot of difference or cause you to hit dead ends (sometimes literally.) So unless you enjoy the ticket checking side of things, replayability is limited. Checking tickets is fun and challenging for the first round, but does have threshold where it starts to lose its shine. (I kind of wish it was mixed up a bit with more variation.)

BUFF
Buff is a fast-paced action shooter where you can use the enemies and the environments alike to navigate levels at high speeds, kill enemies, and rack up score multipliers.
The levels can be jumped, skated, and bounced all over… The enemies can be killed, knocked-back, or surfed on… Everything is a tool, and everything can be used to do something awesome.

The gameplay requires hands-on action and quick thinking. The drivers of Monoxide City have no respect for traffic laws, pedestrians, common decency, or YOU. They won’t stop for anything so you’ll need to be quick on your feet and able to make snap-decisions to safely shepard all the kids across the street.

The easy-to-learn 4-button control scheme is intuitive even to casual players. But the challenge of the levels ramp up steadily. Easy to pick up, hard to master.

Besides angry motorists you’ll also have to contend with the bureaucrats down at city hall hitting you with ever more strict rules regarding how many kids are allowed to get pancaked on a given day.

5 days a week for 5 weeks. As you progress through the 25 level campaign you will face ever-worsening traffic conditions and environmental hazards. You start the game off with nothing but your trusty stop-sign and your pointing-arm, but as you progress you might find helpful objects, like barriers and traffic lights.

Your score is determined by speed, crossing-combos, and of course how many kids you manage to get across the street. Refine your strategy for each level for better scores and reach for the top spot on the online leaderboards.
