Lingua is a fun little game! The puzzles are challenging and the dialog is pretty funny. I also really like the heartwarming story.

I played for a couple of hours and the game could use more content or quests. The length of how items expire is way to short.

Also, I’d like to request an option to change the controls.

Steel Dungeon 钢铁地牢

Steel Dungeon 钢铁地牢

The game, while poorly written, felt like it has potential to be fun. Likely this game should have come out in Early Access first, but otherwise I didn’t hate playing it briefly.

The chief idea is that you are driving around in a tank while taking out throngs of enemies. You go from room to room FTL style using a variety of weapons in a twin stick shooter style. It definitely needs some balancing and and likely more things should be explained, but there is room to work around and make this game special.

It’s not a bad game, especially for the low price but the UI graphics are a bit amateur and the English is really bad: “toturial” for tutorial for example. Also it’s not a “FPS” but an overhead third person view of the player (a tank). A HP display as a bar or something would be more useful than showing Hp as numbers.

Legend Of The Ape

Legend Of The Ape

Awesome game! Not too easy that there’s no meaning in progressing, and not too hard that its too unbeatable.

A number of meme-able moments that made me chuckle. 5/7 Great for apes!

Fun and challenging game, definitely worth the price! Recruited my group of friends to play with me, and its even more fun to see whose score is higher :-)

Never End, Neverland!

Never End, Neverland!

Game breaking issues. Puzzles required to progress don’t work. Returning to the menu causes nothing to be clickable, and the only thing you can do is force quit the game.

I’d happily change my recommendation if these issues get fixed.

Okay so even though my playtime is only 35 minutes I already have a LOT to say, and I’m very sorry to say to all of the devs at Tekkou Studios LLC but here is a comprehensive review of the first 3 areas of the game:

Starting house: no walk animation, everything is on the same plane, looked odd, could be better overall. Exposition was VERY long, simply put I didn’t care for it lol

First area/town square(?): Overall pretty fine, easy to hear the difference in mic quality between characters, there’s weird hitboxes with all of the world elements. Ex I ran into an invisible wall by the stage, I can only assume this was because of a stage light. All of the characters were designed kinda cool but executed poorly and I would’ve loved to know their names at the very least.

86

86

I’ve only played a small amount of “86,” but have really enjoyed it thus far. It’s a challenging puzzler that only relies on symbols and iconography to teach the player the rules of any given challenge. The cartoon art style is effective at translating all information required for the player to solve the puzzles. The strict time limit adds a nice sense of urgency, and the addition of a “notepad” in the game hearkens back to the days of PC gaming where game booklets and manuals had pages of empty space for the player to write down learned knowledge. The $5.00 price tag is more than reasonable for this type of game (I’m reminded of “Frog Detective,” in that sense). I’m looking forward to playing more.
