Einar - Loki’s Traps
The player controls everything with keyboard and mouse, being a very simple and intuitive interaction.
The game screen is totally clean without an interface, where the player can focus directly on the character and the traps the game offers.
In a dangerous environment, where your death is served on a silver platter to the gods and your chances of staying alive are pure fun for them.
With countless obstacles and puzzles between you and your goal, reaching the end becomes challenging, even in the simplest of things.

With easy commands, well-crafted puzzles and lots of challenges, Einar is a simple game, but it takes a lot of time and is guaranteed fun, or not!
The main difference is the mix of obstacles and puzzles and a camera move where the angle will help a lot, especially in puzzles.

I wish more indie games were as ambitious as this, especially indie action games. I want to make something that looks this gorgeous someday, and I mean that.
Action is pretty good, especially the 1v1 boss fights which made the whole game for me. Ran into some small tech issues but nothing the autosave couldn’t fix.
All-in-all, the sort of experience that comes from a team with a lot of heart, and it shows. Really excited to see whatever Phantom Island makes next!

Balls out of Control
In a world plenty of balls, you’re the last of the Guardian Cubes to keep the order. But balls population has grow up nonstop in the last months, and they are out of your control now. Currently they crowd around everywhere, destroying anything that put between they and the stolen diamonds, which they protect fiercely.
You must recover all diamonds and restore the order before the situation become unmanageable!
Dodge crazy bouncing balls, get all diamonds and destroy demonic balls before time ends.
If you wanna to enjoy a non complex, direct and quick game, Balls out of Control is for you. Advance through different levels, pick up items, dodge enemies and get as lives as you can.
You can’t save or load the game! So, try to pass all 15 levels in a single sitting without loss all lives of time gets to zero. If you can do it, you will restart the game from first level in a new round, with more and faster balls.
Main features:
-Created with Unity.
-Simple but colorful 2D graphics, almost generated from 3D renders.
-Two game modes:
*Campaign mode: get all diamonds and destroy demonic balls along 15 levels (each one with his own theme) and uncountable rounds, before time ends.
*Arcade mode: destroy as many balls as you can before lose all lives. This mode has no time limit!
-Score system for both modes, depending on collected items, destroyed balls, etc. Try to exceed previous your own record in each game! You can see score list from Scores menu.
-Simple controls: you’ll not to worry about to memorize or realize complex buttons combinations: just move, shoot, sprint and/or activate Ghost Mode when available. You can use keyboard or XBox gamedad (recommended for a better game experience).

-Background music: a few soundtracks from different authors (excerpt for intro sequence and Game over, from myself). You’ll can see more detailed information at How to Play menu.
BeeFense BeeMastered
(I got this game free because I have the original beefense)
Beefense is a rts/ td hybrid. You send your bees to harvest resources in between waves. There are 4 resources- pollen, nectar, water, and honeydew.
Pollen- Money, used for building/ leveling up new towers and spawning new bees.
Nectar- Fuel. If it runs out, your bees will perform poorly.
Water- used to give towers a boost, improving firing rate, range, and I think damage.
Honeydew- Special Currency, used to unlock tower upgrades, beesearch, free caged bees, and buy ding balls and black ninja wasps.

Simple tower defense with a simple chummy plot. Having fun.
Downside….
Some things are not clear at all which leads to cons.

Rolling Dungballs with mouse and keyboard. Even after finding thru a 3rd party, it takes alot of finesse to right click and drag the ball.

After around the 15th mission, I had issues where I could select everything except my bees… Reboot problem sovled.

At mission 25, game decided to tell me what to due in German. I failed. Rebooted game told me to destroy glow things in English. Still failed. Rebooted, and killed a enemy base and was able to advance.

Flying Slime
The game is introduced
Flying slime is a horizontal leisure game by utilizing physical gravity to play. With beautiful picture quality and cute protagonist Slime, you can feel different scenes in the game! Using the left and right antennae to control the moving direction, coupled with slime’s “weight”, you can run faster!
With the corresponding keyboard operation, the operation is more smooth!

Breakthrough mode
70 levels, from easy to difficult! You can collect moon fragments, leaves and elf stones during every crossing, but be careful, huge gears are chasing behind! If you are not careful, you will be hurt by sawtooth.
With the deepening of Shaoguan mode, moon fragments, leaves and elf stones are collected, which can activate more forms of elf images. Click on the avatar in the upper left corner of the main screen to unlock more elf images.
Click Settings in the upper right corner of the main screen to unlock the trailing effect and appearance effects of the elves.
Endless mode
If you have confidence in the elves you created, then challenge the endless pattern! There is no end here, as long as you are excellent, you can experience unprecedented excitement and urgency! Attention! The huge gear is right behind you!

The current state of the game is about 4 hours worth of fun until the game doesn’t save on hours of work you’ve had by closing it down, no visible option to manually save either.
Options are just too plain compared to any other idle games.

Bendy and the Ink Machine
I don’t usually revisit my previous reviews; after all, I rarely review episodic titles. With Bendy I am now making an exception as my initial (positive) feedback 2 years ago was made only after the release of chapter 3. The currently available version includes all 5 chapters (hence the name complete edition) and this is the only available edition one can purchase.
Back then I praised the game for its graphics (yellow tone with heavy use of ink) and its story that revolves around a retired employee who gets an invitation from his former employer. Visiting the office building he doesn’t meet anybody, at first, but later on all hell breaks loose and various ink monsters are after him including the titular character.

Disclaimer: Actual time to beat the game was 4 hours 20 minutes and 3 seconds (yes, seriously, lol). I was busy with other things while playing so I kept pausing and coming back.
I enjoyed Bendy and the Ink Machine very much. I went in preparing for a walking sim horror, but what I got was what felt like Bioshock infused with bits of Amnesia: The Dark Descent, and an alternate reality where Walt Disney’s success took a much darker turn. It was very unique and I would strongly recommend it, especially to those who are into Disney creepy pastas - this game truly feels like a good Disney creepy pasta brought to life, and I love that about it.
