Catch & Release
This is a really good fishing game! The motion controls are well used and fun to utilize. It takes a little practice to get good at throwing the line out from the rod which is a good thing. I still havn’t gotten good at finding a consistent reeling motion yet but hopefully that will click for me the way throwing the line out did eventually. The fish fights are good with nice realistic fish movements. It is somewhat of a challenge also because there are no on-screen indicators to tell you when your line may be about to break. This will probably lead to some choice words at times but it is actually a realistic way of doing it, especially sense you didn’t get the rumble feedback to help you. I also found it a little tricky to get a consistent rowing motion with the boat. I did get going good a few times though, so I think that is just a matter of practice also. All in all the game really captures the feel of being out on the lake in a row boat fishing.

Catch and Release is currently the fishing game to get if you are looking for decent, realistic fishing VR experience.
The Good:
This game gives you a boat, a lake, a rod, and fish. There are objectives, upgrades, random missions, and things to buy in a store but it all boils down to you casting that rod and catching some fish. If you want to catch fish in VR, and have a more realistic experience doing so, this is the game for you.
The Bad:
Bug wise, I’ve encountered many issues with objects not wanting to play well with other objects. Some fish, usually larger fish, like to clip into the scale which makes it tough to grab them, and if you do grab them then the scale stays stuck onto them. Odd item clipping issues like this usually force the game to “reset” the item and respawn it right in front of you which usually fixes it. Grabbing fish can also cause the fish to bug out randomly which may sometimes cause your fish to drop into the water, releasing them instead of letting you sell them in your cooler.

Fish Glutton
You are Fish Glutton. Eat as many fish as you can while defeating monster bosses who will stop at nothing to keep you hungry. Beware of the evil red laced fish that kill on contact.
This game brings up an experience full of digital homemade art and music where you will be able to discover a great variety of fish, monsters and hand-drawn underwater landscapes as you progress through the entire game.
During all the levels in the game, you will be controlling Fish Glutton, a clown fish, driving him through different 2D landscapes full of different fish and monsters. Depending on the fish edges color, you should eat it by touching it, or avoid it by not touching it or not letting them touch you(refer to the legend/map below).

Farming Engine
Game glitches and destroys all your hard work by day 8. I highly do not recommend at all.

I played for a couple of hours and the game could use more content or quests. The length of how items expire is way to short.
Also, I’d like to request an option to change the controls.

Fish Feast
10/10 Masterpiece
Fish Feast is a gameplay marvel, rewarding fishiness and agility in a way few games do.
There are lots of different fish and locations to admire. Fish Feast is lots of fun!

Floogen
Its finally here!
Floogen is a fun and charming game with cute handcrafted looking graphics.
The characters and enemies being made out of clay along with the cardboard levels makes it feel like games you played as a kid with your own toys.
The game is sorta hard near the beginning due to your health and stamina being very low. So enemies can kill you fast and you may not be able to roll dodge enough. Although you can upgrade your health, stamina, and moves in the shop! I recommend doing that as soon as possible. It is easy to farm melon pieces into whole melons especially with fishing as that is the fastest way to gain melons to use in the shop.

I’m going to give this a hesitant recommendation.
The style of this game is simply astounding but the gameplay has a hard time keeping up…

Fish Person Shooter
I’ve been waiting to play this game since the first time I heard about it and I’m so happy to finally be able to!
It speaks to my heart when a game dares not to take itself seriously and, at the same time, still is a good gsme. Fish surely is all that! 3
It feels so good to play an FPS in which the core gameplay involves dodging, after so many years of boring cover shooting. And the level design is cleverly interesting, not shying away to present obscure secrets right when you start (which brings fond memories of Doom 64).

Early Access Review: This is actually a pretty fun game for a retro style game. As others have mentioned the harpoon mechanic is really cool. This game has some interesting puzzles that require a bit of thinking to get thru, but not so difficult that it makes it impossible. You may have to retry the level a couple of times to get thru the “learning curve”.
Since it is early access there are some things that the developer is working on. But the good news is that the issues are getting discovered quickly and bug fixes are coming in.
