** Not sure what language this was made in, but do not buy if you plan to play in English**

No worthwhile tutorial, very very poor translation means card mechanics are a complete mystery with cards acting in bizarre fashion.. sometimes doing one thing, sometimes not doing anything at all. The performance is also pretty bad. I can’t really figure out any mechanics that work properly.

A shame because there is a lack of non-p2w card games out there.

The game is a very good game..Once in awhile the computer will open with less than 50 points.. Doesn’t happen too often but still happens. I still enjoy the game. Wish more players will be online to go up against. Brings back memories when I used to play this way back when. I would recommend anyone this game. Its easy to learn.

No tips or guidelines about what you have to do in the game. There also does not appear to be a tutorial mode or a means to learn how to play…so I suggest if you are going to buy this game, you should already know how to play Canasta. Great graphics, great music, easy playability.

Update:

01/27/2021 - The developer e-mailed me and asked for the savegame files with the bugs, which I just e-mailed them.

01/22/2021 - I like the game in general. I play mostly Rummy, which is buggy and either hangs the game or makes it unplayable probably 1/40 hands. Typically when the issue occurs it’s when I trade a card for a joker or when I pick up a card from the either talon. It won’t register the trade or pickup correctly, forcing me to exit the game and restart it. Saving the game and reloading it will still have the bug in it. Based on the age of the game and company releasing other games, I suspect that they are probably no longer working on this one/fixing bugs, but if I’m wrong, I can certainly provide one of my save files with the bug to the developer if they request it.

The game works fine on my computer, 1920 x 1200, but on the wifes laptop, 1600 x 900, which is easily capable,as soon as the title page starts to vanish to go to the game screen, it crashes back to steam main page.

I’ve tried several tricks to get around this problem, to no avail. Is anyone else suffering this drawback. The wife really likes the game, but she can only play on MY computer. Could be a bigger problem.

Eviron’s Chronicles

Eviron’s Chronicles

Changing my review to a thumbs up.

This game should really be labeled as early access as there are many bugs, although not game-breaking or super annoying. Mostly just ui bugs that you can work around. It could use a little more documentation as well.

Other than that this is better than other TCGs, IMO.

You are able to level up your player (not sure what it is good for except you get small rewards when you level up and your level can be seen by other players). You can also level up your general, albeit very slowly. When your general levels up you are able to adjust his health and attack power and also choose is portrait and abilities. You can level up many of your cards as well, with dust. You can get gray dust as rewards for completing adventure matches and colored dust by destroying cards you might have. attained other than by destroying your cards. There are several colors of dust used to level up its corresponding car set, you can use any dust but you don’t get full effect for using dust not made for your set. Lastly, there are rare evolution cards that you may use rainbow tokens to alter their powers. This allows you to spend a little extra energy in a match to change your units abilities.

Generally an OK rpg game with a steep pve difficulty curve for the player. Don’t expect to get a lot of quick victories with starting decks unless you spend a fair amount of money. Should I play? Well if you can tolerate a fair amount of time and limited money then it’s a positive.

Brief Hunted Review

Come Out To The Coast, We’ll Get Together, Have A Few Laughs…

Hunted: Kobayashi Tower is a wonderful digital adaptation of a solitaire, dice chucking, push your luck tabletop game. This game allows me to relive the greatest feel good holiday movie of all time! My dream of being an 80s action hero is realized each time I enter Nakatomi Plaza Kobayashi Tower to save my wife Holly Sharon even though our relationship has been on the rocks lately. In each play-through, you are John McClane an unnamed hero with military training who thwarts a bunch of terrorists in a heroic endeavor to rescue the hostages and save your wife.

Top Trumps Turbo

Top Trumps Turbo

An interesting designed 1 vs 1 table top mini-games battle that feature 6 different mini games and alot things to collecct and accomplish.

Sounds Fun right? Well it’s not for many different reason.

I played Top Trumps™ in Real-life for a bit with my friend and It doesn’t have something that game have lots of..

Bugs.

This game is filled with bugs.

Memory leaking bugs, Graphics engine crush bugs, resizing bugs, sound bugs, loading errors, Card graphics loading into blank screen, Access the setting mid game cause game freeze for 10 minutes.

– GRAPHICS –

90% of the in-game textures do not display and, instead, show a blank pink. All of the cards in the game display as pink rectangles. I tried to fix it - I really did. I tried verifying the game cache, and that didn’t fix it, though it did find a file in error and redownloaded all 0 bytes of it. I tried changing the graphics quality, which did nothing except alter how laggy the opening video was. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and that did squat.

Due to this, I can definitely say it’s an issue with the game files players are given, and not something caused by the player’s computer or a Steam glitch. There’s no way for anyone but the developers to fix it, and they have yet to acknowledge it as an issue.

UNO

UNO

So this game is tons of fun, I gotta say, it’s fantastic to play with a group of friends because, as always, Uno is great fun. The card packs and new rulesets are also fantastic and really change up the pace of the game and make it even more fun, beyond what normal Uno can provide.

That’s about all it’s got going for it though. The coding of the game itself and the networking are absolutely atrocious. For absolutely no reason, people will drop from games, be incapable of fully loading into games, crash on startup, etc. etc.. Many core features (like calling out Uno) are broken to a degree that makes a potential win into a complete loss. Needless to say, the entire game is pretty much broken somewhere somehow despite the fact that it’s literally just Uno. I have no idea how you screw up Uno this badly, but these developers apparently made that a reality. If it was just one or two of these bugs in isolation, I could put up with it, but the quality of this game makes me feel like unpaid interns created it and that it’s literally just a project for Ubisoft interns to work on that generates them some cash on the side. There’s no care at all for quality put into it, which I mean sure, it can’t be that popular of a game and isn’t a flagship, but it still flagrantly displays it’s made by Ubisoft and is grossly broken. Not that I expect anything else out of Ubisoft, but for god’s sake, it’s just a damn card game, how do you make it so that just to play an online card game it can take 20 minutes of restarting games just to get it to work, only to then have people just disconnect at the start or mid-game for no reason despite them having no connection issues at all on their end?

Great game!

Only 3,99 and no game shop.

After winning a game you get crystals and free cards.

You can sell cards you don’t need for crystals and buy new ones with the crystals you earned.

I recommend this game and hope it will become more active in future.

I’m a fan of card games and i can say this one is promising. At the start I thought it had a boring fight system but then i changed my mind. Of course it has pro and cons but i can say i liked it eventually. Im gonna list the things i like and the ones i think they can me ugraded/fixed.

I Liked:

-Havent found any bugs yet in 3 hours

-Freedom of making your own deck

-Clean Interface while in a game

-Playing

Things I’d like to see in the future:

-When you do something and then you go back, it always sends you back to the title screen instead of the Menu. I know it’s a little detail but i found it annoying,

Card Hunter

Card Hunter

If you have ever enjoyed playing a table-top fantasy game then I would definitely suggest giving this game a try. It is very nostalgic to the early days of AD&D and full of adolescent sibling rivalry and nerd humor. The interplay between card use and the figures on the map is very well thought out. Like any game there can be some mini-maxing going on, but, if you want to play the game for fun, then there is a lot of fun variation that can go on. The game has single player, cooperative, and player versus player modes. And, yeah, regardless of how well you make a deck of cards for your character, board tactics, and the-luck-of-the-draw can make or break a scenario or match, but that’s part of what makes this game fun and challenging.

Real player with 355.9 hrs in game

I enjoyed the game. Lots of choices.

It is free to play and you don’t have to spend $ to beat the game. The pvp on the higher levels would require to have better cards, but it’s farmable if you are willing to put the time in.
