Galactic Rangers VR
Really, really, like this game. It’s the perfect game for VR, makes you feel like you’ve been pulled inside an 80’s arcade game. Playing on the Quest via Oculus Link, it freezes a lot (total loss of data between headset and pc, game continues to play, so it’s just too much data for the cable I believe) and I have a substantial rig that can handle anything. Playing via wireless (Virtual Desktop) no freezes, but there is lag when the screen gets real busy. Overall, it’s one of the best games I’ve played in VR.

I have 3H in the game and this is my review.
Motion sickness : YES is there, from the first 1 second u push play
Fun: After you get used to the motion sickness, it is really fun but is just a 15 minutes game, i only played 3h cuz i’m insane and i want to do all the difficulties (also i was streaming and i looked at chat a lot)
Quality: The objects are far away sow i cant really tell but 2 of the 3 attacks ware not even 3D, 1 was an orange png bulb of light, the other was blu…………….
Gameplay: There is 1 tipe of gun with a few “tipes of bullets” that you “unlock” as a temporary power during the run. But is ok, really fun arcade stile. Reload? no, you do not reload. Aim? It aim assists you…

F.E.A.R. 3
Every time I see FEAR 3 on sale I see people bashing it as the worst in the series, but the meta score is actually not too bad 74/100. Unlike the first 2 FEAR games, FEAR 3 has one of those regenerating health systems where you just hide under cover for a few seconds and you recover back to full health. No need to scrounge for med kits or armor. Also, the game seems built around 2 player co-op, which I like in first person shooter games (when I have someone to play with).
Spoilers ahead
FEAR 3 takes place an unspecified amount of time after the events of FEAR 2. Alma is pregnant and getting ready to give birth, as a result her psychic power is tearing up the city (possibly the world). Again the main opposition is the private military contractor Armacham, who seems to have become 100x more powerful than they were in the first games. Even without their clone super soldiers from the first games, Armacham seems capable of overrunning and occupying entire cities with soldiers, aircraft, and power armor. You play the Point Man protagonist from the first FEAR game (the guy you play in FEAR 2 also shows up briefly) but this time you have an “imaginary” friend Paxton Fettel (Bad guy from the first game). Your primary goal this time around is to reach Alma before she gives birth and deal with her once and for all. Unfortunately for you, Alma’s psychic pain has summoned nightmare creatures and twisted the surviving civilian population into crazed psychos.

The history of F.E.A.R’s development has swapped hands through practically every expansion and installment and which each one, a new take on the franchise was created. Most, if nearly all, fans of the series consider the first F.E.A.R to be the ‘best’ due to its thick, tense atmosphere and and engaging combat and I agree to a point. F.E.A.R 1 still out plays most shooters and horror games today!
So with that legacy and high standard already set from the get go, it’d cetainly be a challenge to meet it again, especially in the hands of a different developer! As a result, many people tend to look down on F.E.A.R 3 as being a ‘generic’ CoD clone and this couldn’t be more of a lie!

TwinCop
Arguably my favorite game going right now! Do you want to revisit old school game play? Check! Want a fun game to play in a Co-Op environment? Check! Want an awesome 80s style soundtrack? Check! How about a gruff and clueless boss to give you missions? Check! The mechanics are super solid, the graphics are perfect for the genre, and the game is challenging and fun! Especially when you’re sitting right next to your twin on the couch and THEY WON’T GO IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION!!!! This is an awesome indie game and it deserves your support. Would you rather spend $65+ on the latest MK title that is then gonna rip you off with a bunch of micro transactions or spend $15 on a full, brand new game, and support indie developers everywhere. I know which choice I made!

You want to play something with your significant other?
I am not sure I want to recommend you this game - because it REALLY needs perfect cooperation, otherwise you will fail. And you will fail a lot… so this might be DANGEROUS for not-so-stable relationsships. You have been warned!
After a terrible accident, the body-parts of two dead police officers are stiched together to create ONE police officer. Legs, arms, even the brain… two players control each one side. Only cooperation lets you move, shoot, defuse bombs, drive cars and even SPEAK!

GraveRun
Early access from 2016 so have to assume this is probably all we get. A bit of a shame really as it has a lot going for it. it’s a really fun little twin stick zombie shooter with a bunch of neat mechanics, upgrades and cute pixel graphics. Seems primarily designed for multiplayer/co-op but it’s great fun solo too. Unfortunately probably owing to early access the campaign is pretty short, still pretty fun though.
Some games that don’t get finished you shrug and move on, some are missed that little bit more, this is one of those that had some real promise to it so it’s a shame we didn’t get to see a bit more it even now.

Fun game to kill time, easy to play and get addicted to. Pixelated graphics, smooth gameplay, many different combinations of weapons allows you to regulate the difficulty of playing the game, some are stronger and synergize better with certain weapons. Although coop is recommended, buying the game at full price is not so.
