SUPERHOT Mind Control Delete is the promised free DLC for SUPERHOT while also being a new release for the company and potentially a new game.
It’s also what SUPERHOT always should have been.
SUPERHOT was an excellent game when it came out. SUPERHOT took a novel concept and spread it over thirty-one levels. The story had some issues with how it was told, but the experience was enjoyable and players were able to quickly tackle levels and move on.
The problem is SUPERHOT left the player wanting more. While it had several bonus challenges in the game the main game would only last only about three or four hours. The experience was fun but for a twenty-five dollar title, it ran out entirely too fast.

Drawkanoid
Absolutely love the balance of tension. It’s definitely exploring things left untouched in other re-interpretations of this classic, feels like the ultimate version of the brickbreaker genre.
omg, the hexagonal enemies are amazing for all the rebounding goodness, but the little orange rounds are complete nonsense.

Drawkanoid: Satisfyingly Chaotic
The premise of “Breakout but you draw your paddle” sounds interesting in theory and is actually really interesting in practice. The visuals do the game a huge service, especially when you manage to get an insane combo. It’s a nice game to come back to every so often and (unlike say “Super Hexagon") becomes more a game of endurance and in the moment decision making rather than one of reflex.
I’d recommend it! it’s like… the price of a lunch… and you get to keep it too. Definitely gonna play some more of it!

Recompile
I’ve been looking forward to this game since I got my hands on a super early version at Day of the Devs 2018. The game has come a long way since then, and has turned into a beautifully crafted world with a story that you must piece together by finding memories throughout the game areas.
If you played the demo of the game, you got a single short level where you were able to power up real quickly. The final version spreads out the powering up over the course of the entire game, making it feel like a true metroidvania. You’ll pick up powers such as double jumps, dashes, and hacking abilities that let you manipulate certain things within the game. There are also a total of 5 different weapons to find. I finished the game in about 9 hours of play time.

Really went into this game wanting to like it and I’m mixed.
-The Demo-
I played the demo since I love neon and synthetic world kinds of aesthetics (Tron, Fract OSC, Heavy Bullets, Reboot, ect). It just has a cool world look/tone and feel. I’m for it.
Real good conveyance for where to go and what to do, and the ability progression was so well paced and rewarding.
Great demo, I was excited for this game ever since.
-The Game-
Playing this game still has a cool look/tone and feel. I really like the main character’s flashes of light, the particle effects and jitter. The world is a particle effects display that is so enjoyable.

Hatchpunk
I recommend this game for people who like classic fast-paced shooters like old Doom or Duke Nukem, or even Serious Sam. It’s rough and very annoying at times, but it’s made by a solo developer so I can give some slack on that. It’s fun and gets your heart racing, I’ll definitely be playing this game whenever i want some quick exciting gameplay, I hope for a lot more updates in the future, this game has potential to be a ton better.

Super interesting and highly annoying game, damage is extremely high on what seems to be the second to third level, the mechanics are really good and the game looks really nice, reminds me of an odd Doom or Duke Nuke Em', really enjoyable.

Wave Break
A fun and unique take on THPS style game.
-
Be warned that the game has a very steep learning curve, especially if you’ve never played a THPS game before. If you have, you should feel mostly at home, but the game does offer unique twists and differences in gameplay that you will need to get used to and master.
-
There is a lack of tutorial apart from the very basics, and there is a lot of vital information that the game doesn’t tell you apart from the occasional tip during the loading screens.

TLDR: This game is a lot fun playing solo or splitscreen with friends, especially for fans of THPS looking for something new and different!
Let’s get one thing out of the way, this is not a 1-1 recreation of a THPS game, and it isn’t trying to be. The controls are familiar if you’ve played those games, but a bit looser (Byproduct of riding a boat rather than a skateboard) and there are some differences like initiating automatics (this game’s manuals) or reverts that while easy to get a hold of will require some conscious effort to not rely on muscle memory for at first if you’re a veteran of that series. However, outside of its clear influences, this game has a style all its own! The visuals are fun and colorful which are a nice contrast to the more muted color pallets of other games of this type. The characters are animated well and the written dialogue doesn’t take itself all that seriously adding some charm to it. If you are a fan of Synthwave music this soundtrack is heaven, pairing very well with the art direction making it very easy to get into a relaxed flow with the mix of chill and upbeat tracks. I’ve had fun with the campaign maps I’ve played so far and am looking forward to the rest. The single player will have you completing more traditional goals like high scores, collecting letters, landing specific tricks and even collecting secret tapes, but there are also a handful of “story missions” for each level that have you completing tasks that showcase some of the more unique gameplay features in this game like the slow motion shooting while you complete various Miami Vice influenced objectives based around running product and encountering undercover cops. From my brief experience with the park creator, I have high hopes for what the community adds to this game over time through Steam Workshop content as there appears to be a wide variety of options and I can see multiple people collaborating on a park in a session together being a lot of fun! Multiplayer has been a chaotic blast and having a deathmatch option adds some nice variety to the standard time attack and free skate modes. I would however like to see more game modes from both skating and shooter games added in the future for example graffiti, HORSE, capture the flag, king of the hill, etc. Overall I would say if you are on the fence about this game based on what you’ve seen so far, I can confidently say it is exactly what it advertises itself to be and the quality is there so please do yourself a favor and give it a shot!

Its a nice and funny game with good graphics and sounds for this kind but there is no community
that means no chances to joining a server. Single player is limited.
