If you enjoy match 3 games this will gives you tons of hours of enjoyment. 96 levels with powerups to use.

Some levels are VERY hard to get 3 stars, but be aware if you don’t use a powerup from a previous level you bring it to the next, so you can go back and grind for powerups to bring to a tough level.

Level 94 is impossible without saved powerups.

I certainly enjoyed this game very much. It reacts super well to clicks and it is fun to watch the matches fall and combine. Everything is so colorful and beautiful and you get to build a resort and have lots of fun. A few card games are included too, so why not? Music is fun, the backgrounds and design of the entire game are wonderful and of course the clicking and throwing upgrades are amusing too. It is also a pleasure to play these types of games and the games are very much appreciated. Thank you kindly!!! =)))))

Spiritfarer®

To preface this; The overwhelmingly positive rating the game has is justified, and it is worth every cent of full retail price. Do not wait for a sale, buy it now. (Especially fellow Linux users. They gave us Tux, give em bux.) – However, when something is so desperately close to perfection, the more cutting you find its flaws. With this particular game they ascend to being truly egregious. In the beginning I wanted to love the game, but I couldn’t. By the end, I wanted to hate the game, but also couldn’t.

Spiritfarer is what I would categorize as a game that shouldn’t exist, but it does.

This is not a negative category, to clarify; “a game that shouldn’t exist” is meant convey a sort of bewilderment, a sense of “how is this possible?”, a real struggle to maintain one’s generally pessimistic worldview in the shadow of an surprisingly positive gameplay experience (especially ironic given that this pessimism nearly prevented me from playing entirely, my working assumption being that all the positivity in the steam reviews was a sort of emotional naivety, akin to the devotion people seem to have to the Ori series [there are reviews that describe having experienced tears within the first ten minutes of Ori and The Blind Forest; the first ten minutes of Ori brought me nothing but an exhausted sense of overt manipulation {this is just to give you a sense of my preferences, my argument is not “The Ori Series is bad”, but rather “If Ori didn’t really work for you, this isn’t in the same vein, and is not worth writing off in the way that I would have initially”.}.].). The bewilderment comes down to methodology, as this is a product that gambles everything on being both deeply sincere and incredibly transparent; you guide characters to their deaths, that is your job, it’s what this game wears on its sleeve, you will do things for these characters and naturally get attached to them via a completely transparent gameplay loop of tending to these characters' needs and whims (as they tend to yours), and then the game will delete them, over and over. This is a game whose central gameplay loop is playing with Old Yeller, then watching Old Yeller die, over and over again, and it tells you this, from the beginning. There are no plot twists, there isn’t even much of an overarching plot at all; the closest you’ll get to a traditional “narrative reveal” is a late game scene that provides some context for the main character’s life, but this changes little about your interaction with the spirits.

Farmer’s Fairy Tale

Farmer’s Fairy Tale

I like the style of game. It’s quite relaxing, with no rush to complete main quests. The “timers” on certain quests is only for the extra reward and not essential to the storyline quests. The graphics are nice, the conversations and flow of the story are quite funny (in a somewhat lame kind of way). The game was a little buggy at first, but the upjers team responded to me quite fast and were very helpful to solve the problem.

I had added this game to my wishlist before it came out because it had looked so interesting. After I took the leap of faith in buying it, spending almost an hour non-stop on it, I am very pleased with this game! I was like, “FINALLY”, a game that I can do my own relaxed farming but still have objectives. Not to mention the storyline, graphics, and game sounds are not too shabby at all. They put thought into it and you can zoom in and out of the world, making the control gameplay very easy to handle. It feels like stardew valley with the concept of adding items adds energy, eat food get energy, as well as my time at portia by gathering materials and then having to craft objects. Doesn’t take a long time to get materials. I can already tell I am going to be wasting a good portion of my life on this game. Great job Farmer’s Fairy Tale!

This game is awesome.

I’ve played plenty of 2D shooters in space, and this is by far one of them.

I have a lot of praise and a couple of complaints. I’ll skip the praise because you can find that elsewhere, or just look at the gameplay for yourself.

This game’s difficulty curve is ridiculous. Assuming you, like me, haven’t played the original game, you’ll be thrown into the gameplay right away with very little time to adjust to the unique mechanics of ship-building and combat. There are a lot of different parts to build with and constructing a powerful ship is more nuanced than throwing a bunch of pieces together. In many cases, a tiny ship is more effective than a large ship, but building a large ship is half the fun.

The Island

The Island

Beautiful amazing game and although I haven’t really been all that into survival games before, this one caught my eye and I’ve been hooked since. I love it and definitely recommended to those who enjoy games of this kind.

As the story apparently goes, you take the role of a young woman who was sailing in her boat but lost control and crash landed on a beach of an uncharted island. When you come to, you feel thirsty, hungry, and are all but lost in your new surroundings.

The only things you start with are some cookies, a few cans of soda, your trusty survival book, and a knife. After that you’re on your own. Prowling wild animals being your only neighbors, some of which don’t take too kindly to your presence… (they will attack you if they see you). And at that point you either make them your next source of food, or, well… you become theirs.

OK, first and foremost, totally worth it for the price. Graphics are excellent. Very playable on Easy. It has a way to go in development, but 5 bucks for a game that you can easily pass 5 hours in is worth it. Crafting system is fun enough, (if it lets you click on the item in the guide book, click it, that’s how you make it. Otherwise just put the appropriate amount of ingredients in your inventory and craft.) Clay in in the inland lakes and rivers. Iron and Sulfur don’t show up in incremental bits, you get nothing until you’ve whacked it a bunch. All of the animals take about the same number of hits, you don’t really need to avoid any of them. Go back to the starting area for soda and crackers, they respawn. There is a wood and stick grind that cold be improved in the mid game. I am interested to see where this goes. Oh, you have to forgive the animal variety on desert island, they wouldn’t all live there but what the hell, they work out to meat and leather.

Anything But

When I think about ‘hobby games’ like Destiny 2 or bottomless time sinks like AC Odyssey, I can only think of how much people are missing. It’s a privileged take, granted. People want value per hour out of economic pressures on top of a melange of other reasons. Only, The Pedestrian reminds me that in a perfect world we could all have the spice of life of twenty five short experiences that last longer in an altogether more meaningful way than a monster corporate product ever could. Media that doesn’t monopolise your time, but delivers a quick, sharp shock of everything you could want of entertainment as a means of adding value to your life.

The Pedestrian is a relatively short, but fun puzzle platformer. You are a character from one of those flashing ‘walk’ signs. You connect signs, and use your little pedestrian to solve various puzzles. The puzzles are quite unique. As for difficulty level, I’ve played lots of puzzle games, and I’d say this is a medium difficulty puzzle game overall. I found the puzzles satisfying and there were a couple of times I really had to stop and think about things to solve them. The game rewards you for patience in the puzzle solving not rushing. The learning curve on the puzzles is not bad, although there was one concept/mechanic that took me a bit to grasp and felt significantly more difficult than the others. As you complete the puzzles you move across different areas of a city. The game shines aesthetically as the surroundings as you travel the city the surroundings are nothing short of beautiful. There are different tracks of music as you go through the city, and they evoke a sort of peaceful feeling. There is a story inside the game, but I am not sure I understood the whole thing, and after talking with one of the developers the story is left up to some interpretation of the player. Without spoiling anything I will simply say the last half hour or so of the game is a culmination of your work throughout the game and really is something special that tells you a lot about the story.
