AmIHero
A game that seems to have slightly twisted the sports game concept
First, practice the sport you chose in the first step.
When you go to the main stage, a person named Master gives you a suspicious mission.
Strange missions are similar to how you exercise in the first stage, so you play naturally.
I thought it was a simple game, but when I play, I throw, hit, and sweat.
So I think the exercise effect is good.
Because it’s a VR game, you have to shake your arms around, so if you do something wrong, the monitor can be damaged.

I think it’s perfect for me who like both casual games and sports games.
In the tutorial stage, it’s a sport, but in the main game it turns into a casual game.
It’s unfortunate that there are only 4 types of sports in Early Access, but it would be better if other sports were added later.
It’s good to enjoy lightly.

You can view my review & gameplay here: https://youtu.be/Yd4Hvlbf1WM
This would be one of the best workout / exercise programs in VR, if it wasn’t a broken, buggy, unoptimized mess that’s been apparently abandoned in Early Access. Still, I can’t help but at least give it a neutral recommendation because this is one of the best, if not the best workouts, I have ever gotten in VR. I feel the pain and intensity in my abs, my legs, and my arms. It’s also a fun workout with a nice variety. I wish the dev would fix the game / app.

Pato Box
Ok, so this review is loooooong overdue…
What can I say? This is my personal game of the year, as well as one of my favourite games of all time. This game impressed me on so many levels it’s insane.
Graphics: Very reminiscent of Madworld on Wii, but much cleaner here and looks much better imo.
OST: Some REALLY unique and catchy tunes here. It’s all on YouTube, so go listen if you don’t believe me (or if you want to support these guys by purchasing it, pls do :P).
Store: Very interesting, dark and unique with plot twists. I won’t spoil anything.

I want to start off and say that my reviews are judged on ‘base price’ of the game. In this case the current price is 15$.
I say that yeah, I think this game would be worth 15$, however ‘to who’ is the question.
Let me try to help any of you who are on the fence about this game right out the gate. I’ll tell you a few things the game has that might attract or repel you.
-The main character is a man with the head of a duck.
-The main gameplay is reminiscent of ‘Punch out’ (And maybe a lil bit of ‘Crossed Swords’ in there)

VR BOXING MASTER
This is test product really. Nauseating to play in VR sometimes even for my guts of steel. I don’t really see the point of playing a VR game in this perspective either. Controls are annoying, just not a finished product what else can I say? Oh actually, might be top for most lacklustre end to the game. You win a feel nothing trust me :-)

TKO
Come face-to-face with a heavyweight champ!
Too many boxing games place the player outside the ring looking in. How can you experience the adrenaline jolt of landing a crisp uppercut from the cheap seats?
Now you can literally “enter the ring” in the classic first-person boxing game TKO from Accolade™ – the boxing game that sticks you right on the canvas, staring straight into the eyes of a prize fighter bent on rearranging your face.
TKO’s features make it a unanimous decision:
-
Split-screen, arcade-style boxing action gives you a dual, first-person perspective. Watch yourself hit and get hit.
-
Witness the punishment of the punches on each fighter’s face. They swell. They bruise. They turn black and blue.
-
Calibrate each boxer’s strengths. Is his left better than his right? Is he cat-like or a clubber? Does he run out of band-aids or run out of gas?
-
Fight a stable of hungry contenders, each with his own ringside manner.
-
Slug it out with large, animated fighters. Pick on somebody your own size.
-
One or two player capability: pummel friends or clobber the computer.
-
Aerial-cam shows your position in the ring.
