Congo Merc
personally one of the best bloody games ive ever played. the graphics story and graphics make the game one of the best games of all the time. it reminds me of one time where i was at disneyland tokyo and i was just sitting down after having a really exhilarating ride on the tron ride in disney world tokyo japan, i had just sat down on the bench located closest to the rides exit. it was placed in a seating area to sit around where the hyperion auto cafe was in tokyo. i was sitting there thinking and i thought to myself: “what if i were to make a game called something like i dont know congo merc where the gameplay is as good as is like in real life and then you go fight people upper congo lower congo congo everywhere!! i thought that would be a good idea” oops i meant to end the speech marks before anyway i thought that’d be a really good idea so i got to work coding. i coded and coded and coded and oh yeah im not sitting at the bench at disneyland tokyo japan anymore im at home on ps4 with my friend jay and we’re talking online about making a game called congo merc which could be a game with good graphics and story and video audio. he said it good idea so i got to work coding and i had an issue…! the game had bad graphics on the grass. so i took references by going to my neighbours astro turf (my neighbour has astro turf) and asked him for some astro turf. he said yes one clipping only so i took one clipping only and coded it into the game and finally got the grass in the game. with the game that id thought of at tokyo disneyland finally complete, i set to making the audio. i needed a sound of a gun since congo dandies in congo brazzaville have guns when people get in their way. so i got a gun sound by getting abuela tatis shoe and smacking it against the side of my room wall (my room wall is pretty thick meaning my parents didnt hear it and ground me!) with everything done, i went to export the game to upload to the stream greenlight program, before my computer crashed and i lost everything. so that is why i am here today, good job on the game even though mine looked a lot better and good luck in the future when making more games like congo merc!

CONGO MERC: SOLO MINI-GAME WITH TOO MANY BUGS
The Congo in Africa has long been a focus of conflict due to its natural resources, which continue to attract the attention of foreign powers and businesses to this very day. CONGO MERC is a single-player event-based historical game loosely covering the Simba rebellion (the word ‘simba’ in Kiswahili means ‘lion’ in English) of 1961-64, at the height of the Cold War. You control foreign mercenaries plus Belgian (and Congolese? what about them?) and exiled Cuban units, fighting Congolese Simba separatist rebels and their Soviet-Cuban allies.

18Korea
You should know what you are getting with the 18xx games. This is pretty good, both as a client and as an entry in the family of games, including elements that are questionable if you are a purist but are pretty nice if you like your board games to have replayability and some minimum degree of asymmetry, and I am referring to the pre-game draft of assets cards. Also the theme is great and enriched by the Korean war elements.
Buyers beware: there is NO single-player or versus-AI mode. This is a multiplayer only game. As it should be.

As an avid 18xx fan, I was very hopeful for this title. I’ve only played through a 2 player local multiplayer game(vs myself) to get a feel for the rule set and interface. This rule set is more of the “running good companies” style of 18xx vs the Stock manipulation style of game. All train routes are autocalculated which is a huge time saver over the tabletop games, interface was relatively simple to figure out.
This game has a very unique(as far as my exposure to 18xx which is pretty extensive) mechanic with half of the map getting wiped out once you advance to Era 3(brown tiles). This is the Korean war. Map gets cut at the DMZ(which you can traverse before it happens), North becomes unavailable and all cities in the South are wiped out and have to be rebuilt. I understand it works for a smaller map, but not sure how I feel about it after only one play through but its intriguing for planning and strategy.

Home Safe and Silent
Home Safe and Silent is a survival game heavily inspired by popular zombie tabletop board games. You will play as the leader of a colony trying to survive the zombie apocalypse. Each day of the apocalypse you will allocate members of your colony to perform different tasks while also planning out your own route to scavenge for supplies. Each location you explore will have randomly generated rooms which you can rotate around to try and find helpful items for yourself and those you look after.
Key Features:
Search for hidden items in fully interactable rooms
Manage members of your colony by assigning them to different tasks
Fight off the dead by rolling different combat dice based on the weapons you equip
Make every move count!
Minesweeper Versus
When I was first asked to play this game, I really wasn’t sure how Minesweeper 1v1 would ever work out.
Not gonna lie, I was pleasantly surprised. Great game design. Perfect fit for a few free minutes. If you like Minesweeper THIS is a must get :)

Always wanted to play Minesweeper against my friends. Now I can play it against randoms and also climb the ladder. Developer is a nice guy and is trying to improve minesweeper even though it is already a perfect game. Big brain IQ needed.

A=B
Good programming game. The concept is very simple, but the problems are complex and challenging, and with all keywords “a=b” language is actually Turing-complete, so this is fun.

I haven’t played much of the game, but I’ve beaten chapters 1 and (almost) 2, and it seems quite fun. However, you should be aware that the game doesn’t strictly stick to having A=B be the only instruction - but so far the extra mechanics seem scaled back enough that it’s still true to the spirit of the idea.
Despite that, I’m enjoying my time with the game a lot. It encourages you to think outside the box and the restricted instruction sets make it very interesting to solve problems. I do wish the main menu was a bit more inviting (give some sort of indicator of where to click first perhaps?) as it does drop you in with little fanfare, but overall I’d say it’s a good purchase at the modest price tag it has right now. Very cool and fun concept :)

AXYOS: Battlecards
Nice little card game. You can spend another hour with pleasure.

Can’t give this one a good review, sadly. The bits and pieces seem nice, but it doesn’t make for a fun gaming experience.
The art and music is perhaps the best aspect of the game, the controls work fine as well.
That said the game feels very under-documented, and the games do not seem very fun or balanced, I win every time without even knowing what I am doing.
Perhaps the biggest weakness is that you cannot gain experience points except in multiplayer, and I have never been able to find anyone else to play it with.

Space Drone: Rescue Mission
This is actually a good little puzzle adventure.
Rooms can get quite difficult as you proceed further into the game.
Also its cheap and entirely worth the modest price being asked.

Ok, this game has taken me by surprise. I was expecting something easy and fast, but this game has some puzzles that forced me to stop and think what am i doing - what isn’t something bad, to the contrary, is extremely good. It gets harder the more you progress, and i still didnt finished it (pretty close to the end tho), but, until now, i having lots of fun with this.

Casino Slot Machines
After about 50 minutes of play time, this isn’t all that bad, even though you have only 1 slot machine here to play, there are some others you can buy all 4 dlc’s for .99 cents. I’d say this isnt all that bad for $1.99 it is a way to kill a little time, I do recommend buying this just to kill a little down time?

Very very bad game. It’s boring and has very bad graphics and ridiculously bad sound. I don’t understand why anyone would recommend this “game”. By the way, I love online slot machines and casino games.
Graphics 0/10
Sound 0/10
Fun 0/10

Tanto Cuore
I’m a mega fan of this franchise, owning every expansion to date, and a backer of the 10th anniversary kickstarter. This game was included in that campaign!
This “simulator” has a lot more than I was ever going to expect. There is a single player campaign with unlockables, including some of the promotional cards. There’s some light VA and other touches that ad a nice sense of flare for an already functional game.
I have some nitpicks about my experience with the single player campaign. The first couple of games ease you into some of the concepts, including the optional goals. Later, however, the CPUs reveal themselves to be rather… interesting. Their behaviors are not always consistent, and some of the decisions they make are nonsensical; often buying low cost cards when they’re able to afford high costs. This worsens in larger games with more players, and balloons when the game gives you the optional goals of doing “x amount of things” in games that often end much too quickly to achieve. Instead, 100% the single player campaign turns into something of a slot machine, playing game after game hoping that the CPUs strategy and behaviors aren’t going to end the game as you still need to employ five more cards for that last star.

Tanto Cuore is one of my favorite games to play. Over the last year I’ve been very disappointed I couldn’t play with friends and that I couldn’t go to conventions to play Tanto Cuore. I can only beat my husband at this game so many times before he’s going to refuse to play with me. I was at my wits end because I own all of the table top games and I don’t want my ability to win to put him on the verge of insanity. I am delighted to see the game is out. I bought it and just played by myself for two hours. You may have saved my marriage.
