Between Two Cities - Stonemaier Games
I love this cooperative tile placement game. But this computerized versions has enough issues to make it not worth its very low price.
The AI is dumber than a sack of rocks. (Actually, the AI play is so consistently bad, that I suspect it may actually be brilliant, but hellbent on losing…) Bad AI in a game is always unfortunate, but it is particularly frustrating here because you are trying to cooperate with the AI to win the game.
There are, of course, no online players, so you are stuck with the AI.

Business Tour - Board Game with Online Multiplayer
I love this game. But as Monopoly stands right now, I have to give the game a negative review. For a multitude of reasons. (The only good thing is Thank-God it’s basically a FREE game)! But the negative reviews DON’T LIE!
Bottom Line Issues:
1. The disconnecting issues have been brought up by many, but never fixed. The BS ‘Hotfives’ did absolutely nothing.
2. In the beginning of the game, you still land on Milan. And then Sydney…and so on. This was brought up by many, but never fixed. Once, maybe twice have I ever found this to be different…And when so, 1st roll lands on Lost Island…What a Treat!

You are able to play with your friends for only 24 hours (except 2v2 against randoms), after that you gotta subscribe for $1 a month. bullshhhhhhhht
-
Queuing with a friend means nothing - most of the time you play 2v2 against the friend you queued with
-
It’s P2W
-
If a friend disconnects due to some issues, he cannot reconnect
also.. wtf are those bots AI :-D my friend disconnected due to internet connection problems, her bot jumped on chance - give up a city to opponent. well guess which city the bot gave to the enemy team? ofc the one who was worth the most and had hotel, which lead us to lose.

Imagination - Online Board game
Imagination is an online analogue of Dixit or Imaginarium (it might be more familiar for russian-speaking guys). You have to guess your opponent card, matching his phrase association with images.
Yes, game has some bugs and things to be improved like
-
currently you can join the party only via invite on steam (in 2020, really?)
-
strange randomization of cards, you play with the same card set through several games in a row
-
game just hangs really often ;-;
-
bot is stupid (sorry, Bot)
-
nice to have paid card deck with new cards. Dear devs, please collaborate with artists and provide us more beautiful and interesting cards, I’d love to pay for them!

This game is great for “right brained” or creative thinking types of folks, and the art is soothing.
It doesn’t take long for a pick-up table to fill up, though most of the other players have been bots so far.
I was kind of lost the first time through, so I hope a tutorial is in the works, but I got the hang of it by the second game.
It is on sale for only 49 cents this weekend, so take a chance and support a creative game where no one has to die! :)

KobberParty - Castle Explorer
This game is extremely simple (basically, push your luck kind of game), but it is a fun way to spend some time with friends. The selling point is that you can play with almost infinite amount of people — and only one of them should own the game. So it is easy to play online in a manner similar to Jackbox games — one player streams the game, others connect with their devices. So if you have a larger company and wanna play something really simple while you are chatting, it is a good choice.

I Love this game.
It is just as ruthless as Castle Explorer. But here it is your own Greed that drives you to the death.
It Is a fun game where only the hosts need it and all others can join in - Just like jack box games.
The Feeling “There is 52% chance I will get gold and 4% change I will meet the same trap again and die. I NEED GOOOLD” and then the trap….
Running 5 Games in a row to see what player wins and so is just so fun - Had a game here the other day, The AFK Dude that fled on round one all rounds got on the 3 places. we were 6 players ;)

Paper Tales - Catch Up Games
It saddens me that I must give a negative review to this game. (And I think it’s my first on Steam ?)
“Paper Tales” is definitely in my top 3 drafting board games and I jumped out of my seat when by pure chance I discovered there was a recently released digital implementation of it on Steam !
But then “Oh no…”
Just by looking at the screenshots on the store my excitement went down really fast.
It’s a barebones (I don’t like using the word “lazy” when talking video game making because the true culprit is usually time and/or money given from the publisher) direct smarthphone port.

This is a TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE implementation of a really good card game. DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!! The interface is garbage. It makes it impossible to make the decisions necessary to succeed at the game and have fun. Whoever designed this should be ashamed.
Rento Fortune: Online Dice Board Game (大富翁)
If any of you ever searched for a Monopoly like boardgame on Steam (or elsewhere) that you can pick up quick and play a fast game, without account registration or reward system that let you only play if you have enough coins in your account, you can’t find any untill today.
Rento fortune fills that gap for me in my gaming library and I’m glad I bought the game.
I was sceptical at first. The developer don’t have any other games on Steam and at first sight it looks very casual/mobile/tablet to me. But it offers exactly a well done Monopoly like game with the rules as you are used to or with new rules you can choose at setup.

Rento Fortune
Bought this one because I was looking for a “Monopoly-like” game. First I was very sceptical, but it turned out to be a great game.
Even though I probably have the worst RNG on this planet, I still had a lot of fun times.
Recommend to play this with your friends and hang out in Teamspeak, just for the tortune when the RNG-god strikes again.
Positive aspects I found in my playthrough so far:
- Map decision: There is not only one board. You can choose from a ton of boards with a different land order.

Nice adaptation of the great board game.
I can only play restricted duel mode and there’s only 8 characters.
Hope developers can add new modes and heroes.

Faeria
Disclaimer: I am one of the mods for the Faeria steam forums, a mod for the Faeria discord server and also one of the Vanguard testers. However, I do all these things voluntarily, there is no payment of any description except for me kickstarting the game.
Time to update this review. If you want to view my old review, scroll down.
Well, it’s been some time, and to be honest, a lot of what I said in my old review still stands. The game is still easy to learn but very deep and hard to master, there’s still a card called Yak Attack (with the most amazing art) and the devs are still great with using feedback to upgrade their game.

Introduction
After my journey with Hearthstone (which i’ve gotten to legend and several 12 wins in arena) and Shadowverse (hit “master” which was the preveiously highest rank), I came to faeria as i was wandering on steam, and I immediately invested myself into the game as I realized the game is actaully more skill-driven or say has more potential for players to display their skill than the other OCG i played. Through thorough tactics and planning, each moves (position of creatures, location of lands, land type etc) can matter the game, and in certain matches if you make one single mistake, it can literally cost you the game.

Techwars Online
Neither Battletech nor good.
Hi there. I really like mechgames – be it as a simulation on my PC or as a tabletop-game with miniatures. But in its actuall state the game Techwars Online seems to come straight out of hell. It looks unready – but it is not an early-acces-title. The gamemechanics are unsatisfiing, the tournamentmode is a joke, the controlls are whacky – but they have no mercy for mistakes. And – just in case you didn’t guess it yourselves – there are bugs crawling through the code. I know: somwhere in Russia a bunch of guys have put a lot of effort in that project – I appreciate that. There are to few mechgames in the world. But for example: Why takes the AI the control of my mechs, leves me as a mere wondering spectator and beats the crap out of itself? I wanted to do that! Well, it’s not that bad, because after two rounds or so the whole match crashes.

Besides not knowing what Battletech is or Front-Mission, i find this game fascinating.
The game itself is on early development, not early access, I hope thye add new features and items for further startegies, because this game is nothing else than Chess with giant robots and hexagonal space instead of square.
Now the pros and cons:
PROS:
Very strategic gameplay: If you don’t think twice when you play this game, it’ll be difficult to win, as every action you do will actually be decisive for your win or loose.

Post Scriptum CTG: Collectible Token Game
It is a not very easy game, it took more than an hour to get what is going on :)
The best way to understand most mechanics is to watch tutorial, play 1-2 times and watch once more. If you like tabletop games, chess and even poker you’ll like CTG where you should spend some time for each move, for counting chances, for choosing the right moment for spawning a new token to defence or offence support abilities , to attack enemy troop or hero. Units have different attack or defence abilities!
But for me it is still to hard to plan my moves because of excess amount of attack types.

This game needs a player base that doesn’t seem to exist. Devs weren’t even playing. Here’s a video of me getting frustrated and wasting my time. Cheers! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=883FV3cT5go
