Plaguepunk Justice

Plaguepunk Justice

Great mix of roguelike and squad based strategy. Unique setting and mechanics for a zombie game. Love the art style and the music is very enjoyable and gives a nice tone. Very polished with no crashes or issues so far. Has that addictive “one more turn/mission”. Glad I found this hidden gem.

recently got this game on sale, got completely hooked within the first three missions

the style, dialogue, combat, and crafting system are all top notch, 10/10

some of the things that hold the game back in my eyes is the movement, often times passing through another person (or vice versa) can mess up my placement, but to be fair thats just a learning curve

the combat enforces high mobility because of the healing combat, and i think thats really interesting. It makes positioning, resource management, exploration, and map awareness very important. Also requires a little bit of tracking which “patients” you have already treated, etc

Drawgaem

Drawgaem

What if I tell that there is more than just drawing and guessing? sounds stupid right? well, the stupidity is finally here.

“Stupid stupid stupid” - Big guns man

There are new gaemmodes around!

X new GAEMMODES

  • Drawphone - [description]

  • Vote mode (carps against humanity)

  • Hotseat mode (zone war) (EVERYONE IN ONE CANVAS!!!!)

  • Competition mode

And many many minigaems and interactions

Wondering how these minigaems work? well, it’s simple

  • During a match you will pick a word

  • Then you will start drawing

  • Then you keep drawing while a lot of stuff tries to get you down, like ants, rain, wind, flies, your friends, your fear of failing, your parents' disappointment, your pencil breaking, your canvas flipping around…

  • and then wait for your friends to guess

    See? very simple!

You think we’re out of features?

    “Negative” - Counter-attack: Worldwide globally ofended Counter-protester

There are still a couple more!

    SAVE YOUR DRAWINGS

Looking for that old masterpiece you drew weeks ago?

    We got you covered

Here is it… But I would re-consider your career goals

    How did I find it?

    Good question!

Basically, Every match is instantly saved for you to revisit, which makes picking on your friends way easier, trust me.

Our drawing tools are very helpful for every level of artist out there! Their words, not mine:

“I wouldn’t be anyone without drawgaem” - Leandro Da Vinci

“A small price to pay for an hilarious game to play with friends” - Angry purple stone collector

WE HAVE AN INSTANT SEARCH BUTTON

    • We have a button for the airheaded! You click it and it’s mind refreshing, never miss a word for daydreaming your life away again.

Hey there day-dreamers, this button will save your life gaemplay, letting you remember any word like you were an elephant (I’ve been told they remember everything,

-but I haven’t talked to one before, so I don’t know about that)

-but that wouldn’t explain how Dumbo got lost, right?)

    FUN CHARACTERS

    Yes!

October Night Games

October Night Games

This is a nice little puzzle-like game, and it’s more complex than meets the eye at first time. I enjoyed it more and more, when exploring how things worked out.

I found the hunt for manage the achievements fun, and I have collected 21 of 23. Coming Halloween I will reach 22, but to get the last we all have to wait until 2039! (Playing during Halloween, beneath full moon)

But … after 98 hours playing the “Halloween” campaign I have reached my goals, more or less. Will I play the game again? There is a second campaign “Freezing Moon”. I didn’t see anything that interested me there. The only effect I could see was that you take injuries by the freezing cold. I will check it out again … but I don’t see it as that fun.

Been having a really fun time playing this one and I’m not the most active board game player, love the setting and it’s inspirations. The developers have been releasing patches since the launch of the game making it better and correcting some bugs, there’s a lot of fun to be had here, even if you just play againts bots.

Burgle Bros.

Burgle Bros.

An excellent implimentation of the board game. Takes care of the setup and cleanup and enforces all the rules while providing additional maps and options not available in the physical version.

The game scales well for 1-4 players, is cooperative and does a good job of simulating “Heist” movies including all the unforseen problem that crop up. Each turn is a changing puzzle to solve and strongly encourages teamwork.

as owner of the board game i thought i would try the digital version.

What can i say?well its as maddeningly difficult as the board game but that difficulty is what makes you stand and shout smack talk at the computer when finally you make it. (my wife is not so keen on this).

Its a great game on and off the PC. I would reccomend you buy everything this games developer does except of course for paperback (stupid dyslexia mumble mumble)

What an amazingly beautiful and super chill puzzle game 3 With a very clickbaity title D:

If you like casual puzzles, but don’t have the space for it offline, this game is for you.

If you have cats, the night yoga level is for you :D

If you just want to chill a bit after work, while wrapping your brain around rotating puzzle tiles, this game is for you.

If you are expecting a 15000 tile puzzle, this game is probably not for you.

What I adore most about this game and Juventures (the other game of this artist developer duo) is the art style and level of detail of these hand-drawn images.

Armello

Armello

I always come back to this game when I have time on my hands, and I’m itching for a good dice/card game. Which this game has both! I love that no matter wwhich character you use, there is always a chance to win. dlc characters are less ‘pay to win’ and more of exploring different playstyles over multiple games. there are some very pretty dice that’re so satisfying to hear/use in game.

Real player with 171.7 hrs in game

I recommend the game but I have to put a negative review because the multiplayer doesn’t allow users to reconnect once we get disconnected for a few seconds. Therefore if we have connection issues for a few seconds. we loose our games, can’t move the character. Such a shame.

Comrades and Barons: Solitaire of Bloody 1919

Comrades and Barons: Solitaire of Bloody 1919

Fun Solitaire game with a couple of offbeat game mechanics relating to the story of the gloriously messy situation in the Baltics in the aftermath of the Bolshevik Revolution and the end of the Great War. Unique setting provides for some fun story elements that are integrated into the gaming levels. If you like Solitaire, give it a try. If you like Solitaire with a unique theme, try it as well. If you like to learn more about the Baltic Wars of Independence and the personalities and insane heel-face-heel turns involved, play as well.

5.5/10

I initially snagged Comrades and Barons because 1) I dig playing Solitaire games while I’m listening to music and 2) I dig the Russian Revolution-era aesthetic of the game. The game tells the story of a communist uprising. There are 6 different locations, and each location typically consists of 3-4 battles. Each battle consists of 10 levels, with the exception of perhaps the first introductory battle. Each battle has its own set of objectives you must complete in order to “win,” which might include something like attaining a certain card combo (perhaps removing 7 cards from the board in a row) or flawlessly completing a number of levels (perhaps removing all cards while playing 5 different levels). Unfortunately, there isn’t really a way to seamlessly mesh Solitaire gameplay with fighting a war. Although the cards themselves were thematic and the in-level obstacles were things like barbed wire, the “story” is told through simple in-game text boxes. I read the first few, but it was difficult to maintain interest when I was given no protagonist to follow and was unable to connect my in-game actions to anything war-related.
