Galaxy Trucker: Extended Edition
I’d recommend this game but with a few caveats. I’d encourage the developers to patch it with a couple of things:
Some of the missions are buried in the game in a way that could have just little more convenience built in to finding them. There are even dialogue boxes that say for the player, “I thought I was done with the campaign.” Kind of cute. Mostly irritating.
The more difficult missions, especially the big race, are so difficult that they are likely to be redone. Please don’t make a player click fifty times through the same flavor text every single time the mission is reset. That’s a mid-90s rookie mistake in any game design–like the long cut scene that can’t be skipped. Do it once, give us our laugh, and then let get about the business grinding away at a nearly impossible mission.

Great, great conversion from the board game. This is one of those board games that was looking for the perfect digital adaption and they nailed. I only wish they didn’t TAKE SO LONG to make it playable on my OS, and that my version wasn’t still in the habit of making all my options on the home screen come up with a question “Do you want to quit?”. That is some serious glitch. Every time I come back to the home screen I’m forced to quit the game if I want to do anything because I have to restart it to use any option on the homepage. Other than that the game is free of glitches, and just excellent on every level. I want different musical options too, though I’ll probably not use any of them much. Another expansion would be good too, but the included one still has me busy :)

No Time to Relax
This game is honestly a ton of fun. Imagine “The Game of Life” but way more realistic and stressful, but still somehow fun? Yeah, that’s this game. If you enjoy time management skills, or have none, this game will be super enjoyable. Each turn is a week of your life, and each game-mode lasts a specific amount of weeks. (Excluding ‘Marathon’ which goes until the first person maxes out all four stats).
The game can be played solo, solo vs cpu, or online with up to three friends.
The art style is super neat, and the game runs very smoothly. It’s extremely optimized, as my little laptop runs it better than it runs Windows 10.

As a huge fan of Jones in the Fastlane (which I still play regularly) I have had my doubts about this game. But when it came on sale, I though: well… let’s try it!
It is not the same game as JitF, although it is clearly 100% inspired by it and lots of the mechanics are the same. But the game itself is very different and in my opinion, harder. Jones got away with a lot of poorly worked out game mechanics which are no longer acceptable today. This developer clearly worked harder to do it better. On the other hand, Jones was based on that ludicrous system that made it special and I miss that a bit in this game.

I actually hate this game. My friends force me to play it. I have the most unbelievably bad luck and I’m never able to win any goblets. They bully me and verbally abuse me non-stop and it’s a horrible experience. I’ve been told I should be researched because of how bad my luck is. They force me to play 25 turn games and my mental health takes an extremely large blow every time we play. When it’s all over they say “same time tomorrow?” and I lay in bed and cry myself to sleep. This game has taken over my Discord and has made me no longer want to log on to my PC to play games. Will be going dark until this game is taken off of the Steam market. 10/10 would not recommend, lost all of my friends and sold my gaming PC.

Fast and Clean! since Ubisoft UNO is really bad at handling multiplayer, this game become our game to play while chatting in my group. Really quick to set a game up and play.

Samurai Cat
Good gameplay, good idea, but you should fix the slow motion when the golden mouse is the last one, because if the player tries to attack it more than twice, they won’t want to see slow motion if it’s not dead yet

The Jackbox Party Pack 3
This pack is my Close 2nd Favorite Jackbox Party Pack, with Party Pack 2 being #1. The trailer is right, this pack is truly INSANE. From Designing Custom T-Shirts, to Trying to stay alive while answering trivia questions, to answering silly prompts such as “An item on every pervert’s grocery list”, this pack is bound to thrill you, make you laugh, and get hours of fun worth! This pack is definitely worth all the money! This pack is home to Fakin' It, Quiplash 2, Guesspionage, Trivia Murder Party, and Tee K.O.

Since there are 5 party games in one game I’m going to be reviewing them all and thankfully for me, I have tried out all the games whether that be sacrificing my friends' time to play some of these games or playing it with my family members.
Let’s first start off with Quiplash 2: Whether it be family members, college mates or steam users this game is crowned as the best thing in existence. This just like the first predecessor is really fun and enjoyable, there are lot of new things that haven’t been introduced in the first game, such as the fact that you can create your own prompts, I have so far 2 episodes I made with a lot of crazy prompts such as “help! A gargoyle stole my cheese pizza”. There’s also new weird characters that you randomly play as such as a weird turqoise cat or a gray vampire coffin or a yellow (demonic voiced?) star. They also changed The Last Lash level, instead of getting a prompt you’re given either an acro prompt, a comic prompt or a word prompt and not only that players award the answers in medals so that is something new.

The Jackbox Party Pack 7
Word Spud.
Lie Swatter.
Civic Dodole.
Zeeple Dome.
Joke Boat.
They’ve been waiting for a year for their new member.
They will have to keep waiting.
There are no bad games here.
Champ’d Up is a real treat for people who love to draw, and even people that only draw black and white stick figures can join in and stand a chance. So much unintentional humour - and a lot of fun to be had by trying for some humour if you can guess your opponent’s prompt and make a deconstruction of it. You get to keep your drawings for the next game if you play with the same players, too! Compared to Tee K.O., it feels like a better flow because you draw two things at a time and every drawing is used at least once, possibly more because there’s four drawings and six rounds per person (and again, they can be used in the next game.) Also includes the best part of Bracketeering with none of its bad.

No disclaimer about the fact that I’m European this time around. This Jackbox Party Pack has a Filter for US-Centric content, to make it accessible to the broader audience around the world. Definitely a welcomed addition. You might still note that all of those games were played with the aforementioned option turned on.
Do I recommend the Jackbox Party Pack 7?
- YES, GET IT AT ALL COSTS!!
