Lithoi - Trials of Memory
A relaxing casual Memory game, where you choose the challenge level yourself. There are 3 challenges you can apply to any stage you play, that are not mandatory to finish the game. So play as you please.
The game has 3 different matching modes and one extra upon completion. The final one is called ‘Apeiron’ and has a more smooth and fast pace. Also the progress there, places you on the Leader boards (for those who want to be more competitive).
Overall a nice casual game, for you to enjoy some relaxing and stress free gaming time.

Lithoi is a Match-two game with unique visuals for the genre. It is casual, allowing the player to take its time and enjoy the process. The mechanics are simple, with the addition of some spell/powers as helpers. I would recommend this game to any, casual or not, gamer and any achievement hunter as well.

MineSweeper 3D 三维扫雷
Avoid at all costs, and any price.
Maybe I am missing something, but it seems broken.
I have played with the easy map a bit, and gotten results that seem contradictory.
It is hard to explain without diagrams, but in one section of the map ‘adjacent’ seems to be defined differently than another section.
My guess is that instead of there being an algorithm to determine what is and isn’t a match, the designer filled in the grid manually, and got it wrong. Just a guess, of course.
On top of how hard it is too see, and the fact that the presentation does nothing to try and help you, it is a really mess. The complete lack of instructions doesn’t help.

Game mechanism is interesting
but it runs not so smooth, and i think i need a “seting” to set my windows size or my eyes will feel sick in the long term
Look forward to your future updates

Minestrife
A fun little Minesweeper version with some extra modes available. Pros are that it’s lightweight plus has multimine and ‘clear the falling line’ modes. Cons are a faulty screen rescaling, obtuse multimine flagging with mouse controls, and a lack of middle click (‘smart select’). The dev probably thought it wouldn’t work with the multimine mode since flags are arbitrary
At only a buck during sales I’d say it’s a nice step up over the minesweeper that used to come with your computer

edit: the game got patched quite a bit, so rewrote the review and turned it into a recommendation.
minestrife is a souped-up version of the original minesweeper. figure out where the mines are based on number clues, right click to mark as dangerous or potentially dangerous, left click to reveal. there’s a timer (can’t hide it) and a bomb counter, as expected, plus the following quality of life improvements: rebindable controls, zoom in/out and right click to move bigger levels around, hotkeys to open the 4 corners, unlimited hints (pressing it over a square reveals its contents, bomb or nothing), and there’s a compass, pointing to unrevealed and unflagged tiles, which can be handy on bigger boards.

BAO
As a Tanzanian local who grew up playing this game I am glad that the game now has a good and accurate representation on Steam. The game has a lot more strategic options and variations than most mancala like games.

Like chess, this game requires that the players think a few steps ahead; however, while chess has a few set of rules and a few kinds of pieces, Bao has only one kind of piece and a complex system of rules to govern them. In chess, you take time to set up your pieces. In Bao, you work through two different phases of the game, and watch your work chain react (the flow to this is hard to explain, but satisfying to experience). Those looking for a popular, simple game may find this hard to warm up to (that said, this game does come with a tutorial, and will highlight legal possible moves). Those looking for a fresh mental exercise, or perhaps wanting to learn about other cultures may be interested to give this a shot.

Gobby McGobblenutz Presents: The Art of the Dad Joke: Chapter 1

Okay, this was amazing LMAO
I’m a big fan of stupid humor and there were a few jokes I’ve heard before, but even one or two new ones is well worth the low pricetag. I’ve already sent a few of these jokes to my sister and best friend and they were dying. lol
And there’s like, hundreds of jokes here. Really can’t complain at all, thoroughly satisfied with this one! :)
Woops forgot to put my word in my review, haha.
The word it gave me was Ridiculous.
I love it!

Tainted Grail: The Fall of Avalon
Avalon is dying. King Arthur is long gone, and Knights of the Round Table are in disarray. Guardian Menhirs, the only thing that makes it possible for humans to survive in this remote land, are going dark. Your village chose its best and brightest and sent them on an epic quest to reach Kamelot, find the Grail, and save the land.
You were not among them.
They’ve never returned, and now it’s your turn to lead a band of unlikely heroes, the only ones this land can still provide. These ordinary people set off far too late, under-equipped for the task ahead, and with little hope of success.
Tainted Grail is a dark fantasy open-world RPG with fresh turn-based exploration and combat. It is based around deep, immersive story from one of the best and most innovative board games (biggest Kickstarter project of 2018!), but introduces a whole new experience crafted directly for PC.
EVERY DECISION MATTERS
Tainted Grail is a deeply immersive experience that takes the best elements of RPG adventures and brings them to the next level through intricately branching storylines. Written by Krzysztof Piskorski, one of the best Polish fantasy writers, it will draw you right in and keep you engaged, surprised, and invested in many secrets of Avalon.
In this dying world, no decision is easy or morally obvious, and you will often face impossible choices. Other times, the consequences of seemingly minor actions will haunt you in the least expected moments. In the end, your impact on Avalon is going reverberate through deep, meaningful changes to the game world - entire towns will raise or fall, land will shatter, ancient powers will be restored, or broken forever.
EXPLORE THE UNKNOWN
A major part of the game involves expeditions into the land covered by the Wyrdness, an ancient force twisting people, creatures, and even space itself in all manner of ways .There will be plenty of enemies and weird, unexpected events waiting for you. While dangerous, exploration will be the only way to gather precious resources and, ultimately, to figure out what is happening to Avalon and if it can be stopped.
STRATEGIC COMBAT
During combat, you will decide between using skills specific for your hero and figuring out the best possible combinations to do it. Every hero will bring a different playstyle, defined by unique skills, that you will continue to further develop based on your favorite tactic. You will supplement this rich toolset with various items and special moves. All of that makes every encounter a different and exciting tactical challenge!
The Hustle
The Hustle is an open-world board game where you can go anywhere - anywhere - to build your fortune from the bottom up.
-
Go Left, Go Right, Do Whatever - winners don’t respect board game conventions. Winners cut through the middle of the board and tell Candyland to shove it.
-
Meddle with Forces Beyond Your Ken - Every round, players vote to change one rule about the game. Adjust your strategy to succeed, or get left in the dust!
-
Don’t call it “Bribery!" - That’s the invisible hand of the free market shoving $100 into your jeans.
-
Ruin Real-Life Friendships - Cut the dead weight from your social group in classic board-game style!
-
Build a Legacy - Will you be remembered a Miser? A Titan of Industry? A Peasant? Every smart move is another scene in your Oscar-winning biopic, and every dumb move is another shovelful of dirt in your stupid, stupid, anonymous grave.
