This game is quite strange but enjoyable, I would like to master it soon to explore the whole worlds. It runs better while holding right click so it becomes its own challenge trying to hold right click while steering. either way for a dollar I am satisfied with my purchase, hope from more from flex etnerainment

RiMS Racing

RiMS Racing

This game makes Ride4 look like Roblox without the fun.

I’ve only played through the different bikes on a trackday type session, and I’m already astonished. The sensation of being on a real, overwhelmingly fast machine is second to none. Not even the best car simulation matches the sensation of speed of Rims.

First of all, I assume that the people reading this review will want a serious simulation, and will be playing in one of the ‘cockpit’ cam modes. Its not an arcade racer, be warned.

Why is it so good? Well, for a start the bikes have a heft to them that makes them feel like real, weighty machines, not the lightweight nonsense of Ride4. The steering feels grippy and correct, but is genuinely terrifying when you drop it to a steep angle on a sharp turn. It was actually shocking when I pushed it over hard on a chicane - the change of your weight from side to side felt real to me, so much so that I was disorientated for a moment. No other bike game has achieved that sense of immersion. You can really get in the flow.

RiMS Racing is a game unlike any other motorcycle title we have been given in past few years. It has features that make it unique. Thats why it is hard to compare it to Milestone games, GP Bikes or TDR. One of the main focus was set to attention to bike details and mechanics, with possibility to manually mount and dismount parts, allowing to upgrade and customise your ride. Additionaly each part can be damaged or used up, what requires to buy new stuff and replace the old ones to keep the motorbike in top condition.

It’s like old arcade games. Timing error occurs at advanced levels. The reaction time of the game is very slow.

RIDE

RIDE

Its far from perfect but still manages to be quite an enjoyable racing experience. The bikes are exquisitely detailed and theres a sizable variety of them ranging from 80s oldschool street bikes to modern electric superbikes, most of which can be modified and same goes for the rider, the tracks on the other hand… not so much, however they’re still well designed and are really fun to race around in.

Now what truly appeals to me with RIDE is how racing is only half the battle, the other half is actually wrestling with G-forces and keeping your rider on the bike to actually race, which adds a whole new level of depth to the experience. Knowing that if you’re not gentle enough on the throttle or too hard on the brakes your rider is just gonna get launched into orbit, so finesse is a must. Compared to MotoGP(same studio) I’d say the physics are a lot more complex and feel way more realistic although it could’ve used some more polish in that department.

First of all the game looks nice. It presents a lot of options in terms of customization, but only just touches the surface in that area. The physics are below average. Bikes doesnt react to surroundings correctly, and the man himself desperately needs a ragdoll effect, which cant be that hard to make since we’ve seen that in lesser good games like Flatout, Flatout 2, Motocross game from 10-15 years ago. Milestone doesnt have any real competition on the Motorcycle game market and therefore do not feel the need to up their game at all. Same physics and controls as the last 2-3 MotoGP games. Poor network options - that rarely works, and when you succeed in connection to your friends, the game lags out and people disconnect with each other leaving you alone with bots.

Shred! Remastered

Shred! Remastered

I would recommend this game to any mountain bikers out there. If you dont like mountain biking irl then I would NOT suggest this game because you probably wouldnt understand alot of the mechanics. NOTE: If you disagree with this review dont say its not helpful because thats not how that rating system works.

Pros:

Feel (once you get used to the controls its really flowy)

Challenge

Level design

Mechanics (although there not true to real life)

Animations

Tricks ( Feels fucking awsome to through huge wips and do nac nacs :D)

I deeply enjoy playing this game. I purchased both this version and the mobile version a long while ago, both of which I enjoyed playing through and would reccommend to anyone who enjoys biking or gaming. When playing with a controller the stick sensitivity was an issue for me, so a sensitivity bar in the options menu wouldn’t go amiss (unless i’ve missed one somewhere), also I really like the first person camera, and spent a good half an hour-45 minutes playing 1 level over and over just because I enjoyed it so much. In order to fully enjoy this I feel that this may require some patching and control changes, such as forward and backward on the sticks on a controller, instead of left and right. Other than these small issues (and a couple of bugs, which, lets be honest, are HILARIOUS), this game is awesome and I love it to bits. :)

Minit Fun Racer

Minit Fun Racer

If you only need one reason to buy Minit Fun Racer, then buy it because all proceeds go to charity.

However, you’ll also be doing yourself a favour because it’s a fun little game - an endless runner style game (although there is an ending) where you have to ride your motorcycle from left to right through a course littered with objects, some of which can help, some of which will end your game. Buy upgrades to help you and see how far you can get. That’s it!

The minimalist but appealing graphics and great soundtrack really create a quirky atmosphere and the game has that elusive “just one more go” quality that makes you keep playing. There’s plenty of achievements to get and these add to the game’s longevity and appeal. It’s great fun and a refreshingly simple title that’s great to pick up when you want to play something, but only have a few minutes.

A person would need to be incredibly petty and critical to find fault with a game that is clearly made with love, where all proceeds go to charity.

Luckily, I am one such person.

First, the headline: This game scrolls from left-to-right at a pretty constant rate. If you play this game for more than ten minutes at a stretch, you’ll notice that your field of view seems to continue warping leftward for a few minutes after you finish playing. For me personally, I noticed the muscles around my temples seemed to tense at this effect. If that sort of stuff tends not to effect you, great - otherwise, buyer beware.

SHAME ON YOU AGAIN!

100% Achivements only if you also buy the DLCs….This is madnes. I am so dissapointed.

You really can go suck a **** milestone. Why charge the full price if I have to take double the money to COMPLETE the game? How retarded is this?

This, and only this, is the reason for this.

You suck.

Hero Express is a simple-to-learn, but difficult to master, arcade-style 2D side-scrolling driving survival game that features 11 different tracks with 11 different vehicles. I had personally played a mobile game with a similar feel a few years ago, and I am happy to have the same type of gameplay on PC with nicely worked pixel graphics and a difficulty curve that allows the most casual players to enjoy the game, while still presenting a challenge to those who consider themselves fairly good at arcade-style games.
