Streets of Fury EX
This is the most fun I’ve ever had with a beat ‘em up.
Streets of Fury EX certainly doesn’t have the ambiance of Dungeons & Dragons: Chronicles of Mystara, or the soundtrack of Streets of Rage, or the visuals of Capcom’s Alien vs Predator.
But what the game lacks in artistic and technical prowess, it makes up for with its zany humour, large cast of playable characters, and awesome gameplay depth.
Each character feels very unique, and though a few can feel underpowered, they’re still interesting in their own right. The combo system is super flexible - way more than I ever expected! Chain combos, special moves, dash and jump cancels, juggles, OTGs, and the coming update even adds parries to the mix. Hell we’re still finding new ways to do amazing, super damaging combos!

I sunk a huge amount of time into the original Xbox 360 version of the game, and Streets of Fury is one of my favourite indie games from last gen. I was pretty amped to discover that they were planning on doing a PC version of this, so I’ve been patiently waiting…
Streets of Fury is a throwback to late 80’s - early 90’s arcade style beat-em ups done in the style of games like old-skool Mortal Kombat using digitized sprites. Streets of Fury sports a very competent and deep combo system that is simple and pick-up-and-playable for beginners, while more experienced players can string together ridiculously long combos that look like something out of a high level MvC2 or Skullgirls match…

Memory Lost
-
The current demo build is the alpha version 0.6.1
-
Memory Lost - is an action shooter, the battles in which are built around the mechanics of mind capturing and moving into the enemy’s body. First-aid kits were not delivered, there is only one clip in the weapon - change the bodies to survive!
-
New body - new gameplay. There are dozens of archetypes of opponents in the game, each with its own unique characteristics and skills that affect the outcome of the battle.
-
Relocation is the basis of survival. If you don’t want to run around in a half - dead state, look for a healthy body! Are the weapons out of ammo? Move into the enemy with full ammunition!
-
Copy enemies’ memories! Capturing consciousness is impossible without capturing memories. With each new migration, the Neural Network, the main character of Memory Lost, will collect more and more material to form himself into an independent personality, after which he will process the knowledge gained and reap the fruits of his actions at the Mind-Map hub location.
-
Karma in a top-down shooter? The neural network is also formed due to interaction with the surrounding world. Kill for the common good or for mercy, regardless of the consequences - and get one of three possible endings.

Shadow Gangs
Prelude:
I met the developer of Shadow Gangs a decade ago on a Retro forum. He first started this project back in 2015, as a Kickstarter campaign which unfortunately was cancelled.
He knew that I was loved the arcade version of Shinobi, and was very good at it.
Imagine my surprise when he asked me to be a beta tester and give feedback; what an honour and privilege.
Review:
Firstly, let me just say that this game is absolutely spectacular!!! Not only does this live up to my perceived expectations, but far exceeds them by a long shot.

If you don’t like old school games and don’t have a knack for giving your best in accomplishing a challenge then Shadow Gangs isn’t for you. Only the elite members of the Hall Of Kage can acquire such an unbeatable task but if you dare to give it your all maybe….just maybe, you shall stand among the legends and say I am a Shadow Gang Master!

TERRORHYTHM (TRRT) - Rhythm driven action beat ‘em up!
It pains me to write a negative review for this game, but in its current state, TERRORHYTHM is just not that enjoyable
Don’t get me wrong, being a fan of rhythm games, I like this game and see great potential for it, but there are a couple major issues that prevent me from truly enjoying the game
Messy calibration system
Other reviewers have covered how this feature breaks when you use controllers, but since I’ve never used a controller for this game, I’ll let you read those reviews for more accurate information. However, there is still something else that is rather done poorly.

“Easy to Learn, Hard to Master” game.
First of all, I love the art style!
There was a lot of cool design in the different backgrounds and animation. Also the weapons - (that you’ll get from enemies) - katanas, throwing discs and a giant reaper scythe that looks cool as hell as you slice down enemies).
The music is also brilliant!
Every single track here is big and thumping and geared towards making you want to move. WIthin seconds of starting up the first level, I found myself bopping along in my seat, and that set the tone for every other level. BTW, you also can add in your own songs.

Colossus Down
Colossus Down is a pretty fun beat ‘em up with interesting mechanics, such as the abilities you can unlock, going into a shoot ‘em up for one of the levels, solving several puzzles, or making karmic decisions. There were however, some things that were not all that fun, such as a couple of bosses, along with the karmic decisions not impacting the game as much as I would have liked it to. Still, even with those gripes, I still enjoyed the game, and I would still recommend it.

Kid goes into a temper tantrum, mounts a mecha and kills the president of the United States.
AND THAT’S JUST THE FIRST LEVEL
I’ll be updating the review as I play, but for the moment, is this a good game? - Yes. It’s an absolutely ridiculous odyssey bursting with personality and a pretty damn good beat’em up.
(Playing Agatha Knife and MechaNika beforehand is recommended)

Fatec’s Out: School Rage
Fatec´s Out

Story
Advances in radar technology have made stealth fighters commonplace.
The Willsword country has developed the latest fighter XF -98. It is a fighter with high attack power and incredible durability.
The MD armor of the fighter greatly reduced radar performance.
MD armor is an armor that weakens an enemy missile by irradiating it with high-power laser and EMP.
Willsword further evolved the XF -98 into the “XF -99 Artemis”.
The fighter became the ultimate invincible fighter and was feared by Maxell’s pilots as a “Air fortress”.
